An existence theorem of solution is established for the nonlinear third-order three-point boundary value problem u(t)=f(t,u(t),u′(t),u″(t))a.e. t∈[0,1],u(0)=a,u′(η)=b,u″(1)=c, where 1/2≤η<1.In this problem,the nonlinear term f(t,u,v,w) is a　Carathodory function and the boundary condition is nonhomogeneous.Main results are expressed by integral form.

The robust state estimation problem for uncertain neural network is studied in this paper.As the uncertainty of the parameters,the states of the estimator can't be complete synchronous with the neural network,but asymptotically synchronous with errorbound is accessible.For given state estimator gain matrix,the error bound is derived.By using stable theory and linear matrix inequality approach,the design of the robust state estimator is also given in this paper.And the discussion of the estimate of the error bound is also presented.The simulation samples have proved the effectiveness of the conclusion.

APDL,the re-development language of the common finite element analysis software ANSYS,was adopted as development tool.Member cross section areas of the grid structure were taken as the design variables.The total weight of the grid was considered as the objective function.The restrain conditions such as strength,stability,rigidity,deflection and cross section dimensions were considered.The improved one-dimensional search method and full-stress method were selected as the optimization method.The two steps,rigidity optimization and stress optimization,were taken as optimization process.The calculated results show that the optimal method has simple principle and good convergence rate.The result of Ansys can be directly used as the optimization of design.

By the method of multiple scales,we have investigated the behavior of waves in a hydrogen-bonded chain with symmetric double-well potentials under damping and found that the amplitude of the lattice waves decreases and the group velocity becomes slow under the action of damping.At the same time,we have derived the Damped NLS Equation and obtained its analytical solution.The results show that:there exists propagating dark envelope soliton in the hydrogen-bonded chain with symmetric double-well potentials under the damping.

The problem of fault detection and estimation for a class of markov neutral jump systems with time-delay and norm-bounded uncertainties is considered.By re-constructing the system,the dynamics of the overall augmented error systems is obtained which involves unknown inputs represented by disturbances,model uncertainty and time-delays.Both the conditions for the existence of the fault detection filter and roust fault detection filter are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities.The proposed mode-dependent fault detection filter makes the systems have stochastically stability and has better ability of minimizing the effects of disturbances and enhancing the effects of faults to the residuals.Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the developed approaches.

Through analyzing noise types of fingerprint image and the shortcomings of traditional image processing algorithms,this paper presents a kind of fingerprint image preprocessing method combining wavelet packet denoising and image quality assessment.The simulation results show that this method can effectively remove fingerprints of random noise,and reduce the effects of dry fingerprints,wet fingerprints and incomplete fingerprints to the rate of fingerprint recognition.Also it is a simple algorithm having fast processing speed to meet real-time requirements.

The gene fragments(GRPs) coding glycine-rich protein binding RNA in tobacco materials were got by RT-PCR.Northern hybridization blot analysis was used to demonstrate the expression pattern of the GRP gene at different times after treatment of salicylic acid in different tobacco materials.Inducded by salicylic acid,the GRP genes of Nicotiana could up-regulate expression.The expression attained the highest in 3h,then began descending.The three tobacco varieties had different resistance abilities to TMV.The expression level of two genes correlated with the resistance ability.The increase of two genes in Honghuadajingyuan with stronger resistance ability was higher than that of Yunyan 85 with less resistance ability.The expression pattern of the gene induced by salicylic acid in tobacco was got.It was found that in different tobacco varieties with different resistance abilities,the up-regulation extents of expression of the GRP gene were quite different after treatment of salicylic acid.And it is also found that the up expression became significant after 3 hours treatment.From the results of this study,it is suggested that GRP gene can be used as a marker gene to investigate salicylic acid metabolism in tobacco varieties so as to demonstrate their response to abiotic stresses.

This paper reported screening a strain numbered JDM-3-11 for effectively degrading cyclohexanone,which was acclimated and isolated from the sludge from Baling Petrochemical Company in Yueyang.The strain was tentatively identified as Rhodococcus ruber by bacterial morphological observation,physiological and biochemical test,and 16S rRNA sequences analysis.The study showed that when the content of cyclohexanone was 2000 mg/L,the temperature was 30 ℃,the rotate speed was 150 r/min and pH was 7,the cyclohexanone biodegrading rate of strain JDM-3-11 within 70 hours reached 94.79%.

