    The limit problem of function sequence in generalized integral is studied. With the limit theory of function sequence,the limit theorem of Riemann integral function sequence is given within the uniform bounded and inner-closed uniformly convergent function sequence.Undering the conditions of uniform convergence of generalized integral of the function sequence,the limit theorem and control convergent theorem of function sequence integral under the generalized integral are obtained.

    There are many ways to solve a linear equation,and various solving methods will result in different convergence speeds.Two different error functions are designed for one linear equation,and then two gradient neural network models are established according to the gradient descent method.Matlab is used for computer simulation,the solutions of linear equation are given according to the different gradient neural network models,and the feasibility of these two gradient neural network models is confirmed.Finally,the convergence speeds in solving the linear equation are compared.

    The auxiliary model is derived for the single-input single-output (SISO) system to reduce computational burden and improve the convergence rate of the new iteration algorithm based on the conjugate gradient.Compared with the interactive stochastic gradient algorithm for controlled moving average models,the proposed new iteration algorithm can give parameter estimates in less steps.In addition,the new algorithm can avoid the inverse of a matrix.The new algorithm is also compared with the biconjugate gradient algorithm.The simulation example shows that the proposed algorithm works quite well.

    A novel squint synthetic aperture radar imaging method with down sampling echo is proposed to solve the problem of huge SAR data transmission and storage.In this method,the echo is under-sampling in the azimuth,and the migration correction and range pulse compression are firstly performed by traditional Rang-Doppler algorithm,and then the azimuth focusing is completed by smoothed l0 algorithm according compressed sensing theory.This method can effectively reduce the amount of SAR echo data in sparse scenes,and obtain high resolution 2D imaging results with only 25% of the traditional data size.

    The deformation of tunnel roof could be regarded as a process of energy accumulation,and tunnel roof will collapse suddenly when the total potential reach the critical value.According to functional catastrophe theory and upper bound theorem,a reliable failure pattern based on Hoek-Brown failure criterion was established,and the effect of river was considered.By using the boundary conditions and geometric conditions,the functions of detaching curve and the supporting pressure were derived.At last,the supporting pressures of two different sections of Sunanshan tunnel in Louheng highway were calculated in this method,respectively,and the results were compared with the monitoring data,which shows the validity of this way.

    Thionine was firstly electropolymerized on the glassy carbon electrode (GCD) surface,and then prussian blue-gold nanocomposites (PB-Au) and gold nanoparticals (GN) were electrodeposited on modified electrode surface respectively.Finally,DNA probes (ssDNA) were conjugated with GN through Au-NH2 bond,and a DNA biosensor (GCE/PTh/PB-Au/GN/ssDNA) was prepared.The preparation processes of DNA biosensors were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV).The DNA was detected with the sensor by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) using methylene blue (MB) as hybridization indicator.The results exhibited linear response (r=0.994) to DNA and slope of curve (-13.4 μA/decade) in the concentration range from 1.0×10-14~1.0×10-6 mg/L with a lower detection limit of 1.0×10-14 mg/L.The sensor prepared is sensitive and accurate which makes it applicable not only for gene detection but also for detection of heavy metal ion and organic pollutant.

    The separation of Akebia Trifoliata peel oleanolic acid with seven commercial macroreticular resins were studied.The results showed that XDA-1 is optimal resin for the separation of Akebia Trifoliata peel oleanolic acid.On the basis of single factor experiments,influences of solid-liquid ratio,adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the oleanolic acid extraction yield were investigated by response surface optimization.The experimental results showed that extraction yield of oleanolic acid is 0.265 6% in solid-liquid ratio for 1∶8 (g/mL),40 ℃ temperature adsorption 315 min.Predictive value of model on oeanolic acid extraction yield was 0.243 2%.Those results conform with the model prediction.

    In order to build a bacteria library with large difference genetic background and the Potassium-solubilizing performance,an original Silicate bacteria L18 (Bacillus cereus,KF494191) was selected.It was induced mutagenesis by nitrosoguanidine (NTG) culturing and ultraviolet (UV) radiating.42 mutant bacteria with obviousincreased potassium-solubilizing performance were screened from a large number of mutant bacteria.The K content in fermentation of 2 mutant bacteria (L18-NTG-151,L18-UV-68) were 126.74 mg/L and 121.69 mg/L,which were improved by 63.64% and 57.12% compared with original bacteria L18 (77.45 mg/L).The results show thatboth two methods of NTG or UV can significantly improve the potassium-solubilizing capacity of Bacillus cereus.

    A 120-day experiment of decomposition was carried out in field using simulated acidolysis of Cinnamomum camphora litter to analyze mass loss,CO2 release and related microbial enzymes.The results showed that acidolysis did not significantly affect mass loss of litter in the former stage,but mass loss increased with strengthening of acidolysis in the later stage.CO2 release in degrading litter had not significant difference among each treatment of acidolysis,but related enzymes such as Cx,β-glucosidase,α-amylase,laccase and peroxidase were significantly improved in the treatment of pH was 4.0.In conclusion,acidolysis of acid rain significantly improves the litter decomposition of C. camphora in the short period.

    The bimodal cottage,single horizontal cottage,single oblique cottage were applied to the cultivation of Kudzu vine root.The results show that different cottages have no significant different effects on the total yields of the roots.However,different cottages have obviously different effects on seedling utilization rate.The seedling utilization rate by single node cottage (whether it is horizontal or oblique) is notably higher than that by bimodal cottage.The seedling utilization rate by single horizontal cottage is the highest one,which is up to 93.1%.

    Evaluation system of ecoculture tourism was established which include three criteria related to environment,economy and society and six indexes with twenty-six core factors.With this system,Aizhai,a scenic spot in Xiangxi,was studied.The results show that Aizhai enjoys exceptional advantage in ecoculture resources,but there are some defects in infrastructure construction and management.Managers should take measures to combine the development of ecological tourism and social development so as to increase the core competitiveness.

    Based on the data of the independent directors of A-share companies listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2014,this paper investigates the role of independent director in cash dividend distribution of listed companies.The results show that the more diligent the independent directors are,the more inclined the companies will be to issue cash dividend,but the less dividend will be issued.Therefore,independent directors function as contradiction coordinator,balancing the benefits of all interested parties.
