An approach of solving excitonic absorption is presented for an asymmetric double quantum well driven by an intense terahertz field embedded in a semiconductor microcavity.The formalism relies on Zubarev’s Green functions,which allow us to handle the microcavity field and terahertz field as the photons and to fully account for the quantum aspect of the optical response of the asymmetric double quantum wells.Rich nonlinear dynamics behaviors of the replica peak and the Autler-Townes splitting are systematically studied in undoped asymmetric double quantum wells for taking account of the multiple factors,such as the detuning,coupling constant of the intense terahertz field,decay rate of the second electron subband,photon number of the intense terahertz field.The work provides a simple and convenient approach to deal with the microcavity-optical response of the asymmetric double quantum well in a fully quantum mechanical framework.

This paper discusses synchronization in an array of discrete-time coupled neural networks with mixed time delays.And,by employing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach,the criteria for the asymptotically synchronization are obtained.Furthermore,the description of the activation functions is a more general sector-like nonlinear function.And the criteria of synchronization are therefore less conservative.

In view of the traditional water level measurement in the module of data transformation having larger error,the author designs a new type of water level measurement method based on binary encoding rule which ensures the accuracy and digital transmission in the water level automatic detection.Meanwhile CAN bus is used for data transmission which can achieve accurate transmission of multiplex data,ensuring the digital and linear transimission of water level information.

A new chaotic system with a saddle and two unstable saddle-foci is proposed in this paper.The equilibria stability and the relationship between a,b,c of the system and Lyapunov exponents and bifurcation diagrams are analyzed.The numerical simulation is performed in Matlab,and the results show that the new system is chaotic.

The paper discusses the TV signal collecting system based on double core ARM+DSP.The CPU of this collecting system makes use of TMS320DM8168 by T1 Corporation.The DSP core of collecting system achieves the TV signal collecting and compression,and the ARM core finishes the task of transferring the data to video server.This collecting system makes use of Linux operating system,which functions to manage the hardware and the software.The tasks of developing software is the transplant of operating system,the compiling of driving program and the programming of application software.This collecting system can operate at lower cost and power consumption than those by traditional PC visual collecting card construction.

In order to solve the problems of drab display and poor stereoscopic of 2D LED screen,based on the core of STC single chip,a LED light cube of 8×8×8 is designed,with application of latch 74 HC573 & ULN2803 to obtain high power drive.In this design,text,graph and animation are displayed in multiple 3D forms statically and dynamically.It is suitable for the display of media information and decoration information,and contributes to further development and design of 3D display screen.

A wireless monitoring and remote control system of real-time acquisition of circuit parameters is build by using Cortex-M4 STM32F407 microcontroller core board as the main body,combined with the hardware platform of GSM network communication module and fixed IP host.The system can automatically discover and react to unexpected leakage accidents,while real-time monitoring the parameters on power lines;as a result,this will reduce life injuries and property damage possibly caused by line faults.There are many advantages in our systems,such as visual programming,friendly interface,GSM communication network coverage,monitoring distance unrestricted,GPRS communications wiring-free.In summary,the system is quick,easy and real-time.

The light propagation characteristic in one-dimensional function photonic crystal with defect is studied by transfer matrix,compared with the function photonic crystal without defect layer.There is defect mode in the band gap.The defect mode is greatly related with the position and refractive index of defect layer.With the changing position of the defect layer,the defect mode is weak.The position and refractive index of defect also have the effect on the distribution of election field.

All condensed state physics is the result of breaking symmetry.Ising model and its extension are thus discussed.Then the fractal applications and Hall effect are researched.Thirdly,the macroscopic quantum effects and superfluidity are explored.Fourthly,the high-Tc superconductivity is discussed,and its bag model is investigated.These are related with the Bose-Einstein condensation(BEC),and the author predicts that the high-Tc superfluidity should exist.Finally,the similarity between particles and molecules is discussed,and the macroscopic quantum effects are summarized.

The electric field distribution formula of the transmitted incident liqut at arbitrary angle in one-dimensional photonic crytals is deduced.The electric field distribution properties of one-dimentional photonic crystals are thus researched.The research shows that the incident angle,permutation of dielectric mode of photonic crystals,defect mode and defect mode refractive index can make different influences on the election field distribution in one-dimensional photonic crystals.

