Abstract: Objective：To study the effects of the extract of Epimedium korearium Nakai on the indexes of immune organs and reproductive organ in female Gong chickens.Method：Perfusion was applied to 3-day-old chichens every day with different dosages,and indexes of immune organs and female reproductive organ were measured at 21-day-old.Result：Neither the cloacal bursa index nor the thymus index was affected (P>0.05),but the spleen index and the female reproductive organ index were increased (P<0.05).Conclusion：It suggests that forage containing the extract of Epimedium korearium Nakai is able to enhance the female chickens’ disease resistance and reproductive ability.
