    Let X be a Banach space and Y a closed convex subset of X containing the original.The following is the main result of this paper:Lp(μ,Y) is a Chebyshev subset of Lp(μ,X) (1<p<∞) if and only if L1(μ,Y) is a Chebyshev subset of L1(μ,X).In addition,this paper gives an example to show that the conclusion “that g is a best approximation to f∈L∞(μ,X) from L∞(μ,Y) implies g(s)∈ PY(f(s)) for almost all s∈Ω” is not true.

    A formalized model of T-cell cytokine networks is set up by using B method.Based on this model,it is achieved to run verification with VC program and to compare the dynamic behavior of the model to actual experimental data from College of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine.The results show that the use of  Immune-B method can help confront open questions in immunology and probably in other fields of biology,which,because of their complexity,cannot be addressed by standard laboratory techniques alone.

    The Dual Tone Multi-Frequency DTMF is the dialing signal in the new generation of telephone.It is a worthy engineering application to gather DTMF detection to the Digital Signal Processor system.This article puts forward a scheme to implement Goertzel algorithms and DTMF detection in the use of a Texas Instruments C6711 floating point DSP.DTMF detection is performed using 20 parallel Goertzel filters,which makes the detecting accurate,quick and simple.It is proved that precision of detected system has been improved greatly by resonance sound detection.

This article analyzes the plant electrical signal in time domain and frequency domain by using the statistical analysis method.The plant electrical signal is a kind of random and micro signal,and its amplitude value is in the μV magnitude.It varies acutely with the time,and in different time,its relativity is weak.It is a low-frequency signal,and its power spectrum mostly distributes in the less than 5Hz frequency range.

    The research of regularity for transmission of cucumber mosaic virus-XJ by Myzus persicae was carried out.30s was long enough for Myzus persicae to acquire CMV-XJ from infected plants,acquisition rate increased with longer acquisition time;as the acquisition time was more than 70 s,acquisition rate attained to 100%.The transmission time threshold for the aphid was 0.25 h and the transmission rate increased with the time over the time threshold;as the feeding time on Cucurbita pepo of viruliferous aphid was over 2 h,the transmission rate was up to 100%.The virus could be transmitted even by one Myzus persicae,and the transmission rate increased with the number of vectors per plant;as the number of aphid per plant was more than 15,transmission rate was up to 100%.These results indicate that Myzus persicae can transmit cucumber mosaic virus-XJ with high efficiency.

    Changes of phenylalanine ammonialyase and chlorophyll in muskmelon cultivars of different resistance to cucumber mosaic virus-XJ (CMV-XJ) were investigated.Compared with healthy control,the enzyme activity increased in all infected muskmelon plants,but the increase in enzyme activity for resistant cultivar “Xinyu” was two times of that for susceptible cultivar “Wangwenxiang” and the peak of enzyme activity for “Xinyu” appeared 12 days earlier,that is bigger increase range of enzyme activity and earlier enzyme activity peak for resistant cultivar.But the change of chlorophyll was negatively related with the resistance to the virus;after infection by CMV-XJ,the chlorophyll content of resistant cultivar “Xinyu” is not different significantly from that of the healthy control,but the chlorophyll content of susceptible cultivar “Wangwenxiang” decreased  by 62.9% compared with the healthy control.There is regular relation between resistance of the muskmelon cultivar and changes of phenylalanine ammonilyase and chlorophyll after infection by CMV-XJ.The regularity can be used as the biological criterion for the determination of susceptibility and resistance to CMV-XJ for muskmelon cultivars.

    After the house dismantling,the water quality in Wulingyuan scenic spot has been monitored.The results show that due to the reception areas,the scattered households,and the toikts in the scenic spot,the discharge capacity after dismantling has not decreased obviously,so the water quality drops.Because of the limited capacity of the water body in the scenic spot,it is impossible to hod the outsice pollution.When the Sewage Treatment Plant of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is built up,the surface water quality in the scenic spot will be improved to some extent but it is difficult to resume the national standard-one grade level.Therefore,the reception areas and the scattered households in the
    scenic spot must be moved outside,and the ecological-type toilets must be applied.

    Nano-SnO2 was prepared by  using inorganic salt as precursor materials through sol-gel method and characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results indicate that well-crystallized nano-SnO2  about 92 nm can be obtained by annealing at 500 ℃ for 3 h.The electrochemical properties of nano-SnO2 as anode material for lithium ion batteries were studied.It is shown that nano-SnO2 would be an potential anode material for lithium ion batteries with high reversible capacity(more than 687 mAh·g-1) and low voltage plateau(0.2~0.5 V) for Li+ intercalation and deintercalation.

    Absorption and separation of the yellow pigment from Oenothera biennis L.by macroreticular resin were studied.Comparative studies of five resins(D-101,DA-201,DM-301,DS-401,X-5)showed that DS-401 resin had the best effect on absorption of the yellow pigment from Oenothera biennis L.Results of effects on desorption of different concentration ethanol and solvent with DS-401 resin as absorbent showed that acetone and ethylethamoate had good effect on desorption.

    Orthogonal experimental design was adopted to optimize the method for extraction of pueraria flavonoid from pueraria lobata.The results indicated that the optimal extraction condition was 5-fold volume of 90% alcohol,refluxing extraction for 2 h,and extraction for 3 times.The extraction yield of general flavonoid was 7.43%.Qualitative experiment showed that the main flavonoid compounds from pueraria lobata were isoflavone compounds.Pueraria flavonoid can be developed into herbal drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases or the relevant health food.

    Objective To establish a method for determination of Puerarin in xingmaitong.Method HPLC was used,the separation was performed on Luna  C18 (5 μg,250 mm×4.6 mm)  column,a  mixture of  methanol-water(25∶75) was servered  as the mobile phase,and the  detecting wavelength was at 2 250 nm.Results The linearity range was from 4.16~83.2 mg/L,and the mean recovery was 100.84%,RSD 1.06%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and good for the determination of Puerarin in Xingmaitong,and it can be used for quality control for Xingmaitong.