For the problem of large time-delay and great inertia in the process control field,a new nonlinear PI controller is proposed which can compensate the time-delay features by an aperiodic sampling unit,speed up the adjustment process and reduce the overshoot by a nonlinear PI controller.The simulation of the aperiodic sampling unit and nonlinear unit is realized by the S-Function of MATLAB.Simulation results demonstrate that the new nonlinear PI controller has less overshoot and faster response.In the case of the model-process mismatch,it also has a good performance and robust stability.

Voltage regulating systems often uses PID regulation which requires long time to control and has large overshoot.Based on the analysis of the system,a kind of effective fuzzy controller was designed.Since the regression analysis model is determined by the mathematical function relationship,it is enough to make addition and subtraction,multiplication and division operations,so it can easily be programmed to achieve in microcomputers such as PLC instruction.Through the simulation,the control effect of regression analysis model and fuzzy controller model is basically consistent.

According to the characteristics of BHF control system of hydraulic machines,this essay applies the adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm to establish fuzzy logic controller in MATLAB/Simulink,works out the adaptive fuzzy PID hydraulic machines BHF control system.The simulation result shows that with the adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm,the system has good dynamic and static characteristics and good robustness.

The electronic wave function in the slits is obtained by the Schrodinger equation,and electron diffraction wave function outside the slits by the strict solutions of path integral method.The diffraction intensity is proportional to the square of diffraction wave function.Then,the formula of electronic double-slit diffraction intensity can be obtained.It is found that the theoretical calculation result of quantum theory and the experimental measurement data tally pretty well.So,the method of quantum theory can explain electron diffraction phenomenon precisely.

AZO films with Al

and ZnO buffer layers were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering.The structure and optoelectronic properties of AZO films were analyzed by some characterization instruments,such as X-ray diffractometer (XRD),scanning electron micro-scope (SEM),UV-visible spectrophotometer,Hall test.The results show that the films with buffer layers have better c-axis preferred orientation,and smooth surface.The crystal quality has been improved.The transmittance of films is over 80% in the visible range.AZO films deposited on ZnO buffer layer have the lowest resistivity of 5.8×10
-4
Ω·cm,and the conductive property of the films is improved obviously.

The delta modulation(ΔM) system,delta-sigma(Δ-Σ) modulation system and the adaptive delta modulation(ADM)system have been simulated respectively by SystemView simulation software in this paper.The results demonstrate that the modulation of the amplitude increment of adaptive delta modulation (ADM) system can be adjusted automatically with the change of the analog signal,which overcomes overload noise produced by ΔM and Δ-Σ modulation systems,solves the contradiction of granular noise and overload noise,and extends the signal dynamic ranged.

A multi-loop control strategy is proposed based on OCC (One Cycle Control)-controlled Buck-Boost LED lighting driver,and a novel efficient Buck-Boost LED lighting driver is obtained.The multi-loop control strategy principles are analyzed in detail,the system model is built and the control system performance is made in-depth studies.It can be seen through system simulations that the novel multi-loop control system has better performance such as high power factor,low output impedance and good dynamic performance,and it has achieved the desired goal.

OFDM syetems are very sensitive to frequency offset.Frequency shifts lead to loss of orthogonality between subcarriers,which will cause intercarrier interference and degrade the system performance.In view of the interference,the ICI caused by frequency offset is analyzed in theory.This paper compares the performances of three methods of ICI cancellation based on symbol transform self-cancellation,extended Kalman filtering and frequency domain coding.The result shows that Frequency coding suppresses ICI effectively without reducing spectrum utilization.

Elliptically polarized light and partially polarized light show similar change in light intensity through a rotatable,so it is difficult to differentiate them.Application of two 1/4 wave plates in the path of elliptically ploarized light and one 1/4 wave plate in the path of partially polarized light is a way to distinguish them from each other.The experiment results showed that the intensity of partially polarized light changed with no extinction phenomenon,but the intensity of elliptically polarized light changed with the extinction phenomenon,and the elliptial polarized light changed into shallow polarized light through 1/4 wave plate.

Qubits must be sent again when some qubit errors occur in the data frame in the quantum network between the two communicate sites.Although this repeat guarantees the data accuracy,the pressure of the communication channel is increased.In order to reduce the pressure of the channel and improve the efficiency of selective repeat protocol,the authors analyze the existing selective repeat protocol from the process of quantum states’ replication and teleportation.So the cache of the channel is introduced and the selective repeat protocol of the data link layer is improved.Furthermore,the authors compare the efficiency of protocol and the utilization ratio of channel with previous scheme and provide a reference for seeking more effective and efficient communication means.

