Abstract: The present situation development and the investment environment of the sports tourism resources in the Autonomous Prefecture of Western Hunan analysed in the paper by some scientific methods,such as document,field investigation,expert interview  and logical analysis.On the basis of this,some important ideas on the development of the sports tourism resources in the Autonomous Prefecture of Western Hunan are put forward.
