Abstract: The final goal of scrambling for firm’s control power is obtaining the gains of control power.The firm’s control power is composed by the “core” of control power and the outer-control power.The “core” of control power is decided by property capital and it defines the allocation of the outer-control power.Family firm is the means of realizing familial goal by the family special interest group.The “core” of control power is grasped by family and will be inherited within family.According to the scale of family firm and the trust extent of family for professional manager,the outer-control power present dynamic distribution from being completely grasped by family to being completely authorized to professional manager.
