Abstract:

The bimodal cottage，single horizontal cottage，single oblique cottage were applied to the cultivation of Kudzu vine root.The results show that different cottages have no significant different effects on the total yields of the roots.However，different cottages have obviously different effects on seedling utilization rate.The seedling utilization rate by single node cottage (whether it is horizontal or oblique) is notably higher than that by bimodal cottage.The seedling utilization rate by single horizontal cottage is the highest one，which is up to 93.1%.
