A class of delayed Susceptible-Light-Heavy-Mentally ill-Treated-Quitted (SLHMTQ)drug rehabilitation model with bilinear contact rate was studied.The bifurcation parameter as the time delay of drug addiction relapse,the local asymptotic stability of the model and the existence of local Hopf bifurcation were investigated using the eigenvalue method.The critical time delay value for the model to generate local Hopf bifurcation was derived,and the properties of the bifurcation periodic solution were studied using the central manifold theorem.

This paper mainly discusses the initial value inverse problem of a convection-diffusion equation with integral source term.Based on the optimal control framework,the existence of the optimal solution for the control functional is proved,and the necessary condition for the optimal solution is deduced.Finally,with the necessary conditions,non-local uniqueness and stability of the optimal solution are proved by the prior estimates of the forward problem.

In order to investigate the effect of vehicle-bridge coupling on the dynamic characteristics of the bridge,a steel-concrete composite beam suspension bridge is taken as the research object,and a three-dimensional spatial model of the bridge and a biaxial vehicle model of the vehicle are established,and then a vehicle-bridge coupling vibration system is constructed on the basis of the Nemak-β method,and the impact coefficients of each part of the bridge are obtained under different bridge deck unevenness and vehicle speed.The simulation results show that the bridge deck unevenness has the greatest influence on the vibration response of the bridge,and the bridge impact coefficient increases along with the increase in the level of bridge deck unevenness,and the impact coefficient of the main longitudinal girder and the secondary longitudinal girder achieves the maximum value when the level 4 unevenness is 0.328 and 0.314,respectively;when the vehicle speed is increased,the vibration response of the bridge increases and then decreases,and the impact coefficient of the bridge in the middle of the bridge at a speed of 60 km/h achieves the maximum value of 0.192.

This work is to analyze the community structure and species abundance of urine microbiome,as well as the differential microflora in three groups of healthy people,preoperative and postoperative prostatic hyperplasia patients,and to unearth the mechanism of the differential microflora related to the development of prostatic hyperplasia.Urine samples from healthy people (control group,C),preoperative (patient group,B) and postoperative (postoperative group,S) patients with prostatic hyperplasia were collected,and sequenced by whole metagenome shotgun sequencing.Bioinformatics analysis was carried out by related software.The results were as follows:the microbial diversity of B group samples (preoperative BPH patients) was lower than that of C and S groups of samples.At the phylum level,the abundance of Firmicutes,Actinobacteria and Bacteroidetes between C and S groups had no difference,but was significantly higher than that of B group.At the genus level,the abundance of Escherichia,Pseudomonas,Acinetobacter and Shigella between C and S groups had no difference,but was lower than that of B group;the abundance of Streptococcus and Prevotella in C and S groups of samples had no difference,but was higher than that of B group.Functional annotation at the PHI-base database showed that the abundance of some mutualistic factors in B group were significantly higher than that of C and S groups,such as reduced virulence factors,unaffected pathogenicity factors,increased virulence factors and lethal factor,then tended to return to the level of healthy people in S group.Functional annotation at the VFBD database showed that the abundance of some virulence factors in B group was significantly higher than that of both C and S groups,such as Type IV fimbria,capsule I,flagellum,Type III secretion system,colibactin,enterobactin,etc.,then tended to return to the level of healthy people in S group.In conclusion,decreased microbial diversity in the urinary tract microbiome and the increased or decreased abundance of the specific microbial taxa during the dysbiosis of urinary microflora might be positively correlated with prostatic hyperplasia of the patients.The increased abundance of some interaction factors and virulence factors of the differential microflora in the patient urine might induce the development of prostatic hyperplasia.

