Abstract: The respiratory disorder happens in infants aged no more than 3 months,especially in infants aged 2 months,and frequently appeares during winter and spring.This may arise from the worse excitative conduction function of electric activity during all parts of cortex in neonates or young infants,but there isn't typical eclampsia attack in clinic.But due to the development of the structures under the cortex is  relatively mature in neonates or young infants，which can excite tissues nearby,respiratory rhythm may change if excitation spreads to respiratory center.The author discusses the discrimination between respiratory disorder and pneumonia or intercurrent respiratory failure.The key  treatment is  to supply calcium by vein as early as possible.
