Abstract: A new zinc-system phosphate solution is used for steel surface pretreatment before plating between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃.This phosphate solution is made up of ZnO,H3PO4,Zn(NO3)2·6H2O，filming agent and accelerant solution.The film is well-proportioned and compact.At the same time,the film ’s corrosion and attachment are good.Its weight is up to 2.9 gram per square meter.
