    Suppose K(x,y) satisfies K(x,y)=K(y,x) and K(tx,ty)=tλK(x,y).Define the singular integral operator T as T(f)(y)=∫+∞0K(x,y)f(x)dx,y∈(0,+∞).Sufficient conditions guaranteeing the norm of T are obtained.Some new integral inequalities are proved from these results.

    This paper defines the uncertain survival function base on  the maximum loss of insurance company and extreme value theorem of uncertainty theory.Two properties of the uncertain survival function are given.The uncertain survival fuction is proved for the uncertain discrete risk model in which the premium and claim have discount.

    The Fisher information amount of the scale parameter from Pareto distribution based on ranked set sampling (RSS) is studied.In order to give more insight into the performance of RSS compared with simple random sampling (SRS), the Fisher information amount based on RSS is compared with that based on SRS.The numerical results show that the RSS-based scale parameter carries more Fisher information than SRS-based ones.

    In the classical credibility theory,symmetric loss function is usually treated as the criterion for evaluating the predicted result,while the degree of fitting is ignored.To make better application of credibility model,the paper solves the problem of high premium caused by symmetric loss function in classical credibility models via using Mlinex loss function,obtains the Bayes premium and the credibility premium based on Mlinex loss function,and checks the consistency of Bayes premium and credibility premium.Simulation shows that the premium based on Mlinex function is better than that based on the classical credibility model.

    A 3D T chaotic system with absolute terms is constructed.The bifurcation diagram,Lyapunov exponent,0-1 test and phase diagram of Matlab analyzing system are used to verify the sensitivity of the new chaotic system to system parameters.To further study the influence of the double parameter change on the system,dynamics analysis of the system through space bifurcation diagram is carried out,which reveals the chaotic characteristics and realizability of the system.

    Ground grid construction has been an indispensable part of electric power construction and also a research focus in lightning protection and grounding.Voltage sharing of ground grid is directly related to the influence of contact voltage and step voltages on human and device safety.According to the charging and discharging characteristics of capacitance,this paper proposes a design scheme to construct capacitive ground grid connected with capacitor.ATP-EMTP electromagnetic software is used to simulate a circuit model,and the amplitude and steepness of ground potential are measured with different capacitance values.The results show that the capacitive ground grid is effective in reducing the amplitude and steepness of ground potential.This scheme can reduce the damages of lightning on above-ground electrical devices and increase human safety.

    Based on the C/S structure,the platform network structure is established according to the requirements of the optical fiber pre-warning system. The system can be divided into two parts:Server and Client.The Server mainly includes the DSP communication module,the front-end and back-end interaction module,the database module and algorithm module.The Client mainly consists of the front-end and back-end interaction module,the map display module,the historical alarm query module and the parameter setting module.A software system of real-time data based on C/S structure is designed,and all function modules are implemented in VS.Meanwhile,the system is transplanted in system server and its performance is tested.The results show that the system based on C/S structure can realize the real-time processing of the alarm information.

    The signal timing problem of two adjacent intersections is studied.First,a single intersection is taken as the object of study.The capacity and the average delay time are selected as the evaluation indexes.The multi-objective joint optimization function is constructed.The average delay time is modified to establish the optimal signal timing model. Through determination of the relative position of A and B intersections and introduction of the average delay time, and according to the current parameters of the intersections, the actual saturation flow rates of the left-turn and right-turn lane are calculated.The genetic algorithm is used to calculate the optimal timing scheme and the simulation model is tested.The results show that the scheme has a significant effect on relieving the traffic pressure.

    A modified LLT denoising model is proposed and an effective fixed point iterative method is presented.Numerical experiments show that the modified LLT model not only preserves the details of the image,but also avoids the staircasing effect.

    For copyright protection,digital watermarking technique enables watermark data with specific meaning to be embedded into the digital media in an invisible manner.Two important properties of watermarked image-robustness and imperceptibility must be considered in watermarking algorithm research.Accordingly,we propose a watermarking algorithm by using discrete wavelet transformation and singular value decomposition in YCbCr color space.Experiment shows that this method is more robust against various geometric attacks than other methods.

