Abstract: After analyzing the background of the Project of Higher Education Quality and Teaching Reform and the significance of school-based management of college sports curriculum,the author points out to construct a school-based management system of college sports curriculum,it is necessary to improve the teachers’ quality,to build teaching unions,and to establish the ISO9000 quality management system.
