    To complete the design of high efficiency Java virtual machine,the author adopts soft/hardware coordinated programmable logic gate array (FPGA),analyses the  processing flow of Java virtual machine by hardware/software co-design,and presents  the context switching algorithm and collaborative design method of the hardware and software components.JVM benchmark program is applied to evaluation.The results show that with appropriate choice of system structure and collaborative design method,the performance of the JVM will be greatly improved.With the virtual machine commonly used accelerating methods,collaborative design will be a very cost-effective JVM.

    The key technology of cooperative spectrum sensing is to reduce control channel costs.A  weighted algorithm of cooperative spectrum sensing based on signal to noise ratio is proposed.The contribution is determined by the SNR of detection channel for soft decision result of double threshold,and  a relevant weighted value is allocated.Thereby,the invalid transmission is reduced.The simulation results show thatt his,algorithm can improve cooperation detection probability;meanwhile,it can reduce average sensing bit and  reduce overhead of common control channel.

    The boundary switching of local mobile network composed of different equipments is hard switching most of the time.The author has opitized and designed the CDMA boundary switching in Yongzhou and Hengyang of Hunan Province.Starting from analysing the reasons for high dropped call rate caused by boundary switching,the author has analyzed and changed the switching mannar.Through reasonable setting the wireless switching parameters,scientific configuration of MSCe date in Yongzhou and MSC data in Hengyang,and wireless side data,the CDMA network boundary switching in Yongzhou and Hengyang is solved through test validation and signaling analysis.

    Through analysing software Multisim 10’s characteristics and taking as an example the design of composite sign showed by the water lamp  and seven-segment numerical tube LED digital display,this paper  introduces a program design and simulation method of controlling the virtual hardware by using mircrocontroller 8051 in the platform of Multisim 10.The MCU module in Multisim 10 and plenty of virtual electronic components and instruments  make the program design and simulation  possible without  the support from other external hardware device.

    Endophytic fungi of the cultured tissue from Huperzia serrata were isolated and identified by observing the appearance shape of colonies according to the Identification Handbook of Fungus.In this study,the endophytic fungi were cultured in PDA medium and purified by the methods of agar plate.At the same time the shape of these fungi was observed and identified by microphotograph technology.The results showed that there were seven endophytic fungi species isolated from the cultured tissue of the tip stem of Huperzia serrata,which respectively belonged to Peziza Dill.ex Fr,Paecilomyces Bainier,Saccardia Cooke,A.ustus,P.chrysogenim,Coniothecium Cda.

    The powder of LiMn2O4/Ag composite was prepared by citrate gel and combustion technique using lithium acetate,manganese acetate and silver nitrate as starting materials.Phase identification,surface morphology and electrochemical properties were studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the powder is the composite of LiMn2O4 and Ag metal,and silver disperses homogeneously in LiMn2O4 particles.Compared with LiMn2O4,LiMn2O4/Ag composite has higher specific capacity,higher columbic efficiency and lower polarization.The additive of Ag improves the cycle ability of LiMn2O4 powders,especially at higher charge-discharge rate.

    Double metal cyanide complexes based on Zn3[Co(CN)6]2 were prepared by precipitate transformation from precursors such as ZnO,Zn(OH)2,ZnCO3,and basic ZnCO3,and the effect of preparative method on the catalytic efficiency towards copolymerization of propylene oxide and CO2 was investigated.The results show that DMC catalyst with Zn(OH)2 as precursor exhibits highest catalytic efficiency of  over 4 400 g/g,which is about double catalytic efficiency compared with complexes derived from solution precipitation method.The morphology of this precursor has significant impact on resulting catalytic efficiency,the phase Zn5(OH)8Cl2·H2O produced by precipitating reaction of ZnCl2 and  NaOH can be transferred effectively into active site of catalyst to afford highly active catalyst with high crystalinity.The study also shows that catalytic efficiency of final catalyst relates to average particle size of precursor,the catalytic efficiency decreases sharply while average particle size of precursor is great than 75 μm.

    Using TiO2 powders as precursor,the TiO2 nanometer fiber was prepared by hydrothermal reaction.The structure of the product was analyzed by SEM,XRD and IR.photocatalysis.The degradation performance of the synthetic product on Congo red was investigated.The results showed that the product was anatase TiO2 with good crystallization,and the degradation rate of Congo red by TiO2 powder and fibers were 89.1% and 97.4%,respectively.

    The pure ZnSO4 solution was obtained by low-grade ZnO ore as raw materials after the process of H2SO4 leaching and purification.Nanometer ZnO powders were prepared by direct precipitation method using NH4HCO3 as precipitator.The effects of various factors such as the mole ratio of NH4HCO3 to ZnSO4,reaction temperature,reaction time,thermal decomposition temperature and time of basic zinc carbonate precursors on the particle size of nanometer powders  and the precipitation rate or the purity of ZnO were investigated systematically.XRD and SEM were used to characterize the structure and size of ZnO particle.The results show that the ZnO powders with hexagonal structure,spherical morphologies,40 nm of average crystal size and 97.5% of purity are obtained.The main technical indices of nanometer ZnO powders prepared by the above route met GB/T19589—2004 National Standard.The processes are simple and easy for industrialization.

    Objective To develop a rapid,sensitive and specific real-time reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR) for detecting respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).Method The primer and probe were designed according to the RSV gene sequency,and the real-time reverse transcription PCR reaction was optimized.The real time RT-PCR was applied to detect 686 clinical respiratory specimens.Results  The RSV was detected by real time RT-PCR accurately and quickly.Among those 686 specimens,113(16.5%) were positive for RSV.Conclusion Real time RT-PCR is a reliable and accurate assay for RSV.The detecting method can be applied to the clinical diagnosis of the RSV infection in children.

    Fifty rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Colchicine group,high and low dose Euscaphis Japonica groups.Hepatic fibrosis models were established by CCl4 twice a week via intragastric administration for 8 weeks except normal groups.Colchicine (0.1 mg/kg) had been administered to the Colchicine group,water extracts from Euscaphis Japonica (1 mL/kg or 0.2 mL/kg) had been administered to the high and low dose Euscaphis Japonica groups from the fourth week. Five weeks later,all rats were killed to draw blood and separate serum,and  then all serum samples were analysed.The results showed that the  levels of HA,LN and PⅢP in the high and low dose Euscaphis Japonica groups were significantly lower than those in the model groups;there were no significant differences of HA,LN concentration between the high dose group and Colchicine group;and the level of PⅢP in high dose group was higher then that in Colchicine group but lower then in low dose group.It is concluded that water extracts from Euscaphis Japonica can be used to treat hepatic fibrosis in a dose-dependent manner.
