    The existence of  periodic solutions for non-automous second order Hamiltonian systems on time scales is studied.With the linear growth of nonlinear terms,the periodic solutions for the systems are converted into the critical points of a functional defined in a proper space,and the existence of periodic solutions is thus proved by critical point theory.

    With external disturbance,the changed states of network nodes will influence the stability of the complex network.With the aim of strengthening the capacity of resisting disturbance,realizing network synchronization  and increasing network stability,this paper designs an adaptive controller through the introduction of Lyapunov stability theory,Integral inequality Barbalat lemma,Schur complement lemma and Synchronization Criterion.The network can be synchronized without the awareness of the disturbance intensity.This controller not only strengthens the network stability but also reduces its vulnerability;therefore,this research has certain practical significance.

    The atomic structure and bond relaxation of Nanoparticle CeO2 determine its applications.From the perspective of chemical bonds relaxation and vibration,and with phonons spectroscopy measurement technique,the physical mechanism of the Raman spectrum pressure effect is explored. Based on the theory of bond relaxation,the Raman spectrum pressure effect of nanoparticle CeO2 is quantitatively analyzed. The functional relationship between phonon spectrum and pressure is established. At the same time,the bulk modulus and compressibility coefficient are evaluated. The physical causes of Raman frequency-shift and blue-shift of CeO2 are explored,and it is found that pressure increase prompts contraction of bond length and bond energy enhancement leads to blue-shift of Raman spectrum.

    A scheme for realizing arbitrary symmetric Dicke states of multi-qubits via the adiabatic evolution for trapped ions is proposed.Leveraging on the adiabatic operation of dark states,the noise and randomness of moderate fluctuations in experimental parameters is not sensitive in this scheme.The encoded bits can be controlled very well in the cold ion trap.It is almost not affected by the influence of the external environment for quantum operations with higher fidelity.

    Aiming at the cost minimization problems of modern networks with unknown constrained reliability function,a fast solving algorithm is proposed based on the Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) technique and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) technique.The proposed algorithm uses MCS technique to obtain the reliability values of complex network,and then uses Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization (DPSO) algorithm to search for the global optimal minimal value. With the reliability information previously obtained by MCS,the online SVM  evaluation model of network reliability is constructed to determine the feasibility of the subsequent solutions,reducing the MCS simulating frequencies and solving time.Experiment results verify that,compared with Yeh's method and with 0.01 reliability simulation precision,the MCS frequencies and the solving time decrease by almost one order of magnitude.

    In view of a filled karst cave existing on the tunnel vault and based on the limit analysis theorem,a proper failure pattern is established and the specific procedures are deduced to derive the expression of rock plug thickness.Then,the proposed method is adopted to calculate the rock plug thickness corresponding the surrounding rock ranging from levelⅠtoⅤ.The results indicate that with the decrease of surrounding rock strength,the thickness increases continuously.Moreover,applying the method to the engineering projects of Dazhiping Tunnel of the Yichang-Wanzhou Railway,the reasonable results were obtained,which verified the validity of the proposed method.

    Effects of Short-Term Low Temperature on the Germination of  Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Seeds

    In order to explore the method of improving the germination rate of Gynostemma pentaphyllum seeds,we investigated the effects of different factors,namely,illumination and temperature,hormone,storage,low temperature stratification and short-term low temperature.The results showed that the optimal germination temperature ranged from 15℃ to 25 ℃;illumination raised the germination rate,with the highest germination rate(31.54±2.04)% at the optimum temperature of 20  ℃. It was found that Cytokinins,such as 6-BA and zeatin,had no effect on the promotion of the germination,and Gibberellin,like GA3,had almost no impact,but GA4 promoted the germination to (54.00±2.65)%.At 18  ℃,Gynostemma pentaphyllum seeds were stored for 30,90,and 180 days.The results showed that appropriate storage time was conducive to break the dormancy mechanism of Gynostemma pentaphyllum seed,but when the storage time was too long,the germination rate declined rapidly,or even to zero.The statistics of low temperature stratification processing showed that the effect of low temperature stratification was not obvious.Under low temperature stratification for 90 days,the highest germination rate was only(34.26±3.21)%.By short-term low temperature treatment,it was found that short-term low temperature (9 days of moist storage at 5,10,15  ℃) increased the germination rate to (73.06±2.12)%,(83.14±3.25)% and (72.13±3.52)%.Comparison of storage treatment and post-storage short-term low temperature treatment showed that,with the increase in storage time,the germination rate decreased rapidly,while short-term low temperature treatment still promoted the germination of long-stored seeds.

