Abstract: Theory of humanistic management,characteristics of college and university human resources in western minority area,and the necessity of humanistic management of teachers are analyzed.Thus,the humanistic management measures of college and university teachers in western minority areas are put forward,which is a reference for the exploration of a new personnel managing mode in the colleges and universities of western minority areas.