This paper researches the transmissivity of the one dimensional linear function photonic crystals,and the effect of different period numbers and different optical thickness on the field intensity in photon crystals.Some new results different from the conventional photonic crystals are obtained.When the medium BandArefractive indexes distribution function for linear increase,transmissivity of linear function photonic crystal can be far greater than 1;with the increase of period numbers,the maximum value of electric field strength increases significantly;the change of period numbers can make the magnification of the function photonic crystal field change accordingly.Such results provide theoretical approach and idea for photonic crystals preparation and applications.

Utilizing Floquet scattering method,the paper investigates the electronic density of states (DOS) and renormalized resistance of multiwall carbon nanotubes under the irradiation of the terahertz electromagnetic fields.With the irradiation frequency of the external field remaining unchanged,the system DOS is observed to increase at first and then decrease oscillately,while the renormalized resistance of the system firstly decreases rapidly and then increases osicllately with the increasing irradiation intensity.On the other hand,the situation for the unchanged irradiation intensities is some what different,the system DOS increases quickly to a saturation value and then decreases oscillately and slowly,the renormalized resistance decreases urgently to be nearly 0.10 and then increases slowly.

Wireless mouse are used more and more widely in the computer for its convenience.A Wireless mouse based on the PS / 2 port is designed,which uses the 2.4G band's CC2500 chip.That type of mouse can directly replace the existing mouse without drivers.Test results show that the function and energy consumption of the designed wireless mouse can meet the common operational needs.

The chromatographic analysis of the power transformer oil dissolved gas is an important method for transformer fault diagnosis by which the operating state of the transformer and the potential transformer internal fault can be grasped indirectly.Artificial neural network has been applied in the power transformer fault diagnosis successfully,but the large number of learning samples and the complicated input-output relationship will lead to a slow network convergence.To resolve the problem,this paper employ the wavelet neural network improved by using genetic algorithms in power transformer fault diagnosis,thus overcoming the shortcomings of local minima and slow convergence speed.

Electronic transmission coefficients and density of states for uniaxially small strained armchair-edge graphene nanoribbons (AGNRs) are demonstrated by the first-principle calculations based on nonequilibrium Green’s function method and density-functional-theorem.It is observed that the system density of states and transmission coefficients of semiconducting AGNRs are sensitive to the external uniaxially small strain,while the energy gaps of metallic AGNRs may be opened under a small strain.

This paper puts forward a general exact approach to obtain the quantum dipole-dipole interaction (DDI) between two two-level “atoms” in arbitrary nanostructures,in which the transfering rate of the DDI is analytically expressed as the difference between the two classical dipoles’ total radiation power and the sum of the two individual dipole’s radiation powers.The radiation power can be calculated by the finite-difference time-domain method.The validity of the method is tested for dipoles placed in vacuum and in an ideal planar microcavity and the calculated results agree well with the analytic solutions.

Plasma inducing the low flow velocity boundary layer was investigated,and the affection of different plasma actuator excitation intensity,size and main flow velocity to the flow boundary layer was analyzed,in which the plasma was produced by a high-voltage RF(radio frequence) actuator.Through the simulation and analysis,it is found that the flow boundary is changed greatly by the induction of plasma actuator,the plasma actuator can produce significant accelerating inducing flow on the main flow.So the plasma technology can be used to control flow,such as control flow separation of the airplane airfoil or aeroengine vane,and can be used to improve the off-design performance of airplane and aeroengine or scramjet.

Aiming at solving the problems of low power factor and dissactisfactory dimming effect,the principles of SCR dimming in CED driver system is explained.Accordingly,SCR dimming in LED system with 50 W power is designed based on SSL 2103.That system consists of main circuit and feedback circuit.Simulation experiment showed that that system can function properly and meet the designing goal.

The traditional coaxial magnetic resonance power transmission model is deficient for small spatial freedom.Through the analysis of the influence of launching and receiving system on transmission efficiency in mon-coaxial condition,the article puts forward an improved triple coil magnetic resonance power transmission model,which successfully breaks through the limits of the traditional coaxial magnetic resonance power transmission system in the space position.Experimental data show that the improved transmission device not only improves the spatial freedom,but also,in axial angle -90°~+90°,improves the lowest efficiency by more than 43% and the maximum transmission efficiency by 5%.
