    A new method on the table,the vertical circulation method,is used to determine the initial scheduling schemes.Minimum element method only considers the local transportation cost minimization,and vogel method has heavy computation and tedious steps.While vertical circulation method determines the transportation volume distribution of each row and column according the crossing row and column element size.This method forms a transportation problem when the global volume is as small as possible.When the initial basic feasible solution is determined,through the adjustment of the scheme,the optimal solution can be determined.

    The modern city communication network is optimized according to the principle of  the graph theory and the fuzzy set.It will establish a model with the  shortest distance,the lowest expense,the highest network reliability to guarantee certain restraint condition,such as network connectivity and radiation movement.It aims at getting the approximate optimal solution of erecting the communication network.This article studies some factors in the network construction that the boundary is undistinguishable.It has established the fuzzy minimal spanning tree model,and quoted the classical algorithm of building the minimal spanning tree.It is simple,practical,quick for real-time operation.It is applicable in the construction of the modern city network.The algorithm has proven its superiority after the procedure test.

    Three pulsars (PSR 0329+54,0834+06,1133+16) with high quality signal-to-noise of radio mean pulse profiles are selected from the available literature.The characteristics of the radio mean pulse profiles are analyzed for three pulsars.The phase-resolved spectrum and the correlations between radio emissions flux and frequency at the same phase are obtained.The results are as follows: The characteristics of the phase-resolved spectra are different among three pulsars.For 1133+16,the spectra is steep at two sides of pulse profiles,otherwise flatter in the middle.For 0329+54 and 0834+06,the spectra are flat at the leading part and steeper at the trailing.According to those spectra characteristics,pulsars can be classified.For 1133+16,there are good correlations between radio emission and frequency at same phase,and when |Φ| > 3°,the correlation coefficient R>0.8 and chance probability P<0.03,which show that the radio emission of 1133+16 is power low spectrum.So,for 0329+54,when 4° > Φ > 3°  and Φ < -3°,R>0.5,P<20%,and for 0834+06,those relationships are mutative and weakly at different phase,and means the radio emission may be not power low.

    Using the similar formulas of the preference relation and the utility function,the author introduces the confidence relations and the corresponding influence functions that represent various interacting strengths of different families,cliques and systems of organization.Since they can affect products,profit,prices and so on in an economic system,and are usually independent of economic results,the system can produce a multiply connected topological economics.When the changes of the product and the influence are independent of one another,they may be a node or saddle point.When the influence function is large enough to achieve a certain threshold value,it will form a wormhole with loss of capital.Some shortages on the west economics are reviewed.Then combining with the east thinking-system,especially,Lao-Zhuang philosophy,the author proposes an east economics and its three principles:the common restraint or common promotion principle of the Yin-Yang and the Five-Elements,the whole principle of heaven-humanity-earth,and the cycle principle of some elements.Its major characteristics are entirety,balance and harmony.The highest aim is the principle of unified nature-human-society harmony.Further more,the author researches the corresponding mathematical theories and some concrete applications.The east economics is a nonlinear whole economics,and also a multiply connected topological economics related with various factors.These will redound to reconstruct of economics.

    Through analyzing quantum communication in the token-ring network of three-particles entangled GHZ state,two articulation points are found and the fidelity is calculated.The calculation results show that the maximum fidelity is 1 for |a|=0,|b|=1 or |a|=1,|b|=0.For |a|=|b|=2/2,the fidelity is 0.5.The average  fidelity is 0.67 at Bell-state measurement.With Von Neuman measurement,the fidelity relates to analyzer angle θ.If θ=π/4±kπ (k=0,1,2,…),the maximum  fidelity is 1;if θ=π/4±kπ/2/(k=0,1,3,5…),the minmum of the fidelity is zero.The average  fidelity is 0.5 .

    The principle of the direct-current nano-generator driven by ultrasonic waves is studied.It is shown that the nanogenerator is a wonderful disorder-energy harvester,it can convert nanoscale random minor mechanical energy into electrical energy;in other words,it is a wonderful device that can convert mess into order and refine order from disorder.The direct-current value of the nano-generator caused by stochastic vibrations noise is also calculated.Under certain conditions,the direct-current value of the nanogenerator can achieve the level of 240 nA,which can be measured by experiment.

    The Modern astronomic theory of the Milky Way Galaxy is called ‘Density wave theory’.Density wave theory is used to make attempt in explaining the catastrophes and paleontological records.Coincidentally,but still disputed,each time solar system entered into the spiral arms corresponds to impact events,respectively.Furthermore,earth was heated up while traversing the spiral arms.Therefore,warmed climate would reach its climax at the end of a traversing.Calculations revealed that the spiral arms would impose an influence on earth and the solar system,which is astronomically slight but biologically considerable.Fossil records and geological survey corroborated such statement.Both abnormal events during the transition of Perseus Arm and Scutum-Crux Arm are discovered in this article.Research on lunar vestiges and craters is under process,in order to compensate earth’s geologic process which might efface records.

    The research is based on the western tunnel crossing the Liuyanghe river.Ansys software is used to simulate the three-dimensional excavation with CD method.The displacement data of tunnel vault obtained is  compared with the real data.The displacement characteristics and charge regularities of this project are summarized.The research provides reference and experience for the future similar project.The results show that:the vault displacements change slowly with space location;the soil consolidation is better,the vault displacement is lower;Reinforcement area is appropriate,the seepage is good to vault displacement.

    Five morphological traits on face of 594 cases of Miao from Xiangxi were investigated.The 5 indexes were nasal profile,nostril form,chin projection,hair point of the forehead and hair form.The results showed that:majority of individuals of Miao were non-um bonate nasal profile,wide nostril,projected chin and straight hair;in most cases,these 5 indexes were not correlated with each other except nasal profile and chin projection,chin projection and hair form.

    Flat sheet PVDF/PES-C blend membrane is prepared by using phenolphthalein polyether sulfone (PES-C) as blending material,N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) as solvent,PVP K30,PVP K90 or LiCl as additives.Under the condition of different pre-evaporation time and coagulation temperature,the membrane is characterized by shrinkage ratio and pure water flux.The shrinkage ratio has a minimum and the water flux has a maximum when the content of PVP reaches 5%.The water flux changes along with the variety of pre-evaporation time,the coagulation temperature and the operating pressure.
