    The mixed algorithms of genetic algorithms and simlutated annealing algorithm are put forward.The new algorithm not only sufficiently exerts the advantages of the two algorithms,but also improves the computing precision and speed.The algorithm simulates the recurrence of nature evolution process,and solves the contradiction between the diversity of population and the convergence speed.The experiment shows that the algorithm is effective.

    Referring to immune optimization mechanism,an artificial immune system for time-varied functions optimization is presented.In this paper,a clone and selection operator is constructed to act as the main search operator by mimic the clone and selection process of B cell,and a immune network is constructed to realize self-organization and memory of the optimal and is used to conduct the following search process.The simulation results show that the algorithm has good performance on optimization for time-varied functions.

    Studies on the Synthesis and Grafting of the Salicylate Pillared Hydrotalcite Organic/Inorganic Hybrid

    In this paper,salicylate-pillared MgAl hydrotalcite organic/inorganic hybrid was synthesized by using direct anion exchange method in the aqueous solution with NO3-MgAl as precursor,and was characterized by XRD,IR and DTA.The guest-host interaction in the synthesized sample was investigated.Results show that the thermal stabilities of the brucite-like layers and the inserted anion pillars in the salicylate pillared hydrotalcite are largely improved due to the guest-host interaction.DTA combined with the XRD and IR studies  of the sample calcined at different temperatures reveal that the grafting of the guest anions to the host brucite-like  layers takes place during the thermal processing accompanying the Hydrogen-bonding formation,and the proper grafting temperatures are between  the elimination of water molecules from the interlayer space and the elimination of the hydroxyl groups from the brucite-like layers.

    The Variation of Seed Vigor Among Different Mating Combinations of Tulip

    A mating design,including full-sib and half-sib from Liriodendron chinense,L.tulipifera and their hybrid,was conducted.The seed plumpness,seed viability and germination ability of 27 mating combinations were studied.The results showed that the seed plumpness of L.chinense,L.tulipifera and their hybrid were 9.00%,17.57% and 29.44% respectively.The average seed viability of L.chinense,L.tulipifera and hybrid were 5.11%,10.76% and 16.95% respectively.L.chinense and hybrid had almost the same germination ratio and germination energy (0.17%),while L.tulipifera was a little better with 1.29% germination ratio and 1.02% germination energy.Combing all the three seed vigor traits,it can be concluded that hybrid was the best,L.chinense was the worst.Meanwhile,a visible variation was found among individuals within provenance for those seed vigor traits studied.A clear rule was found that the seed vigor of combinations derived from control-pollination was better than that from open-pollination.

    This paper studied the influence on elimination of calcium and magnesium by NH4F during the preparation of Mn-Zn ferrite precursor by coprecipitation.The results of experiments showed that the quantity of NH4F,time and temperature of reaction and pH were of obvious influence on elimination of calcium and magnesium.Under the best conditions——the volume fraction of 370.4 g·L-1 NH4F was 2.4×10-2,temperature was 90 ℃ and the reaction time was 1 h and pH was 3.5,the contents of calcium and magnesium in purified solution were 0.003 and 0.019 g·L-1 respectively, while the contents of calcium and magnesium in the precursor were 7.5×10-5 and 5.6×10-5,less than 10-4,so the precursor of Mn-Zn ferrite by coprecipitation was fit to be used to prepare high-quality product.

    According to the infinite product formula of scaling function's Fourier transform,combined with the Fourier transform relation between a function and its Hilbert transform,the paper derived an condition on how two wavelet bases constructed from two conjugate quadrature filters can be pairs of wavelet bases,and proposed a method on how to construct the pairs of wavelet bases.At the same time,a discrete  numerical solution for the filters  h0  and  g0  of minimal length that satisfy the derivate condition was presented.

    A simplified 3D finite-element model which can be availably applied to analyzing the dynamic nonlinear effect on pile-supported superstructure system in layered soil-field is presented.The real-time movement of the system is simulated based on the reasonable description about the behavior of contact on interface of pile-soil and the viscous-spring boundary under dynamic condition.It is indicated that the nonlinear characteristic of slide or debonding in pile-soil interface largely influence the structural response,even if subjected to non-strong shock.So the perfect bond hypothesis may not be suitable for estimating the dynamic behaviour of pile-bearing structures effectively.

