The convergence of the formal series solution to the initial boundary value problem for the non-homogeneous wave equation is considered.By proving the uniform convergence of the series formal series and the uniform convergence of the formal series after the partial derivative,the authors prove the existence and uniqueness of classical solution and the existence;and at the same time the authors prove the existence of the generalized solution to the initial boundary value problem for the non-homogeneous wave equation.

This paper studies single-machine scheduling with a maintenance activity and common due date assignment problem in which the processing time of a job depends on its position in a sequence.The objective functions include the cost of the due date,the total earliness of the scheduled jobs and the total cost of discarded jobs that cannot be completed by their due dates.Polynomial-time dynamic programming algorithm is thus presented.

The use of color histogram is a common method for image retrieval,since conventional color histogram retrieval method is prone to lose the spatial information of colors,thus affecting both the recall and the precision.A new image retrieval algorithm is proposed in this paper.According to the method,an image is cut into sub-blacks first;then the retrieval is performed by the weighted method of sub-block’s color histogram.Experimental results show that both the recall and the precision are improved effectively.

Making assembly drawing according to two-dimensional part drawing is an important practice link for mechanical engineering students.Aiming at the problems in traditional teaching,this paper introduces a method to use Solidworks to do three dimensional modeling,virtual equipping,exploded-views’ making and simulation moving with drawing a machine vice as an example.At the same time,the paper also suggests a new pattern which applies 3D modeling teaching in the machine drawing’s pattern“part drawing-object-assembly drawing”,so that the teaching effect can be improved.

Genes expressed specifically at low temperature were used to design primers and to screen brain full-length cDNA library of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) through two rounds of clonal PCR method.After that,gene 152 was discovered and sequenced,and determined finally as NADH-quinone oxidoreductase 3 subunit gene using homologous searches.This gene was confirmed to play an important role as the force generators for fish in a low water environment.In addition,NADH-quinone oxidoreductase 3 subunit gene was associated with cold adaptation of common carp to some extent in oxidation of respiratory chain electron transport system.

It is self-pollution of net cage culture stamped by eutrophication and bio-sediment to limits the healthy development of this industry.The eutrophication is mainly represented by overage accumulation of nutrient salt.In shallow sea,the excretions of cultivated organisms,fouling organisms and wild fish,exchanges of nutrient at the interface between water and sediment or particulate matters are the major nutrient salt sources of self-pollution in culture system.Thus,in the research on nutrient salt sources of net cage culture self-pollution in shallow sea,it is important to study the environmental dynamic loadings of cultivated fish,the resources and ecological effects of fouling organisms and other kinds of organisms,and nutrient salt regeneration in particulate matters or sediment.

An HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of CPT and HCPT in Camptotheca acuminata Decne.leaves was established.Using this assay,CPT and HCPT in leaves of Camptotheca acuminata Decne. in different seasons were determined.The results showed that，in a year,the content of CPT presented two peaks curve in tender leaves of C. acuminata,which appeared in July and September respectively and reached the highest point in July,while it declined persistently in older leaves;The accumulation of CPT and HCPT presented evident relativity in the different growth stages.

Supercritical CO₂ fluid extraction technology was used to extract taxol from the needles of Taxus chinensis var. Mairei.The result shows that the best cosolvent is ethanol with 10%~15% water content and the best volumetric ratio of cosolvent to supercritical fluid is 0.12,and the best process conditions are extraction pressure 30 MPa,temperature 50 ℃,and time 2 h.Under the optimal conditions.the extraction rate of taxol surpassed 93%.

〗Pazufloxacin mesilate was synthesized from (S)-9,10-difluoro-3-methly-7-oxo-2,3-dihydro-7-H-pyrido[1,2,3-de][1,4] benzoxazine-6-carboxylate with nuclephilic substitution,selective decarboxylation,cyclic addition,hydrolysis,Hofmann recomposition and salt formation.The product was tested by HPLC and the results showed content of 91.352 g/L.The optimized process is suitable for industrial mass production.

Application of factor analysis and cluster analysis on blending and threshing techniques for tobacco was performed by using conventional chemical composition  as indicator.Factor analysis showed that three factors affecting the tobacco quality signifcantly were nitrogen,nicotine and total sugar/nicotine ratio.It can be concluded by cluster analysis that there are mainly five different types of tobacco,i.e. Xiangxi Longshan C3F,C2F,B1F,C1F tobacco and Sichuan Pangzhihua B3F tobacco;Xiangxi Longshan CX2K,X34 and X3F toabcco;Xiangxi Longshan B4F,C4,X4F toabcco and Sichuan Pangzhihua B2F,C3F and B2L tobacco;Xiangxi Longshan CX1K,B1K,C1L tobacco;Xiangxi Longshan B2K,X2F,B23 and B2L tobacco.Similar quality for each type of tobacco indicated that these tobaccos can be blended for the following threshing procedure.

Tourism is a cross-industry which is highly sensitive to risk.Research of risk prevention and resolution measures in tourism industry can bring down the risk and promote the harmonious development of tourism industry.This paper,firstly,reviews the research of  related literatures in tourism industry risk;secondly,analyzes causes for tourism industry risk from the production structure,market structure of tourist source,economic fluctuations，unexpected incidents,and influence from natural disasters.Lastly,this paper provides some counter measures:to optimize the product structure,promote innovation and upgrad  industrial structure;to strengthen marketing,broaden tourist source market and optimize the market structure;to promote cooperation among government,tourism association,enterprises and etc;to do much in disaster prevention,reduction and early-risk warning in tourism industry.
