Abstract: This paper presents the necessity of quantificational administration for postgraduate education based on the educating aim and requirement during postgraduate education in chemistry major.To promote the postgraduate educating quality in our country,a quantification judging system for postgraduate education in this major is constructed according to the characteristic of educating process under the guidance of science evolutive theory.
