    For the solutions of Newell equation,which is widely used in nonlinear mathematical physics,the Backlund transformation and two groups of exact solutions with arbitary paramaters are obtained through the method of extended homogeneous balance. Compared with the results obtained through hyperbolic tangent method and the trial function method,the solutions in this paper are richer,and the method is feasible and effective.

    We derive matrix expression of the dielectric function of plasmons in low-dimensional quantum systems and establish the transform relations among the present matrix expression,the tensor expression,and Fourier expression.In the finite-subband model,we calculate the dispersion relations of plasmon modes in quantum well structures and semiconductor superlattices for different representations and we numerically confirm the equivalence of the expressions of dielectric function on plasmons in these three representations.

    Considering the rotary inertia based on the Euler-Bernoulli beams,the transverse vibration of a cantilever beam is studied.The widely applicable integral equation method is employed to obtain the approximate solutions of characteristic equation and then the natural frequencies of a cantilever beam.Comparison of the numerical solutions obtained through integral equation method,stress function method,and ritz method shows the effectiveness of the integral equation method.

    Railway static power conditioner (RPC) can comprehensively solve electric power quality problems such as negative sequence,reactive power in the electrified railway.For such problems as the complex structure of controller and the poor dynamic performance of the system of conventional PI control strategy under the two phase dq rotating frame and the relatively weak ability of anti voltage sag of power supply section,a QPR control strategy of Quasi-Proportional Resonant (QPR) under the two phase αβ static coordinate is designed in this paper.A comparative study of PI and QPR control strategies of RPC is carried out from the aspects of the complexity of system structure,the dynamic performance of the system and anti voltage sag of power supply section.According to the theoretical analysis,compared with the conventional PI control strategy,in this QPR control strategy,the multiple lowpass filter treatment is avoided,no complicated transformation of rotating coordinate is needed,there are no coupling terms and feedback compensation terms affected by circuit parameters,the design of controllers is simplified,the robustness and dynamism of the system is improved and the ability of anti voltage sag of power supply section is facilitated.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are verified by the simulation experiments,which has good values for engineering application and popularization.

    The identification algorithm of intrusion signal source occupies a very important position in the optical fiber pre-warning system (OFPS).Identification of intrusion types is necessary for harmful intrusion recognition and precautionary measures.In this paper,a recognition algorithm for OFPS based on de-noising and reconstruction of wavelet analysis and feature analysis in time-space dimension is provided.Firstly,according to the feature analysis of the fiber vibration signal,the feature extraction based on wavelet de-noising and reconstruction is developed.Secondly,the gray image is disposed in time-space dimension.Finally,dilation and erosion method are employed to analyze this feature.The intrusion classification can be realized by this method.

    The construction of intelligent campus makes high requirements for energy efficiency and environment regulation of laboratory buildings.Aiming at the low level of intelligence in efficient lighting and environment monitoring and difficulties in real-time monitoring,an intelligent energy-saving lighting and environment monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology is designed.This system applies a hybrid network architecture,employing IEEE 802.15.4 standard low-power ZigBee self-organizing network in the sensing layer to achieve state data acquisition and GPRS wireless network technology in the network layer to achieve distant data transmission.The designed architecture is flexible and extensible,and realizes the intelligent management of energy-saving lighting and environment monitoring for laboratory buildings.

    Edge detection for plant leaf image is an important part of image recognition technology,and the selection of the image edge detection algorithm is closely correlated with the accuracy of leaf recognition.In this paper,the Canny algorithm and SUSAN algorithm are employed for plant leaf image edge detection of 10 kinds of plants with typical leaf shapes,and the objective evaluation and subjective analysis are carried out.It is demonstrated that leaf shapes and leaf vein features have significant effect on the effectiveness of the algorithms.Therefore,the selectivity of the two algorithms should be considered in practical applications.

    To realize intelligent identification of tobacco with red star disease and timely harvesting,and thus improve the yield and quality of tobacco,image processing technology is employed to study the fresh tobacco with three types red star diseases.The tobacco leaf image is analyzed in terms of the gray level co-occurrence matrix.The edge detection methods of Roberts,Sobel,Canny,and LoG operator are applied to segment the red star disease texture regions of the tobacco images.The detection method based on LoG operator is improved to obtain clear regional image with less noise points.

    A new species,Sinocyclocheilus convexiforeheadus Li Yang et Li sp,nov. was found in a small lake formed after a flash flood in a karst cave of Wenliu Village,Qiubei County,Yunnan Province in October 2015.The new species is similar with Sinocyclocheilushylinus and S. aquihornes in the 5 Sinocyclocheilus species with horn.But it can be distinguished from the aforementioned two species by the following  characteristics:headstubpile;pectoral fin not attaining pelvic fin base;dorsal fin a little anterior to pelvic fin.

    DescriptionD. iii,7;A. ii,5;P. i,9;V. i,6;Branched caudal fin ray 16.Body length is 4.6 times as long as body height,3.23 times as head length,5.6 times as length of caudal peduncle,and 10.5 times as height of caudal peduncle.Length of head is 1.44 times as long asdepth of head,2.6 times as width of head.Length of caudal peduncle is 1.88 times as long as height of caudal peduncle.

    A new species of troglobitic shrimp from Du'an Guangxi,Macrobrachium duanensissp. nov. is described.The size and morphological characters of the new species are similar with the widespread Macrobrachium nipponense,but the new species can be distinguished from Macrobrachium nipponense with the following features:degenerated eyes to blindness with no pigment,no eye stalk,dactylus of the 2nd foot and active dactylus without hairy structure,short but swollen propodite of the 2nd foot,and the 1st tentacle more than 3 times longer than the body.

    Alkali,acidic,organic solvent and hydrophile paint removers were prepared to depaint wooden boards.The results showed that the organic solvent paint remover was effective but poisonous;the acidic and alkali paint removers were effective but very corrosive,which makes them difficult for application in household woodware depainting;the hydrophile paint remover was efficiency,non-poisonous and environmental friendly,which makes it applicable for household woodware depainting.

    The experimental conditions of semi bionic extraction and ultrasonic-assisted semi bionic extraction of flavonoids from eucommia ulmoides were explored.For semi bionic extraction,the effect of extracting temperature,extracting time,and solid-liquid ratio on extraction efficiency was examined.For ultrasonic-assisted semi bionic extraction,the effect of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,and solid-liquid ratio on extraction efficiency was examined through the orthogonal test and single factor study.The experimental results showed that semi bionic extraction of 1∶20 (g∶mL) solid-liquid for 1.5 h at 60 ℃ yielded 325.0 mg/g flavonoid.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction were extraction of 1∶40 (g∶mL) solid-liquid for 50 min at 65 ℃,and the content of flavonoids reached 264.4 mg/g.

    The paper analyses the dynamic relationship between the quantity of employment in three major industries and GDP in Hunan Province from 1952 to 2014 through VAR model.The result shows that there exists the bidirectional Granger Causality relationship between the GDP growth and the quantity of employment in Hunan Province.The development of GDP has a significant influence on the employment quantity in three major industries;and at the same time,the increase in employment quantity also promotes rapid GDP growth.
