Global Polynomial Stabilization of Proportional Delayed Neural Networks

Abstract: For a class of proportional delayed neural networks,a state feedback controller is used.With the condition that the activation function is bounded and satisfies the Lipschitz condition,we analyze the global polynomial stabilization (GPS) and global asymptotic stabilization (GAS) of the studied system are analyzed by constructing appropriate Lyapunov functionals and using mean value inequality and inequality analysis skills.Several delay-dependent GPS and GAS conditions are obtained.