    A double-type-insurance risk model with Markov-modulated premium rate is introduced.Under the condition of double-type-insurance,a integral equation for the conditional ruin probability is obtained.Furthermore,a recursive inequality for the ruin probability with the stationary initial distribution and the upper bound for the ruin probability with no initial reserve are given.

    In the long-term,China should adopt a flexible exchange-rate policy that varies according to the supply and demand of market.But in the short-term,government should take some non-market measures to keep the stability of exchange rate so as to reduce risks and fluctuation.Facing the increasing world opinions on RMB appreciation,the author,starting with analyzing the causes of RMB revaluation pressure and the  factors that make RMB exchange rate fluctuate,obtains a conclusion that RMB exchange rate must  remain stable in the near future,and Chinese government should adjust related policy timely to reduce the pressure of RMB appreciation and improve the function of exchange rate policy.

    The new thought of using game theory to study the price of layoff mechanism for human resource management was put forward.Two main ideas on layoff mechanism and one sufficient and necessary condition of layoff mechanism were introduced.Under the conditions of imperfect information and linear stratagems for enterprise and employee,two games as non-arbitrage and arbitrage price on the layoff were discussed.The research showed that the dominant stratagems were linear on non-arbitrage game and single prices on arbitrage game for enterprise and employee.The base of the pricing of layoff mechanism is to quantitate three kinds of income functions.

    The website is quickly becoming a critical advertising and marketing presence for an adventure tourist business.The traditional two-tier model shows striking weaknesses that make the development and maintenance of applications much more expensive.Multi-tier architecture endeavors to solve these problems.With multi-tier applications,the client provides only one layer,i.e.,the user interface.The business rules are performed on a system between the user interface and the data storage.Using this approach,a number of benefits during the application’s life cycle can be achieved,including reusability,flexibility,manageability,scalability,multi-language support and improved security.This paper deals with the design and implementation of an online hotel booking system with multi-tier architectural approach.The system uses Microsoft Visual Basic for desktop application and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server,HTML with VBScript and Active Server Pages (ASP) for the web application.The system enables the prospective guests to book different types of rooms online,keeps the database on guests,tracks when guests check in or check out and issues voucher at the time of checking out.

    The tests on several rates of flow of gas were carried out.Based on the tests,distribution of gas mole fraction in utility tunnel was calculated using numerial simulation.In comparison with the experimental results,it is found that the gas mole fraction can be simulated by standard κ-ε  turbulent model and the numerical accuracy nearby gas leakage point is almost good according to the demand of engineering.The results show that three-dimensional tuberlence in engineering can be simulated.

    Improvement of Determination on TTC-Dehydrogenase Activity in Biofilms

    The method of 3,5,5-triphenyltetrazolium (TTC) determining biofilms activity was improved,and the problem that the standard curve of determination on TTC-dehydrogenase activity can’t be made conveniently and stably was resolved.The factors which influence the determination were studied.The results showed that sodium sulfide as reducer,toluene as TF organic extractant,Tris-HCl as buffer solution,pH 8.6 and 38 ℃ were the best condition on the developed method,and the optimum reaction time to cultivate biofilms is 6 h.

    Culture Condition and Detoxification Characteristic of Microorganisms in High-Chromium(Ⅵ) Pollutant

    Biodegradation of environmental pollutants has the advantages of high effect and low cost,but high concentration chromium(Ⅵ) can restrain microorganism.The detoxification effect of microbe is discussed and the constitutes of culture medium are optimized to fit for microorganism detoxification in high-chromium pollutants.The exterior environment of microorganism is provided between anaerobic and aerobic condition,which takes advantage over industry application.The logarithm growth curve of microbe is determined and its growth period is two days,which provides the theoretical base of quick detoxification.Finally consolidation detoxification of microbe is studied and results show that the microbe can effectively remove low concentration  chromium(Ⅵ) (below 200 mg/L) and reduce high concentration from 600 mg/L to 82 mg/L over five days.