Genome Based Phylogeny Analysis of Siderophore-Producing Marine Halophilic Bacterium JSM 21308

To accurately determine the systematic status of the siderophore-producing marine halophilic bacteria JSM 21308 isolated from mangrove sediment collected from the Moon Bay in Wenchang City in Hainan Province,PR China,the evolutionary status was primarily analysed based on 16S rRNA gene sequences.The draft genome was mapped,and then the exact phylogenetic relationship of strain JSM 21308 with its closely relative type strains was investigated by comparative genomics analysis based on whole-genome sequences,including comparisons of G+C content,average nucleotide identity (ANI),and digital DNA-DNA hybridization (dDDH) values,and phylogenomic analysis.The result of 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis showed that JSM 21308 belonged to the family Bacillaceae,and was most closely related to Pseudalkalibacillus hwajinpoensis SW-72^T (16S rRNA gene sequence similarity,99.66%) and Alkalihalobacillus hemicentroti JSM 076093^T (98.7%).These three strains formed obvious subclusters on the phylogenetic tree of 16S rRNA gene sequence,in which JSM 21308 made a separated branch.The results of comparative genomics analysis showed that the ANI and dDDH values of strain JSM 21308 and the type strain of A. hemicentroti were respectively 77.69% and 21.40%,all lower than the generally recognized threshold of bacterial species (ANI,95%~96%;dDDH,70% ).However,the ANI and dDDH values of strain JSM 21308 and A. hemicentroti JSM 076093^T reached up to 99.99% and 100%,respectively.The result of phylogenomic analysis performed at the species level (70% dDDH threshold ) and subspecies level (79% dDDH threshold) also showed that strain JSM 21308 and the type strain of A. hemicentrotinot only represented the same species cluster but also the same subspecies cluster.Based on the combination of both the results of phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences and comparative genomic analysis,strain JSM 21308 should be a new member of the known species of the genus Alkalihalobacillus,A. hemicentroti.

The 36-year old mixed forest of Liriodendron chinense and Sassafras tzumu in the middle altitude mountain area of Longshan County was studied from the aspects of the mixing effect of the mixed forest,the influence of spinning tillering on the growth of Liriodendron chinense and the stand structure.The results showed that Liriodendron chinense and Sassafras tzumu were not suitable for the construction of mixed forest.The 36-year old mixed forest had medium stand growth,and the existing density was 756±80 trees/hm,which could be used for medium and large-diameter wood cultivation.Tillering has a significant effect on the diameter,crown width and stock of Liriodendron chinense.The diameter distribution of Liriodendron chinense showed a left-leaning approximate normal distribution,and the model applicability χ test only followed the normal distribution,but not the Weibull distribution.The height distribution of Liriodendron chinense showed a right-leaning approximate normal distribution,and its model applicability did not pass the χ test and did not conform to the normal distribution or Weibull distribution.The cubic equation is the best fitting curve equation for the height and diameter of liriodendron tree.

Based on the theories of industry integration and stakeholders,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of the integration effect of intangible cultural heritage and tourism in traditional villages from four aspects of economy,culture,society and ecology,and makes an empirical analysis by taking four typical national-level traditional villages (Zhushan Village,Shiyanping Village,Shibadong Village and Huangdu Village) in western Hunan as examples.The results show that the economic,social and ecological effects of Huangdu Village are good,the cultural effects are good,and the coordination among the effects is high.The ecological and social effects of Zhushan village are good,and the economic and cultural effects are good.The ecological effect of Shibadong Village is very good,and the economic,cultural and social effect is good.The economic effect of Shiyanping village is low,the cultural effect is ordinary,the ecological and social effect is good,and the coordination among the effects needs to be enhanced.In order to further enhance the integration effect of intangible cultural heritage and tourism in traditional villages in western Hunan,and realize the deep and high-quality integration of the two,countermeasures are proposed from five stakeholder levels:government,community,villagers,enterprises and tourists.

Literature study shows that there are some problems in the arrangement of the orthogonal test factor level table in the literature,such as the inaccurate table title,the irregular arrangement format of the item column information,the wrong column in the first column from the left,inconformity of the relationship between the column and the table data with the requirement of uniformity,the factor symbol regarded as the quantity symbol and arranged in italics,etc.In view of the above problems,some suggestions are put forward:take "factor level" as the table title;in parenthesized form,the congruence of factors and their symbols is indicated,that is,arranged in the form of "temperature (A)";change the first column from the left to "serial number";change the column "factor" to "level";factor code is typed.The method accords with the editing and proofreading standard,greatly simplifies the form design,and provides reference for the standard layout of the table in books and periodicals.
