Abstract: The paper analyzes the concept,components and logical structure of sports culture and reveals the cultural connotation and special education value of different elements of sports culture.The result shows that sports culture means the summation of material wealth and spirit wealth that people have created during they are rebuilding the men’s physiological characteristics and it can be divided into sports technique culture,sports system culture and sports spirit culture.They are respectively situated in the outermost,middle and core of the sports culture system.They also have education values of health education,accelerating individual socialization and upgrading the humanistic spirit.Based on the connotation,the paper puts forward that it it is necessary to  build comprehensive quality idea with the humanistic spirit as the core,enhance cultivated education of moral quality and normative social behavior to cultivate sports culturati.Psychological quality and physical quality are both important.Body and mind,technical expertise and theory of discipline should be developed harmoniously.
