The basis BL* system and BR0-algebra are studied.A schematic extension BL*Δ of BL* system is introduced by adding the unary connective Δ to BL*,and then the concept of ΔBR0-algebra is proposed.Morever,the Δ-filter of ΔBR0-algebra and corresponding properties are studied.Finally,the completeness of BL*Δ is proved by using the properties,and the generalized deductive theorem in BL*Δ is given.

This work gives a criterion for asymptotic stability of a class of nonlinear neutral differential systems.By
introducing suitable vector Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,a delay dependent criterion which not only depends on the discrete delay but also on the neutral delay is presented.This paper has also broken away from the assumption of 0<|α|<1,which is used in the operator D in earlier report.The sufficient condition is expressed in terms of linear matrix inequality.In the end of the work,utilizing Matlab toolbox,the numerical simulation examples are presented to illustrate feasibility of the criterion.

Support vector machine is a learning technique based on the stuctural risk minimization principle,and it is a class of regression method with good generalization ability.Based on chaotic time series characteristic,a prediction model of chaos time series is built by using the support vector machine.In this paper,the method,the characteristic,and the selecting of the key parameters are discussed about the model.A simulation example is taken to demonstrate correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.The result shows that the model can better process a complex chaos time series data,and has better generalization and prediction accuracy.

K-means algorithm is sensitive to initial value,easy to fall into local minimum value.In response to these shortcomings,the idea of genetic algorithm is proposed based on genetic algorithm and k-means algorithm for hybrid clustering method.In order to test the performance of clustering algorithm,a set of experiments are conducted by using k-means algorithm and the improved algorithm,and the clustering results by the two algorithms are compared.It is showed that the clustering algorithm can effectively solve the clustering problem.

In order to solve the problems existing in the current antenna for high power microwave weapon,the idea of a magnetized plasma channel used as antenna for radiating electromagnetic pulse is presented.The normal modes of Magnetized Plasma Channel Antenna (MPCA) in lossy gas are analyzed.The concrete realization method of this antenna is simply described.The geometric-model of MPCA is created based on the operating principle of this antenna.The strictest dispersion equation of MPCA is deduced by applying the boundary conditions of electromagnetic fields.Discussion is stressed on the variations of propagation constants with plasma parameters,surrounding material and external magnetic field.The analysis shows that MPCA in a finite magnetic field possesses some different properties compared with a plasma channel antenna where infinite external magnetic field exists.These results are useful for practical application of the antenna.

The fine structure and microstructure changes of electrode active materials β-Ni(OH)2 and AB5 alloy during charge-discharge processes are studied in detail by X-ray diffraction (XRD).Chemical physical of electrode active materials and physical conductive mechanism are elucidated.To be brief,the physical conductive mechanism of MH/Ni battery is the directional migrating and moving of hydrogen ions between the positive and negative electrodes because hydrogen atoms are deviating from the β-Ni(OH)2 lattice and inserting into AB5.

The authors investigate the effect of the value change of L on low temperature phonon transport in a width-change quantum waveguide by using the scattering-matrix method.The calculated results show that the transmission coefficient almost doesn’t change when the width of the quantum waveguide changes small,but it will become large with the value increase of L when the width of the quantum waveguide changes more.And at low temperature,the thermal conductance almost doesn’t change with the width-change of the quantum waveguide,but it will become large with the value increase of L when the temperature hoists.

Based on the analysis of characteristics in single electron tunneling junction and single-electron transistor,using the equivalent circuit method,macro-model was proposed based on the voltage-controlled unit.Simulation was executed subsequently to get characteristic curves.Comparison between curves was obtained by simulator,and ideal curves was done to indicate the same trend.Numerical calculations verify that the model is reasonable.

In order to achieve the right video image acquisition and multi-format output,images collected by low-speed memory are usually used.This article describes the characteristics and application of SAA7113 video decoder chip.Implementation of the SA7113 hardware circuit configuration structure is researched based on CPLD.Through I²C bus,the VHDL language is used to initialize the control of programming.Therefore,video acquistion,image information collection by 8 MHz/s low-speed memory,and multi-format output can be achieved.

