    In this paper the initial value problem of the linear plate equation in multi-dimensions (n≥1) is studied.The fundamental solutions and thus the solution to the corresponding linear problem are obtained by using Fourier transform.Requesting for the point-wise estimate of solution to the linear problem in the Fourier space,estimates and properties of solution operators are achieved,by utilizing which decay estimates of solutions to the linear problem are obtained.

    As the theoretical defect of grey Verhulst model,this article proposed that let nth component ofX(1) be the initial condition based on the optimized background value,and established improved grey Verhulst model based on the background value and initial value.Applied example show that this improved grey Verhult model somehow abolish the error caused by selection in the background value and initial value,has the higher simulation precision and applied value.

    A delayed SLBQRS computer virus model with graded infection rate is proposed in the present paper.Local stability of the viral equilibrium and the existence of a Hopf bifurcation are investigated by regarding the temporary immunity period delay as a bifurcation parameter.Sufficient conditions for the local stability and existence of a Hopf bifurcation are obtained.Finally,numerical simulations are carried out in order to verify the obtained results.

    The lack of Miao characters leads to the lack of efficacy of Miao medicine,so as to affect the development and scientific use of Miao medicine.The Big Data in Miao medicine provides a new way to solve the problem of lack of drug properties.Efficacy of Miao medicine can be found by analyzing the relationship between disease and drug use in medical records.However,because of poor medical technology,some Miao-nationality doctors gave wrong disease when they handled some cases.As wrong disease,it is difficult to mine the efficacy of Miao medicine from the Big Data in Miao medicine.For wrong disease,this paper presents a mining method of Miao medicine symptoms and disease based on distributed k nearest neighbor.In the case of large amount of data,the method has good classification performance and high accuracy.

    In order to strengthen monitoring and management of the dormitory in the university,a design scheme of the security monitoring system based on ZigBee and 3G technology has been proposed,which realizes the real-time synchronization of the dormitory environment data upload and the data reception in the background monitoring center.The system is designed according to the theoretical model of Internet of things,which includes three layers:the perception layer,the network layer and the application layer.Specifically,the perception layer uses ZigBee and sensor technology to construct a wireless sensor network to collect the dormitory environment data;the network layer uses ARM-3G embedded gateway to upload the perceptual layer data to the background server;and the application layer uses PC client and mobile application to form the background monitoring center,which is responsible for data monitoring and management.The simulation tests show that the host computer software can receive data in real-time,and the staff can make the corresponding processing according to the data.At the same time,the test results show the system runs stably and can meet the expected design requirements.

    This paper introduces the function, structure and working principle of the electronic throttle in the EFI system, and analyzes the nonlinear factors that affect the electronic throttle control. The purpose of the electronic throttle control (ETC) is to provide an accurate and stable throttle valve position, and the key to its control technology is to find a suitable control algorithm. Through the current research work in this field, the further development trend of ETCS is analyzed and discussed.

    The blind spectrum sensing algorithm based on the ratio of the maximum and minimum eigenvalues (MME) has attracted much attention in cognitive radio (CR).One of the main advantages of this method is that no prior information of the wireless channel,the noise variance and the primary signal pattern is needed in the process of spectrum sensing.However,the determination of the corresponding decision threshold for MME method is still a difficult problem in practical applications.In this paper,a new MME method based on the improved decision threshold has been proposed.The proposed MME algorithm can obtain more reliable detection performance than the original algorithms.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed MME method.

    It is very important to transmit data packets from the application layer according to the parametrization QoS of the traffic specification with guaranteed services in HR-WPAN.Aimed at the problem that the SIMA(service interval-based MAS allocation) allocation algorithm exists delay jumping or low channel utilization rate,the compact allocation algorithm may not distribute the MASs because of uneven service interval,this paper proposes a VSIB(variable-service interval-based)allocation algorithm.Based on the traffic specification,the algorithm calculates the number of media access slot,local resources and local conditions,determines the appropriate location of media access slot in super frame,and effectively retains media resources to accommodate more equipmentbased on the parametrization QoS.Simulation results show that the VSIB allocation algorithm can accommodate more devices than the SIMA allocation algorithm and the compact allocation algorithm,and the efficiency of resource allocation is more than about 10%.

    Top-seat angle connection is one of normal used beam-to-column connections in engineering.For grasping the mechanical behavior of top-seat angle connections more deeply,finite element software- Abqaus is utilized to analyze the moment-rotation of top-seat angle connections,to studythe initial stiffness of the connections and toraise the formulationof initial stiffness of top-seat angle connections.Finally,the available experimental data are compared.The study result shows that the proposed formulation of initial stiffness of top-seat angle connections has better precision,and it shows good agreement with test data.Hence,the result provides a referencefor engineering applications.

    The antimicrobial activity of endophytic fungi isolated the roots of Aconitum leucostomum to four indicators are detected through paper diffusion method.The extracts of the isolates were examined for the presence of aconitine by TLC and HPLC analysis,and the aconitine-producing endophytic fungi were identified by morphological characteristics and the ITS rRNA sequence analysis.As the results showed,20 endophytic fungi isolates showed antimicrobial activity against at least one of test strains,and the best results were obtained with the endophytic fungi strain YLAC-3.The TLC and HPLC results indicated that there was aconitine in the metabolic substances of YLAC-3 strain.Strain YLAC-3 was identified as Aspergillus tubingensis by its characteristic morphology and ITS sequence analysis.

