Abstract: Tourism is a cross-industry which is highly sensitive to risk.Research of risk prevention and resolution measures in tourism industry can bring down the risk and promote the harmonious development of tourism industry.This paper,firstly,reviews the research of  related literatures in tourism industry risk;secondly,analyzes causes for tourism industry risk from the production structure,market structure of tourist source,economic fluctuations，unexpected incidents,and influence from natural disasters.Lastly,this paper provides some counter measures:to optimize the product structure,promote innovation and upgrad  industrial structure;to strengthen marketing,broaden tourist source market and optimize the market structure;to promote cooperation among government,tourism association,enterprises and etc;to do much in disaster prevention,reduction and early-risk warning in tourism industry.
