Abstract: To make the score management systems more flexible and easier to use,a system based on web short message is designed.First,identify the functions of the system:inputting and managing score in web page,and releasing and querying score by short message.After analysing SMS communication protocols of China Mobile and China Unicom,the sending and receiving interface of message are designed.At last the two interfaces are achieved.