    This paper describes a new genus and a species of Labeoninae,which was collected from the River Nanpanjiang in Qiubei County of Yunnan,China.New genus Fivepearlus Li,yang,Li et Chen gen.nov.,with its type species Fivepearlus yunnanensis Li,yang,Li et Chen sp.nov.Body of the new genus is completely scaled.The Branched caudal fin rays are 5.The new genus is distinguished from more than 20 genera of Labeoninae in China by the lower lip with special structure,which have five round protuberances,liking a string of beads.The new species is named Fivepearlus yunnanensis Li,yang,Li et Chen sp.nov.(fig1),whose holotype,No.20160928001,total length 63mm,was collected on Sep 28,2016 from the Qingshuijiang of Qiubei county (Riveres Nanpangjiang) in Yunnan province,and kept in Heilongtan Reservoir of shilin,Yunnan.Description:D.iii,7; A.ii,5; P.i,13; V.i,6; Branched caudal fin rays 16; lateral line is straight.Depth of body in standard body length 4.84,length of head 3.94,length of caudal peduncle 4.84,depth of caudal peduncle 9.70.Snout in head 2.67,diameter of eye 4.00,interorbital space 4.00.Depth of caudal peduncle in its length 2.00.

    Yellow pigment were extracted from peel of Trichosathes kirilowii Maxim by ultrasonic-assisted method.On the basis of the single factor,the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:ethanol volume fraction about 40%,material-to-liquid ratio of 1:30 (g:mL),ultrasonic power of 175W,ultrasonic-assisted extracting time about 39 min and extraction temperature at 60℃.Under the conditions,the extraction yield of yellow pigment reaches 0.323 by the optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology from peel of Trichosathes kirilowii Maxim.

    A method for simultaneous detection of sorbic acid,methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate,ethyl-p-hydroxybenzoate,propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate through capillary electrophoresis was developed.With the composition of 20 mmol/L H3BO3-Na2B4O7 (pH=10.0) as the buffer and in a capillary with an effective length of 41cm and an inner diameter of 50  μm,four kinds of preservatives were separated at a voltage of 15 kV within 9 minutes.Under these conditions,the analyte peak area was linearly proportional to its concentration within the range of 10 ~ 1 000 mg/L,the recovery was 95.4%~103.7%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 4.5%.The experiments show that this method is a desirable approach for the analysis of preservatives in beverage.

    On account of the poverty features in the mountainous area of Wuling,this paper managed to set up a system of indicators for assessing the performance of poverty alleviations,involving such items as poverty status,health security,education service,basic living security,and the potentials of comprehensive poverty alleviation.Based on the socioeconomic statistics  of the 71 counties and cities within the mountainous area of Wuling from 2011 to 2015,we have analyzed the comprehensive performance of poverty alleviations in this very area in the last five years,which shows quite remarkable differences from one county to another.Viewed on provincial level,the counties that belong to Guizhou province within this area as a whole presented a relatively good performance in poverty alleviations,in contrast with those belonging to Hubei and Hunan provinces,which rendered only acceptable performances.For those counties that belong to Chongqing in this area,their performances are comparatively poor.

    In order to reduce the risk of lightning disaster in mountainous areas,the Hongjiang expressway service area in Huaihua was selected as the pilot and the center of the square.By selecting the 60 km square range of lightning data from 2007 to 2016,combined with the surrounding environment and weather system,using mathematical statistics to analysis the lightning characteristics of the service area,lightning risk level and so on.Hongjiang expressway service area is lightning prone area or strong area,lightning risk increased year by year,the density of east lightning was much more than the west,the intensity of west was stronger than east,especially the east and northeast of about 200 m (service area near the gas station) away is a large area of lightning high risk area.Westerlies and easterly wave system have different effects on the lightning of service area.It is recommended to consider the service area environment and lightning risk level,check and rectify the lightning protection facilities according to standard,strengthen the construction of lightning protection facilities in the east and northeast of the country,and carry out lightning protection and publicity to reduce the occurrence of lightning disaster.

    The input of disciplinary construction in minority colleges and universities is relatively scarce.Under the background of "dual first-rate",the discipline construction performance,its influencing factor and promotion strategies are directly related to the choice and orientation of discipline construction strategies in local minority colleges and universities.For this reason,based on the input resources,a set of practical discipline evaluation index systems are built.Six minority colleges and universities were selected as samples.What's more,the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to conduct the empirical research based on the "input-output".Therefore,great achievements have been achieved and the actual level of discipline construction in minority colleges and universities has been obtained.Meanwhile,some suggestions which are helpful to improve the performance of discipline construction are put forward.

    The Xiang,E,Yu,Qian Border Region is among ethnic monority areas,and education refoerm process is slow because of the regional disadvantage.The survey finds that the ethnic folk PE curriculum resouces in this area are abundent,large in quantity and rich in variety,which provides a fine foundation and condition for exploiting and utilizing school PE curriculum resouces.Colleges and universities in this area have all opened ethnic folk PE courses and formed unique characteristic courses.But there are still some colleges and universities that have not introduce ethnic folk sports events into classes.There are only three schools have introduced ethnic folk sports events into classes,while the others provide the promotion and learning of ethnic folk sports events in big break or extra curricular activity time.There is still a big expand space by introducing ethnic folk sports resources into the PE courses of Xiang,E,Yu,Qian Border Region schools to deepen education reforms.
