Reference | Related Articles | Metrics | Comments（0） Select Investigation and Analysis About the Present Situation of 385 College Students’ White Hairs TIAN Hong-Xian, PENG Si-Ying journal6    2004, 25 (4): 91-93.   Abstract （2540）      PDF（pc） （301KB）（2182）       Knowledge map    Save Object：To investigate the present situation of college students’ white hairs and analysis the causes and correlative factors of white hairs.Method：Students in Jishou university were investigated and 385 students were selected as study subjects to conduct the analysis through questionnaire.Results：In 385 students,182 students had white hairs.The rate of the occurrence of white hairs increases with the advancement of the grade.As to the correlative factors,34.6% of the students are nervous,76.92% of the students are partial to a particular kind of food or choosy about food.70.3% of the students’ parents have white hairs before 45 years old,67.6% of the studentshave lived in pollnted environment.Conclusions：inheritance、the bad eating habits,nervousness、environmental pollution and so on are the primary factors of white hairs. Reference | Related Articles | Metrics | Comments（0） Select Plasma Exchange of Artificial Liver Support Systems on 30 Cases of Severe Hepatitis XU Xiao-Ping, QU Zhang-Shu, TENG Yan-Ting, PENG Jing, PENG Zhi-Xiang, YANG Rong-Qiang, CAO Ze-Tao journal6    2004, 25 (3): 90-92.   Abstract （2125）      PDF（pc） （386KB）（1229）       Knowledge map    Save To evaluate plasma exchange of Artificial Liver Support Systems (abbreviated to ALSS) on Severe Hepatitis (abbreviated to SH).Method  30 patients with SH were estimated,undergoing plasma exchange of ALSS 51 times on the base of routine treatment.Analyze statistically the changes of their hepatic function,serum ammonia,prothrombin time (abbreviated to PT),platelet count (abbreviated to PC),etc.,before and after the therapy.Compare the cases to 31 controlled ones with SH who didnt receive ALSS before this technology being  applied in our hospital two years ago.Result  After the plasma exchange,the 30 cases got better hepatic function obviously.Many indexes were markedly improved,such as TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST,serum ammonia,PT,PC and so on.Statistics analysis of them by U-test indicates remarkable contrast before and after the treatment (P<0.001).Meanwhile,it suggests significant differences between the two groups by performing x2-test for clinical curative rate,mending rate,and mortality rate (P<0.025).Conclusion  Plasma exchange on SH shows distinct shortdated theraputic effect.It can quickly eliminate excessive TBIL,ammonia etc.Coagulation factors reinforced betimes,thus bleeding tendency ameliorated soon.Mortality rate descended notably.Plasma exchange of ALSS is an important and effective measure and means great value on saving patients with SH. The samples treated with boric acid( borax ) - formaldehyde- NaHSO3 systems have the better flame retardance than that treated with boric acid or borax.Moreover, there is no crystalloid on the cellulosic surface. Experiments demonstrate that the temperature of the thermal degradation onset point and the activat ion energy of thermal degradation stage are lower for hemp cellulose treated with boric acid( borax) - formaldehyde-NaHSO3 systems than those of pure hemp cellulose, and an increase in char yield and LOI.
