Abstract:

Campus culture construction in local universities will influence not only the local talent training but also the local economic and cultural development.From the perspective of cultural ecology，the cases in the local universities of Shanxi province are applied to explore the theoretical orientation for university management，the industrial-academic collaboration between universities and local enterprises，and the relationship between the distinctive local culture and the university campus culture.
