    Without the assumption of normality,the theory of c-sequence is utilized to obtain the existence and uniqueness of the fixed point for the generalized Lipschitz mappings in the semi-ordered cone metric spaces with Banach algebras.Since the condition of normality is deleted,our main results improve and generalize the results of fixed point obtained in existing literature.

    In order to solve the classical Sudoku problem,a novel algorithm based on convex optimization model is proposed. The rules of Sudoku are described as convex optimization constraints,and the original problem is modeled as a convex optimization problem. When RIP (Restricted Isometry Property) conditions are satisfied,this algorithm can solve the problem efficiently and accurately. Finally,the GUI (Graphical User Interface) is designed to solve Sudoku problem by MATLAB software,and the validity of the proposed method is verified by some examples.

    A harmful intrusion detection method based on two-dimensional K-S test of reconfigured background for optical fiber pre-warning system is proposed. Firstly,ordered statistics cfar (OS-CFAR) detection is used for preliminary examination of the measured signals by Ф-OTDR,and the intrusion signals are selected.Next,the detecting background is reconfigured in the spatial domain for screening out the harmful intrusion signals.A method using two-dimensional K-S test to detect the harmful intrusion signals based on the time and space characteristics of the harmful intrusion signals in the reconfigured background is designed.In real optical fiber intrusion pre-warning system,this method is mainly applied in the conditions with more harmless intrusion such as construction site and highway,and it is effective in harmful signal collection.

    The encoder of a kind of self-developed fully-integrated 315 MHz RF launching chip is designed.Frequency divider is used to generate strobe signals for either-or data selectors.Through step-by-step selection,the parallel address data are turned into serial data.Verilog HDL language is used for design,Modelsim for simulation,and HeJian 0.18 μm CMOS as process technology.The results show that the encoder satisfies the designing requirements when the basic clock frequency is 250 kHz.

    The mutual information-based registration (RMI) technology is widely used in medical image registration, but it requires heavy calculation and is time consuming, and since it is greatly influenced by initial rotation and translation parameters, the objective function has the problem of local minimum.In this paper,medical image registration using Fourier-Mellin transformation (RTMT) is proposed.The relative translation values between the reference and floating images are obtained by computing the inverse Fourier transformation of the power spectrum between them to find the corresponding peak value position.In basically similar method,the relative rotation angle between them is acquired by imposing Log-polar transformation on the amplitude spectrums of the images,thus the registration parameters have been collected and finally the registering process between the two medical images are performed.Although RTMT can  accomplish fast image registration,the registration accuracy needs to be further boosted.In this paper,therefore,the combination of RTMT with RMI is used to align the medical images.Namely,the translation and rotation values created by RTMT are taken as the initial registration parameters of RMI to deal with the alignment. This method is simple and has less amount of computation, and it can achieve precise and fast registration.It can be applied in single modality image registration and multi modality registration as well.It also solves the problem of local optimum.

    Application of deep belief network in speech/music discrimination is studied. According to the characteristics that medium-high frequency energy of speech is lower than that of music,the high frequency of energy spectrum is examined to discriminate speech segment or music segment.MATLAB simulation results show the effectiveness and accuracy of this method.

    The elasto-plasticity of Y-shape traverse with steel pipe trusses was studied. MIDAS Gen was used to establish the elasto-plastic finite element model.The seismic wave input motion included 2 sets of natural waves and 1 set of artificial waves by means of target response spectrum selection,elasto-plastic time-historical analysis of the integral structures subjected to three-dimensional rare earthquakes was conducted,and responses of the deformation and plasticity status were also studied.The results show that the key component of traverse was elastic under rare earthquake and deformation met the requirements of specifications,indicating that the design of the Y-shape traverse with steel pipe trusses achieved the objective earthquake resistance performance and the anti-seismic behavior was good.

    The effect of total saponins from Asparagus officinalis L on proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cell in vitro was studied.The total saponins were extracted from Asparagus officinalis L using the method of ultrasound-assisted extraction and the drug sensitivity of human breast cancer MCF-7 cell were determined by MTT assay.When the concentrations of total saponins from Asparagus officinalis L were 150  mg/L and 350  mg/L,the proliferation of breast cancer cell was promoted.When at 750  mg/L,the proliferation of breast cancer cell was inhibited and the inhibition rate was 19.46%,and the inhibition rate with the increase of concentration.At 1  550  mg/L,the inhibition rate is the largest,reachingn 54.14%.It can be concluded that when the total saponins from Asparagus officinalis L are in low concentration,it can promote the proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cell in vitro;however,high concentration has inhibitory effect and is in a dose-dependent manner.

