It is important to investigate the catalyst combination and temperature on the preparation of olefins by ethanol coupling.Firstly,ANOVA was used to screen the important influencing factors;then, the importance of the influencing factors on ethanol conversion and C4 olefin selectivity was analyzed by random forest algorithm:temperature>catalyst mass>ethanol concentration>Co loading>charging ratio;finally, multiple non-linear regression was performed by L-M algorithm, and the optimal C4 olefin yield was obtained with particle swarm algorithm. The optimal value was 42.548 5%.

A novel Mn-based complex of Mn(choline)Cl3 (choline=C5H14NO) was synthesized by solvent evaporation. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the crystal structure of this complex consists of one-dimensional chains formed by the edge-shared [MnCl5O] octahedra, and these chains link each other with the adjacent ones into a three-dimensional network through intermolecular hydrogen bonds.UV-vis absorption spectrum and photoluminescence spectrum shows that this complex exhibited high efficient red-light emission induced by the d-d electron transition of (t2g)3(eg) to (t2g)4(eg)1. The photoluminescence quantum yield reaches to 37.32% and the average lifetime is 1.18 ms. In addition, it has excellent thermal stability (300 ℃). These results show that this Mn-based complex has potential applications in the field of optoelectronic devices.

Thionine was firstly electropolymerized on the glassy carbon electrode (GCD) surface, and then prussian blue-gold nanocomposites (PB-Au) and gold nanoparticals (GN) were electrodeposited on modified electrode surface respectively. Finally,DNA probes (ssDNA) were conjugated with GN through Au-NH2 bond, and a DNA biosensor (GCE/PTh/PB-Au/GN/ssDNA) was prepared. The preparation processes of DNA biosensors were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV).The DNA was detected with the sensor by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) using methylene blue (MB) as hybridization indicator. The results exhibited linear response (

mg/L with a lower detection limit of 1.0×10-14 mg/L.The sensor prepared is sensitive and accurate which makes it applicable not only for gene detection but also for detection of heavy metal ion and organic pollutant.

catalysts were synthesized by hydrothermal and co-precipitation method and characterized by IR,UV-vis,FL,SEM and X-ray power diffraction (XRD).The relationship between catalytic performance of catalysts and preparation conditions, calcination temperature and different substrates was explored. The best degradation of RhB (100 mL 4 mg/L) achieved 98.1% over the unbaked Bi2WO6 with the W/Bi molar rate 1∶2,which also had certain catalytic effect for degrading methyl orange and methylthionine chloride. The tungstate bismuth and molybdate bismuth catalysts had a good catalytic effect for degrading RhB,methyl orange and methylthionine chloride as well. The catalytic performance of phosphomolybdate bismuth was poorer.
