Abstract: The application technology of both DeviceNet and ControlNet CIP fieldbus  to the Pneumatic feeding system in a tobacco processing line is considered.In the project development and design,using a two-tier network model,that is,ControlNet for the upper and DeviceNet for the bottom,PLC control procedures and touch-screen procedures are designed according to the network configuration.