CdS semiconductor nano-particles were synthesized in aqueous solution by using mercaptoethylic acid as the stabilizer as well as surface-modification reagent.The average size of CdS nano-particles estimated from TEM graph is ca.10 nm.The CdS nano-particles exhibited strong ultraviolet absorption at 292 nm and fluorescence emission at 524.8 nm.When surface-modification of CdS nano-particles were replaced with pepsin,ultraviolet absorption peak kept same,fluorescence emission intensity decreased as well as fluorescence peak shifted to 462.4nm.Temperature and pH value influenced surface-modification of CdS nano-particles.Under optimal conditions,a concentration of 2～20 mg/L of pepsin could be determined on the basis of fluorescence intensity decrease ratio of CdS nano-particles,with a detection limit 3σ of 0.13 mg/L (n=10).The proposed method was applied to the detection of the concentration of pepsin in human gastric juice.

The conditions for ultrasonic extracting oil from Zanthorylum bungeanum nucleus and shuck were studied.Chemical constitute of oil from Zanthorylum bungeanum nucleus and shuck were analyzed by GC-MS.The experimental results show that the extract yield of Zanthorylum bungeanum oil from nucleus and shuck is 7.8% and 48.9%,respectively.Constitute analysis shows that chemical constitutes of oil from nucleus and shuck and different.Constitute of oil by polar solvent extraction from nucleus is olefin,and its percentage concentration is 48.73％,no acidamide substance in oil.Constitute of oil by polar solvent extraction from shuck is carboxylic acid and carboxylic ester,and its percentage concentration is 66.45％,acidamide substance percentage concentration is 3.84％.

PURPOSE To investigate the effect and mechanism of the Genistein derivative 5,4’-Di-n-octoxyl-7-gem-difluoromethylene-genistein(DOdFMG) on the growth and apoptosis of human breast cancer(MCF-7) cells line in vitro.and provide a molecular mechanism of this effect so as to find a new candidate for tumor chemotherapy.METHODS Soft ager-colon assay was used to test colon formation inhibitory effect of MCF-7 by DOdFMG.PI stain flow cytometry(FCM) was used to analyse the apoptosis after being treated with DOdFMG.Western blotting assay was used to detect the effect of DOdFMG on the CK2 and NF-κB protein expression level of breast cells.Results: DOdFMG significantly inhibited proliferation and growth of MCF-7 cells in dose-dependent manner.DOdFMG significantly induced apoptosis. Western-blotting analysis indicated that after exposures to DOdFMG3.0,10.0,30.0μmol/L for 24h,the protein expressions of CK2 were down-regulated by 12.50%,41.50%,67.30%，the protein expressions of NF-κB were down-regulated by 20.50%,51.47%,71.93% respectively in comparison with the control group.After MCF-7 cells were treated with DOdFMG at 30.0 μmol/L for 6,12 and 24 h,the protein expressions of CK2 were down-regulated by 27.73％,44.8％,65.2％，the protein expressions of NF-κB were down-regulated by 20.5%,49.83%,69.93% respectively in comparison with the control group.These showed that the expressions of CK2，NF-κB were decreased in a time and dose-dependent manner after treatment with various concentrations of DOdFMG..In comparison with the lead compound Gen,DOdFMG was more effective.CONCLUSION DOdFMG possesses a significant inhibitory effect on the cell proliferation and growth of human breast carcinoma cell(MCF-7) in vitro DOdFMG significantly induced apoptosis of human breast cancer （MCF-7 ） cell line.The mechanism might be associate
d with down-regulation of ck2 and NF-κB.

Non-endurance in long-term of the fixed rate of exchange policy is one of important lessons to the financial crisis in Asia.However, currency authority in China just maintains the fixed rate of exchange arrangement through the capital control.The cost of this method accelerates the increase with the opening to the outside world.Under the international capital flow control relaxation condition,the cost of implementing the fixed rate of exchange surpasses its income.The corresponding countermeasure is adopting the elastic system arrangement to Renminbi exchange rate,especially the relaxation fluctuation;speeding up the marketability reform of Renminbi interest rate;stabilizing the exchange rate level by international convention,instead of by the central bank in the foreign exchange market buying or selling to supply and demand the difference.
