    In most applications of distributed multisensor system,the system dynamics or observation equations are nonlinear.The Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) is the most common approach for distributed multisensor nonlinear state estimation.It is well known that the performance of the EKF may not be always good due to the linearization error.In addition,the derivation of the Jacobian matrices is nontrivial in most applications and often lead to implementation difficulties.To address distributed multisensor nonlinear state estimation problems,the paper proposes a novel state estimation method based on the unscented kalman filter.The Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) is a novel method for nonlinear filtering.The UKF can be more easily applied for nonlinear state estimation,because the UKF does not approximate the nonlinear state and measurement equations.Moreover,The UKF can get more accurate estimation than the EKF.At last,a Monte Carlo simulation is used to analyze the performance of the method.The results of the simulation prove that the new method will get more accurate estimation than the distributed Extended Kalman Filter.

    Polyethylene glycol membranes with different molecular weight cut-offs under intermittent cross-flow condition are used to treat oil wastewater,and their experimental conditions including pressure,temperature on permeate rate and removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) are studied in the paper.The results show the permeate rate of ultrafiltration membrane can be influenced by pressure and temperature,and pressure is chosen between 0.3~0.7 MPa to the PEG with molecular weight cut-offs of 8 000 and between 0.7~1.0 MPa to the PEG with molecular weight cut-offs of 2 500,and temperature is chosen between 25~32 ℃.The UF membrane under intermittent cross-flow operating mode can remove up to 93% COD.

    From an analysis of 72 species of terristial isopoda collected in 20 sampling areas throughout 5 typical zones (i.e.,tropical,subtropical,warm temperate,temperate and high frigid) in China,the author found out the following specific faunastic characteristics among terrestrial isopoda of typical zones:1.with strong regional differences in distribution and more zonal special species;2.the leading position is occupied by the fauna of tropical and subtropical zones of Oriental Realm;3.the ecological habitats among species are diversified; compared with Japanese species,there are big differences between species category.More than 84% indigenous Chinese species are different from Japanese species,indicating the existence of further strong faunastic diffeences on species distribution.

    The level of specific immunoglobulin G (IgG) in sera of hydatidosis patients against Echinococcus granulosus antigen is detected in dot-immunobinding assay with purified and crude Echinococcus granulosus antigens.The experiment carried out with purified antigen and the serum 1∶200 obtains higher specificity (98.9%);meanwhile,the experiment maintains the higher sensitivity (93.7%) which is obtained in the experiment carried out with crude antigen and the serum dilution 1∶400.These results indicate that in the research of specific immunoglobulin G in sera of hydatidosis patients anti-Echinococcus granulosus antigen,higher sensitivity (93.7%) and higher specificity (98.4,98.9%) can be obtained with purified Echinococcus granulosus antigen and crude Echinococcus granulosus antigen respectively;higher specificity is achieved when purified antigen is used,but there is no significant difference between purified and crude antigen in statistics.

    The mixed algorithms of genetic algorithms and simlutated annealing algorithm are put forward.The new algorithm not only sufficiently exerts the advantages of the two algorithms,but also improves the computing precision and speed.The algorithm simulates the recurrence of nature evolution process,and solves the contradiction between the diversity of population and the convergence speed.The experiment shows that the algorithm is effective.

    Referring to immune optimization mechanism,an artificial immune system for time-varied functions optimization is presented.In this paper,a clone and selection operator is constructed to act as the main search operator by mimic the clone and selection process of B cell,and a immune network is constructed to realize self-organization and memory of the optimal and is used to conduct the following search process.The simulation results show that the algorithm has good performance on optimization for time-varied functions.

    In this paper,salicylate-pillared MgAl hydrotalcite organic/inorganic hybrid was synthesized by using direct anion exchange method in the aqueous solution with NO3-MgAl as precursor,and was characterized by XRD,IR and DTA.The guest-host interaction in the synthesized sample was investigated.Results show that the thermal stabilities of the brucite-like layers and the inserted anion pillars in the salicylate pillared hydrotalcite are largely improved due to the guest-host interaction.DTA combined with the XRD and IR studies  of the sample calcined at different temperatures reveal that the grafting of the guest anions to the host brucite-like  layers takes place during the thermal processing accompanying the Hydrogen-bonding formation,and the proper grafting temperatures are between  the elimination of water molecules from the interlayer space and the elimination of the hydroxyl groups from the brucite-like layers.