    Taking the bighead carp viscera as raw material and cyclonexane as the extraction solvent,we studied the extraction process of bighead carp viscera oil through ultrasound-assisted extraction.The process was optimized by three factors and three levels of Box-Behnken response surface design,and the fatty acid composition and physical and chemical indicators of the crude fish oil were analyzed.The results showed that with 4∶1 liquid-to-solid ratio at 50 ℃ within 57 min and 400 W extraction power,the extraction rate of the oil reached 94.82%.The fish oil obtained was light yellow,turbid and smelled a little,with 10.15 mg KOH/g acid value,1.53 μmol/g peroxide value,135 g I2/100 g iodine value,0.34%moisture content,and 0.38% impurity. Those indexes reached the standards of super fine crude fish oil.By means of GC/MS,13 kinds of fatty acid were identified,the main unsaturated fatty acids being oleic acid (29.95%) and linoleic acid (11.79%).Moreover,certain amounts of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA),docosapentenoic acid (DPA),docosahexenoic acid (DHA) were also found in the fish oil.

    Nanosized bismuth aluminate gel particles were synthesized through the reaction of Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and Al(NO3)3·9H2O dissolved in ethylene glycol at different temperatures with the microwave heating.Analytical methods such as ICP,SEM,XRD and ZATA potentiometer were used to characterize the obtained gel particles.The effects of reaction temperature and microwave irradiation time on the composition and particle size of the obtained particles were investigated.The results showed that bismuth aluminate synthesized in ethylene glycol was dense spherical particles with a diameter of about 30 nm.The obtained gel particles show significant antibacterial properties against escherichia coli..

    The urea-nitrate combustion method was introduced to prepare high purity La9.33Mx(SiO4)6O2+δ (M are Sr,Ca and Mg) conductor at low-temperature.The as-prepared samples were investigated by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and EIS.The results showed that the powders transformed into P63/m apatite-type after burning at 800 ℃ for 12 h.Obvious effects of alkali earth doping amount on the microcosmic appearance of sintered La9.33Mx(SiO4)6O2+δwas observed,and  the crystal structures altered with the different doping content.In addition,La9.33Mx(SiO4)6O2+δ  sintered body possessed good resistance reversibility and stability.The conductivity was improved efficiently with the proper amount of alkali earth oxide,and the optimal doping content was 0.2.Under the same doping content,the ionic conductivity was enhanced as the radius of alkali earth cationic increased (Sr+>Ca+>Mg+).

    Carbon materials derived from used cigarette filters(CFC) was prepared by calcinating the used cigarette filters at low temperature and in presence of Ar.X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and specific surface area measurements were used to characterize the microstructure,pore morphology and surface properties of CFC.The effects of pH of MB solution,adsorbent dose,initial concentration of MB,contact time and reaction temperature on the adsorption of MB were investigated in detail.Results show that the as prepared CFC is composed of porous amorphous carbon with a specific surface area of 1 648 m/g and total pore volume of 0.815 cm/g.The optimal adsorption process was obtained as follows:pH is 9,CFC dose is 0.3 g/L,initial concentration of MB is 140 mg/L,contact time is 180 min and reaction temperature is 35 ℃.Under this condition,the MB removal rate is more than 93.44% and the adsorption capacity of CFC is more than 360.06 mg/g,suggesting CFC derived from used cigarette filters is a good adsorbent for MB.

    Poverty alleviation through education is an important means and direction to solve the poverty problem in Wuling Mountainous Area of Hunan Province.In the three aspects including educational investment,configuration of teaching resources,and educational scale,a system of evaluation indexes is constructed and applied in evaluating the temporal and spatial evolution of educational poverty in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,Zhangjiajie City and Huaihua City of Wuling Mountainous Area.The results show that,compared with the average level of Hunan Province,the financial educational investment in these areas did not differ much,while the funding channels are in severe shortage;there is still a considerable gap in the configuration of teaching staff,and the stability of teaching staff is poor;the staff training is in severe shortage,and the higher education has been in disadvantageous condition for a long time.To improve the education,it is necessary to increase the educational investment and strengthen resource guarantee,to promote the balance between educational service and resource,to recruit and train highly qualified teaching staff,and to innovate the system of education poverty alleviation mechanism.

    To establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system aimed at common employees and choose a suitable evaluation method to conduct objective evaluation of common employees′ performance is an actual requirement for Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) to deepen the internal reform and strengthen its management.From the four dimensions of employees′ comprehensive quality,work performance,operational capability and attitude toward work,this thesis selects 18 second-level performance evaluation indexes to establish the evaluation index system and conducts the empirical analysis by applying the fuzzy evaluation model and using samples of employees in NX branch of ADBC.The evaluation result is relatively pertinent and can provide a reference for the overall popularization of common employees′ performance evaluation in ADBC.

    Using questionnaires and implicit measurement,we investigated the relationship between ethnic identity integration and mental health, and the regulating role of self-identity in a sample containing minority students from Xinjiang.The results showed no significant difference between Xinjiang minority students and Han students on meantal health as a whole.Significant difference emerged on factors of compulsion,depression,and paranoid ideation.Positive relationships were found among ethnic identity integration,self-esteem,self-identity,and mental health for Xinjiang minority students.Self-identity regulated the effect of ethnic identity integrity on mental health.These results suggest that self-consciousness education for Xinjiang Minority students is of importance to increase the sense of self-identity,ethnic identity integration,and thus their mental health.
