    Through the analysis of the variation of the economic value of accounting elements and decisive factors of the value,the author  points out that “historical cost” can not bring the real “authenticity” in an economic system that price is being changed constantly;and he gives a new explanation to the meaning of accounting elements basing on institutional economics and demonstrates that the common essence of the accounting element lies in “the value in future”.In order to give consideration to “useful decision making” in the value assessment of accounting elements and the easy using of “cost-effective principle”,he proposes that the bridge of “historical cost” and “future value” is “present value”.

    This paper studied the influence on elimination of calcium and magnesium by NH4F during the preparation of Mn-Zn ferrite precursor by coprecipitation.The results of experiments showed that the quantity of NH4F,time and temperature of reaction and pH were of obvious influence on elimination of calcium and magnesium.Under the best conditions——the volume fraction of 370.4　g·L-1 NH4F was 2.4×10-2,temperature was 90　℃ and the reaction time was 1 h and pH was 3.5,the contents of calcium and magnesium in purified solution were 0.003 and 0.019 g·L-1 respectively, while the contents of calcium and magnesium in the precursor were 7.5×10-5 and 5.6×10-5,less than 10-4,so the precursor of Mn-Zn ferrite by coprecipitation was fit to be used to prepare high-quality product.

    Lithium acetate,manganese acetate,cobalt acetate,nickel acetate,citric acid,and glycol being the raw anaterials,LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4 powder was prepared by the combustion-assisted complexing method.The phase identification,lattice parameter and morphology were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The electrochemical properties of LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4 were carried out by A.C.impedance and galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments.The powders prepared under different conditions are of good crystallinity;the diffraction peak of X-ray is intensive and sharp.The capacity of LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4 increases as the temperature rises.Compared with the original capacity,it decreases slighty;however,the cycling behavior improves after double doping.

    This paper deals with the day and night feeding rhythm and the daily feeds intake rate of Bufo gargarizans tadpole.The results indicate that day and night feeding shows an apparent rhythm.The peak index of fullness lies at 21:00 and 6:00,and the lowest index at 9:00 and 15:30.The daily feed intake rate is 12.28%.

    Man-made neural net BP algorithm is adopted to establish project finance evaluation model.Subordinated function of vague maths is used to describe evaluation index.The peak value and mean value of subordinated function are used to form studying sample and train the neural net.So that it will obtain the function of associative memory and make strategic decision to realize project financial evaluation to the sample index not appearing in the training.

    This paper studied the roots morphology mechanism of drought resistance of IAPAR9 by method of contrast study on strong and weak drought resistant ability of varieties of common rice,hybrid rice,and  upland rice.The results showed that the correlation was significant between the drought resistant ability of rice and its length,volume,and weight;IAPAR9 had a middle level of roots;both the number and area of vascular tissues in rice roots were decreased greatly under drought stress,but IAPAR9 could maintain larger growth than others while drought was serious (40% soil saturated water content) because the area of its vascular tissure was larger,which should be one of the substantial foundations for its good dronght resistant ability.

    Objective：To study the effects of the extract of Epimedium korearium Nakai on the indexes of immune organs and reproductive organ in female Gong chickens.Method：Perfusion was applied to 3-day-old chichens every day with different dosages,and indexes of immune organs and female reproductive organ were measured at 21-day-old.Result：Neither the cloacal bursa index nor the thymus index was affected (P>0.05),but the spleen index and the female reproductive organ index were increased (P<0.05).Conclusion：It suggests that forage containing the extract of Epimedium korearium Nakai is able to enhance the female chickens’ disease resistance and reproductive ability.

    This paper introduced the preparation of the Zn(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) complexes of 2-salicylaldehyde aminophenol and alcohol.The properties of the complexes were characterized by element analysis,IR,UV and Molarconduction.The result showed that the coordination number of metal ions is four,with tetragonal planar structures.Because the metal ions have different d electron structures,there are the differences of the luminescent property between the complexes.

    The respiratory disorder happens in infants aged no more than 3 months,especially in infants aged 2 months,and frequently appeares during winter and spring.This may arise from the worse excitative conduction function of electric activity during all parts of cortex in neonates or young infants,but there isn't typical eclampsia attack in clinic.But due to the development of the structures under the cortex is  relatively mature in neonates or young infants，which can excite tissues nearby,respiratory rhythm may change if excitation spreads to respiratory center.The author discusses the discrimination between respiratory disorder and pneumonia or intercurrent respiratory failure.The key  treatment is  to supply calcium by vein as early as possible.