    This paper focuses on the preparation of several RTLs including 1-ethyl-3-butyl-imildazolium bromine([bmim]Br),[bmim]Br-AlCl3,[bmim]Br-FeCl3,and the electric conductivity of [bmim]Br-AlCl3,and [bmim]Br-FeCl3 in different solvents of water,ethanol,acetic acid.RTLs  have  different electric conductivity in different solvents:the largest is in water,next in ethanol,and the last in acetic acid.Under the condition of the same temperature,the higher  concentration,the larger electric conductivity is.Under the condition of the ame concentration,the higher  temperature is,the larger electric conductivity is.What is interesting is that,under the condition of the same concentration and temperature,when water as the solvent,the electric conductivities of [bmim]Br-FeCl3 is larger than that of [bmim]Br-AlCl3.But when ethanol or acetic acid as the solvent,it has contrary result.

    The ultrafine spheric Co powder with good dispersity was prepared with Co(OH)2 being the raw material and glycol being the solvent and reductant.The effect of the quantity of NaOH on the reaction speed,the effect of the quantity of Co(OH)2 per unit volume of glycol and the quantity of additive on the particle-size and particle-appearance of the Co powder were examined.SEM,XRD,BET and the laser particle-size analyzer were used to examine the particle appearance,the crystal structure,the surface area and the particle-size distribution.The results showed that the Co powders reduced by polyol were spheric,most being cubic closest packing,few being hexagonal closert packing;when the conditions were Co(OH)2 150 g/L,NaOH 40 g/L and surface active agent glycot 30 g/L,the particle-size distribution of Co powder was narrow with an average dimeter of 0.88 μm,the surface area was 2.705 m2/g,and the Co content was over 99.5%.

    Tris-polyethylene glycol(PEG) method,electroporation,and TTS were carried out for introducing plasmid DNA into 5 strains of wild Bacillus brevis.pBKE50 could be transformed into Bacillus brevis 50 and 735 by Tris-polyethylene glycol (PEG) method,and incorporated into Bacillus brevis 50 by electroporation.a transformation frequency is 102 transformants/μg DNA.

    The compound α-amanitin from Amanita virosa was separated and determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography and UV-spectrum,by using 0.02 mol/L aqueous ammonium acetate-acetonitrile as mobile phase with gradient elution mode.The concentration and distribution of α-amanitin in A.virosa carpophores were studied,which were collected in SanJiang nature reserve of ABa zhou in SiChuan province.The results showed that α-amanitin aqueous solution was stable and the linear equation of α-amanitin quantitative analysis was Y=5 159x+1 097.4.The content of α-amanitin reached about 2 838.8 μg per gram dry fruit bodies and the distribution of α-amanitin was tissue dependent.The content of α-amanitin in gills was the highest,which was about 51.09% of total toxin per gram dry carpophores,and the concentration,the 0.29% of dry gills,was also the highest among the different tissues.

    Chondroitinase was isolated and purified from Serratia marcescens and its kinetic property was examined.The Chondroitinase was purified by salting-out,DEAE-Sepharose FF ion-exchange chromatogram,and gel filtrition with Sephacryl S-200 chromatogram.The purified enzyme moved as a single electrophoretic band in PAGE.The specific activity was 81.23 U/mg.It’s subunit weight was 35 KD with SDS-PAGE,moleculer weight was 70.20 KD with gel filtrition on Sephacryl S-300(AKTA FPLC).The optimum pH value for the enzyme was 7.5.The optimum temperature for the enzyme was about 40 ℃.The Michealis-Menton constant(Km) was 3.98×10-4 mol/L with 4-Chondroitin Sulfate as its substrate.

    OLAP model is the foundation for implementing efficient on-line analysis processing,data mining and advanced business intelligence applications.ROLAP,MOLAP and OOLAP models are well known models in the current data warehousing and business intelligence research areas.In this paper,the authors propose a novel multi-data warehouse model called Multi-OROLAP model based on multicast services,which has the advantages such as scalability,efficient computation,and distributability.The authors focus on the Multi-OROLAP model and algorithms used within this model,including the incremental refreshing algorithms for data warehouses,storage optimization algorithms,transparent exchange algorithms,and adaptive selection algorithms for main and secondary memory objects.Typical user query and analysis patterns and their performance impact on the Multi-OROLAP model and algorithms,group membership management and maintenance of multi-data warehouses are also discussed.

