Evaluation on the Economic Development in Ethnic Areas：A Case Study in Take Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract

Abstract:

The economic development in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is evaluated with respect to effectiveness,stability,sustainability,and the results show that the economy in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture has risen steadily during "Twelve-Five" period,and the welfare and sustainability of the economic development have been improved greatly.After analyzing the deficiencies of the current economic development in Xiangxi prefecture,the paper puts forward,some suggestions on speeding up the upgrading of industry,initaiating innovation,and coordinating the development in urban and rural areas.