Superfine NiO powders were prepared by a homogeneous precipitation method with an aqueous solution of nickel nitrate hexahydrate and urea.The microstructure,surface morphology of NiO were characterized by thermogravimertric (TG) analysis and differential thermal analysis (DTA),X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM),infrared (IR) spectroscopy.Superfine NiO with particle size of 1~3 μm can be obtained by this method.NiO delivers a discharge capacity of more than 670.5 mAh/g,and the capacity loss per cycle after 80 times is only 0.031%,suggesting that superfine NiO derived from this method is an excellent anode material for lithium ion batteries.

Double metal cyanide complex (DMC) based on Zn₃[Co(CN)₆]₂ was prepared and employed as catalyst for the copolymerization of propylene oxide and carbon dioxide.Effects of reaction conditions on catalytic performance and the compositions of products were investigated.The results show that these catalysts demonstrate highly catalytic activity over 2 000 g copolymer per gram of Zn₃[Co(CN)₆]₂.The copolymers prepared were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR,and the molar fraction of CO₂ for copolymer (FCO₂) was as high as 0.3 under optimum condition,coupling product of propylene carbonate was also identified as co-product.It is also found that lower temperature and high reaction pressure are favorable for incorporation of CO₂ into copolymer.

The ompH gene encoding mature outer membrane protein H (OmpH) without a signal peptide was isolated from genomic DNA of avian P. multocida type strain X-73 by PCR.The BamHⅠand XhoⅠ digested PCR product was cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pMAL-p2X to provide a recombinant plasmid pMAL-p2X-ompH.The fusion protein of MBP-OmpH was expressed in E.coli BL21 harboring the recombinant plasmid pMAL-p2X-ompH by IPTG induction,and the recombinant protein was detected with SDS-PAGE.The sequence analysis showed that the ompH gene coding the mature protein was 1 002 bp in length,and completely identical to the previously reported ompH gene of strain X-73;while the SDS-PAGE showed that a single protein band with molecular weight of 78 kDa in E. coli after IPTG inducing.The recombinant protein OmpH can be used as positive control on development subunit vaccine for fowl cholera.

45 pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal pregnant groups,model groups and Salvianolic acid B(Sal B)-treated groups.Pregnancy-induced Hypertension(PIH) rats model were induced by endotoxin infusing via caudal vein,and Sal B had been administered to the therapy groups at 22.5 mg·kg-1 per day.The blood pressure and 24 hours urine protein of three groups of rats were recorded every two days.All of the rats were killed;the number of fetal rats and the weight of placenta were measured on the 20th day of gestation.The results showed that blood pressure and 24 hours urine protein in Sal B-treated groups were obviously lower than those in model groups,the number of fetal rats was much more and the weight of placenta was heavier.So the research indicates that Sal B can be used to treat PIH.

Objective To show the domestic research literatures of social health education to patients with diabetes thoroughly and provide best evidence for further study by systematic review.Methods The domestic research literatures of social health education to patients with diabetes up today was searched with standardized terms matched within MeSH.The evaluation criteria for methodology were worked out according to cochrane systematic review handbook (version 4.2.5).The research literatures was excluded,included，assessed，classified and sorted through reading the title,abstract and full text.Results The social health education to patients with diabetes must be strengthened，no matter whether patients’ culture is high or low.It can enhance the compliance behaviors and therapeutic compliance and control blood sugar more efficiently.At present,it is default of standardized education models,though the different education models are effective.Conclusion Social health education to patients with diabetes can enhance the quality of life and lower the incidence of diabetes in the high risk population,but it lacks large samples randomized controlled study and more widespread and profound study.

The current situation of cultivating reserve sports talents in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is surveyed.The results show that although there are some achievements,there still exists imbalance between the coaches’record of formal schooling and their capability,and the tralining quality needs to be improved.Although the athletes resources can be guaranteed,the percentage of talent output is too low.The major reasons lie in the fact that the investment is not enough,and the talent training and selecting are not scientific.
