Abstract:

The input of disciplinary construction in minority colleges and universities is relatively scarce.Under the background of "dual first-rate",the discipline construction performance, its influencing factor and promotion strategies are directly related to the choice and orientation of discipline construction strategies in local minority colleges and universities. For this reason, based on the input resources,a set of practical discipline evaluation index systems are built.Six minority colleges and universities were selected as samples. What's more, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to conduct the empirical research based on the "input-output".Therefore,great achievements have been achieved and the actual level of discipline construction in minority colleges and universities has been obtained.Meanwhile, some suggestions which are helpful to improve the performance of discipline construction are put forward.

Key words: DEA model, minority colleges and universities, discipline construction performance, the way of optimization