    The processes of water diffusion in non-saturated soils and the relationship between water diffusion rates and water contents were simulated by horizontal soil columns from saline-alkalined wetland in Xianghai National Natural Reserve. The results showed that water diffusion rates of saline-alkaline soils were lower. water diffusion rate in the layer of 10~20 cm was lower than that in other layers; they were higher for water diffusion rates in bottom layers than those in upper ones; and water diffusion rates increased by exponential with the increase of water content, moreover, the increase curves of top soils were steeper.

    According to the principle of venturi tube,a technology and equipment of dedusting and desulfurization of flue gas from coal-buring boiler by integrating a wet process with a cyclone is designed.The structure trait,the working principle and the important aspects of industrial applications of this unit are introduced.The results of industrial applications show that the dedusting efficiency is more than 97%, and the desulfurization efficiency reaches 75% with a resistance less than 1 200 Pa.

    Two different wave discrete hole board are experimented, the model of heat transfer of discrete hole wave board film cooling is established, the effects on the film cooling effectiveness of the gas parameters of the flow and the geometric parameters of the discrete hole wave board are analyzed, and the transfer coeff icients are obtained. Some useful conclusion such as the cooling effectiveness of discrete hole wave board is low between the wave peak and the wave volley and the cooling effect iveness increase very quickly behind the wave board are obtained.

    This study investigates the biogenic volat ile organic compounds of some plants, such as Liquidambur f orsana and Cinamomum camphora, and their antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus albus , Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results show that some plants have good effect iveness of bacteriostasis, these plants include Cinamomum camphora, Liquidambur f orsana and Pittosporum tobira. From the view of environmental ecology,it is beneficial to the construction of an eco- city when choosing the ant ibacterial plants as virescence plants.

    In order to apply multimedia traffic, the performance of dynamical source routing (DSR) protocol inMANET is studied on 144 Kbps transmission rate in this paper. At the same time, the performance on 144 Kbps is compared with that on 2 Kbps transmission rate. This result indicates that compared with 2 Kbps transmission rate, 144 Kbps transmission rate obtains lower packet delivery fraction, higher average end- to- end delay, higher routing load and higher MAC load in 144 Kbps transmission rate, and in regard to the performance of difference source node, it shows different changing trend.

    The Bacillus phytase is very suitable to be used in animal feed particularly in carp feed, because its optimum pH is at the neutral range and it has the excellent thermostability.At present, all the expressions of Bacillus phytase were reported in prokaryotic expression systems such as Bacillus and Escherichia coli, but the yield was very limited. So, the eukaryotic P. pastoris may be another better expression system due to its highly efficient expression for heterogenous protein.As the foundation of secretory expression in P. pastoris, the intracellular expression of Bacillus phytase was reported firstly in P .
    pastoris . In this study, the phyC encoding phytase from Bacillus subtilisWHNB02 without signal peptide sequencewas ampl-ified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) .The phyC fragment was sequenced and cloned into pPIC3. 5K expression vector of P. pastoris .The pPIC3. 5KphyC plasmid was linearized and transformed into Pichia Pastoris GS115 strain by electroporation.Positive strain was screened and purified by culturing on MD plate andMM plate. Furthermore, it was cultured and induced by 0. 5% methanol. SDS- PAGE analysis shows that phytase is expressed intracellularly, and the yield comes to 24% of the total soluble protein and its molecular weight is 42. 01 KD.The enzymatic analysis shows that the expression product has the biological activity of native phytase, its opt imum reaction pH and temperature is 7. 5 and 70 ?? , respectively.Moreover, its residual activity with treatment at 90 ?? for 10min is 42%.All of these properties are better than the native phytase from Bacillus subtilis.

The result of PCA showed that the 1st and 2nd principal components revealed correlat ions among relative and absolute numbers of fish species and the characteristics of the river basin respect ively.