    In order to understand the pollution characteristics of heavy metals in the surface sediments of mainstream and its tributaries of the Maozhou river in Shenzhen,the concentrations of 7 metals including Pb,Cr,Cd,Cu,Zn,Ni and As in 34 sediment samples were analyzed.Index of geo-accumulation,pollution load index and potential ecological risk index were utilized to access the pollution level and potential ecological risk of heavy metals.The results showed that the sediments of Maozhou river were characterized by elevated levels of Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Zn and Ni,which exceeded the average content of heavy metal in the sediments of lakes in China.According to the national Marine sediments standard,most of Cr,Cu,Zn and Ni were higher than the threshold values of class Ⅲ.In addition,index of geo-accumulation followed the order of Cu>Ni~Zn~Cd~Cr>Pb>As,pollution load index was Cu>Ni~Zn>Cd~Cr>Pb>As and the order of potential ecological risk index was Cd~Cu>Ni>Cr~Zn>As~Pb,which indicated that the sediment was polluted by Cu,Zn,Ni,Cd and Cr.

    The system of evaluating ecological security of land in terms of pressure,state,and response is constructed based on PSR model.Then the entropy is used to evaluate the ecological security of land in Nan county from 2009 to 2013.The results show that the land ecological security in this county deteriorated from middle insecure to insecure.As for each subsystem,the pressure showed a gradual upward trend,but it still remained insecure;the state system and response system were all on a declining trend from insecure state to very insecure state.The main sub-system that influences the land ecological security is response.The influential factors include urbanization,grain output,application of chemical fertilizer,soil and water conservation,the proportion of the tertiary industry,investment in environmental protection,and industrial wastewater emission.

    This work investigates structural,electronic,and optical properties of Ti2O3 using the first-principle density functional theory calculations. The results reveals that the Ti and O atoms form covalent bonds,that the valence band and conduction band of Ti2O3 are both predominantly composed of Ti-3d states,and the peaks of the optical absorption spectra of Ti2O3 and the imaginary part of the dielectric function are corresponding in the lower energy region. These results reveal the microscopic mechanisms of the electron transitions of Ti2O3. caused by optical radiation.

    Titanium incorporated mesoporous KIT-6 molecular sieves were synthesized by direct hydrothermal method using Pluronic P123 and n-butanol as the structure-directing mixture,tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as the silica source and tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) as the titanium source.The mole ratio of TEOS,TBOT,P123,HCl,BuOH,H2O,was 1∶0.014~0.1∶0.017∶1.0~3.0∶1.31∶195.The materials were characterized using XRD,BET,FT-IR and UV-Vis.The amount of titanium content influenced the framework structure and crystallinity of the Ia3d phase significantly.The effect of the amount of HCl on the structure of Ti-KIT-6 (20) was also studied.

    Quicklime was used as a treatment agent to modify electrolytic manganese residue and separate ammonia.The effect of dosage of quicklime,reaction time,stirring frequency on the separation rate of ammonia from electrolytic manganese residue are investigated.The results show that the treatment of electrolytic manganese residue by quicklime has good ammonia-nitrogen separation effect,and with the optimum technological parameters for the treatment of electrolytic manganese residue—100 g quicklime for 1 kg electrolytic manganese residue (per kg),2 h of reaction time,stirring frequency of 15  Hz,the separation rate of ammonia from nitrogen can reach 91%.

    To analyze the clinical efficacy for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of the spine using local anesthesia vertebroplasty,100 cases of vertebroplasty using local anesthesia were randomly selected for the study.VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) is used as the standard to evaluate the pain degree of patients.The results showed that before the surgery,100 patients’ VAS scores were 8~10;after the surgery,88 patients’ VAS scores were less than 2,12 patients’ VAS scores were 2~5.It is concluded that vertebroplasty can effectively relieve pain caused by osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and has satisfactory clinical efficacy.

    To improve the community medical services in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,literatures review and questionnaire survey among 485 old people aged over 60 were conducted to investigate the medical service seeking behavior of old people.The results show that 43.7% of the respondents visit doctor when they feel unwell,57.3% of the respondents go for disease diagnosis and treatment,and only 7.6% for health check-up;6.2% go for their initial consultations at tertiary hospitals,and 32.2% at community health service centers.The most important factors influencing their selection of hospitals are the quality of medical care,convenience for treatment and medical safety,which constitute the foremost concerns for 33.6%,34.4%,and 14.4% of the respondents respectively.It can be concluded that the old people in this region frequently delay their medical treatment and lack awareness of health care;the community health service centers have been accepted but they cannot meet the needs of the community.Thus it is necessary for the community centers to improve their service,extend the service time,strengthen the medical safety,optimize the service procedures,and cultivate the public health awareness.