    The GSM system information including the user location updating registration,call-in command,and network user authentication is transmitted through the stand-alone dedicated control channel (SDCCH) before designating the traffic channel (TCH).Since the TCH resources and SDCCH resources are not mutually transformable,configuration of too many channels will waste resources.Therefore,SDCCH and TCH configuration optimization and resource exploitation rate improvement have been the long-term research topics for GSM network optimization.

    The response mechanism of polytrichum commune in poikilohydrous habitat to reactive oxygen under different dehydration and rehydration stress is explored and its desiccation endurance is investigated.The results show that:(1)the reactive oxygen species accumulate in polytrichum commune with the increase in dehydration time, and the reactive oxygen species(·O-2、H2O2 and OH-) increase to maximum when dehydration lasts 120 mins;(2) the antioxidants SOD、CAT、APX、ASA and GSH increase during dehydration and decrease after rehydration,but GSH and ASA do not recover to the normal level after 120 mins of rehydration;(3)polytrichum commune responds to oxidative stress through ASA-GSH cycle system.It can be concluded that polytrichum commune has good response to oxidative stress caused by dehydration,and its life activity recovers in a very short period of rehydration; this response mechanism enables polytrichum commune survive in poikilohydrous habitat.

    The antimicrobial activity of the strain YIGZ-3 to four tested microorganisms was investigated by the paper disc diffusion method,and its fermentation broth was determined for the presence of alatolactone by TLC and HPLC analysis.The strain was identified by morphological features and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) of rRNA gene sequence analysis.The results showed that the strain YIGZ-3 had remarkable antimicrobial activities to escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis,staphylococcus aureus and canidia albicans,and its fermentation broth contained compounds similar to alatolactone.Based on the morphological characteristics and ITS sequence of the strain, YIGZ-3 was identified as Aspergillus tubingensis.

    Butterfly resources were investigated in the Huangsang National Nature Reserve of Hunan province from May to October in 2016. The 3611 butterflies collected belong to 5 families,96 genera and 170 species.Among them, six species are identified to be newly recorded in Hunan province,i.e.Euthalia lubentina Cramer,Polygonia c-album Linnaeus,Tajuria luculenta Leech,Catochrysops strabo Fabricius,Mahathala ariadeva Fruhstorfer,Pedesta xiaoqingae Huang et Zhan.

    Determination of trace manganese in drinking water through a simple hollow-core metal cladding waveguide (HCMW) structure and a modified chromometry is proposed in this paper.Owing to the high sensitivity of the excited ultrahigh-order modes in the waveguide,a tiny variation of the extinction coefficient of the manganese solution concentration which acts as the guiding layer of the waveguide can lead to a significant change in the depth of refractivity.And the extinction coefficients of the sample is closely related to its concentration.In this way,variation of the manganese solution concentration can be determined by the minimum reflectivity change.Simulation results show that the detection resolution of the extinction coefficient can reach Δκ=1.0×10-6.

    To explore the effects of sugaring (rocky sugar and granulated sugar) on the contents of alcohol,saccharides,total acid,methanol and fusel oil in the home-brewed wine,the brewing process of wine was simulated with vitis amurensis as materials.The results showed that sugaring significantly decreased the acidity of wine and,compared with the control group,increased the contents of total sugar and revertose in wine.The content of methanol was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the contents of methanol in the three treated groups were all below the national standard (national standard:≤0.4 g/L).The content of fusel oil in wine was under national standard (≤2.00 mg/L).It can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the contents of methanol in home-brewed wine and the amount of added sugar,and the amount of added sugar should be ≤1∶10.

    To investigate the reproductive health of rural women of childbearing age in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and the influential factors, a cluster-sampling questionnaire was carried out among 800 18~50 years old rural women and 750 valid questionnaires were collected. The results showed that the prevalence of gynecological diseases was up to 63.1%, and the first three are Vaginitis,Cervicitis,Pelvic inflammation. There was significant difference in the prevalence of gynecological diseases among the women in different age groups and with different levels of education. The influential factors involve those of individual, family, and community, which include prevention of cervical cancer and breast cancer, knowledge about maternal health, regular gynecological examination, awareness of gynecological and sex health, pudendum cleaning, prenatal checkup, monthly family income, status in family, and community health condition and service. Intervening measures should be taken in multiple facets to improve the gynecological health of rural women of childbearing age.
