Abstract: Municipal colleges and universities should aim their orientation at their target employment market in an advanced way.The concepts of “recruitment being impelled by employment promotion”,“student resources being attacted by specialties”,and “recruitment being stabilized by teaching quality” should be set up so as to work out a scientific recruiting plan,to strengthen the specialties of running school,and to maintain a favorable circulation of recruitment,cultivation,and employment.In this way,a sustainable development situation of “fluent input and prosperous output” can be achieved.
