Abstract: Man-made neural net BP algorithm is adopted to establish project finance evaluation model.Subordinated function of vague maths is used to describe evaluation index.The peak value and mean value of subordinated function are used to form studying sample and train the neural net.So that it will obtain the function of associative memory and make strategic decision to realize project financial evaluation to the sample index not appearing in the training.
