Abstract: By comparison of fatty acid component,α-linolenic acid content,and physical chemical properties between Eucommia key fruit seed oil and Kiwi fruit seed oil through GC and physical chemical analysis methods,it is shown that both are very similar not only in GC fingerprint chromatography,component and content of fatty acid,but also in refractive index,density,odor,color and so on.It can be concluded that the  Eucommia key fruit seed oil must have the same value of exploitation and health functions as Kiwi fruit seed oil.