    A mating design,including full-sib and half-sib from Liriodendron chinense,L.tulipifera and their hybrid,was conducted.The seed plumpness,seed viability and germination ability of 27 mating combinations were studied.The results showed that the seed plumpness of L.chinense,L.tulipifera and their hybrid were 9.00%,17.57% and 29.44% respectively.The average seed viability of L.chinense,L.tulipifera and hybrid were 5.11%,10.76% and 16.95% respectively.L.chinense and hybrid had almost the same germination ratio and germination energy (0.17%),while L.tulipifera was a little better with 1.29% germination ratio and 1.02% germination energy.Combing all the three seed vigor traits,it can be concluded that hybrid was the best,L.chinense was the worst.Meanwhile,a visible variation was found among individuals within provenance for those seed vigor traits studied.A clear rule was found that the seed vigor of combinations derived from control-pollination was better than that from open-pollination.

    Change of molecular magnetic moment of motherliquor and shear yield strength are studied in magnetorheological fluid.It is found from the study that   if magnetic induction strength is small,relative error of shear yield strength  linearly increases as magnetic induction strength increases,and it rapidy increase as electrons in molecule of  motherliquor increase.While the relative error hardly changes if magnetic induction strength increases to some value. In order to decrease error,molecule with less electrons must be as chosen as the motherliquor.

    By comparison of fatty acid component,α-linolenic acid content,and physical chemical properties between Eucommia key fruit seed oil and Kiwi fruit seed oil through GC and physical chemical analysis methods,it is shown that both are very similar not only in GC fingerprint chromatography,component and content of fatty acid,but also in refractive index,density,odor,color and so on.It can be concluded that the  Eucommia key fruit seed oil must have the same value of exploitation and health functions as Kiwi fruit seed oil.

    Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) is one of the most common pathogens which is closely associated with chronic gastritis,peptic ulcers,intestinal epithelium metaplasia,gastric carcinoma and MALT.H.pylori takes the form of spiral.It has flagellae and many gene isoforms.The infectious rate of it in the global population has reached 50% and is more in the patients with chronic gastritis or peptic ulcers.The main source of infection of H.pylori is mankind.H.pylori can be spread through the way of mouth to mouth,stool to mouth and medicine.The etiological factors of H.pylori  include virulence factors,cellular factors,immunological factors,heredity susceptibilities of bodies.To recognize the propagation process and pathogenic  mechanism of the H.pylori has a vital significance in the prevention and therapy of it.

    The exobasidium gracile(shirai) syd was cultured in thirteen mediums,which were PDA medium,PDA medium adding fresh tea juice,PDA medium adding parched and cracked teas,Gause 1 medium,Gause 1 medium adding fresh tea juice,Gause 1 medium adding parched and cracked teas,Czapek medium.The results showed that PDA medium adding fresh tea juice was the most suitable for the growth of exobasidium gracile(shirai) syd and the best culture temperature was 22.5 ℃;basidium was elliptical or cylindric with two to four basidiospore on its top.Mature basidiospore could generate conidiophore via microcircle conidiation,then grow and breed by way of germinate.Marinating the seeds of rice with conidia fermented liquid,it can be concluded that the fermented liquid can stimulate the buding of seeds and accelerate growth of root.

    Dragon boat,as a special culture phenomenon,has abundant ancient eastern cultural connotation.Meanwhile,as Chinese traditional gymnastic,entertaining  and athletic sports item,it has  great potential for the commercialization and marketablization to its intangible sports assets.This paper adopts literature material and expert interview,introduces the development of dragon boat sports,illustrates  its cultural value and the present problems.Combined with the content of intangible sports assets,specific measures of developing dragon boat sports science are thus designed.
