Abstract:

Titanium incorporated mesoporous KIT-6 molecular sieves were synthesized by direct hydrothermal method using Pluronic P123 and n-butanol as the structure-directing mixture, tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as the silica source and tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) as the titanium source. The mole ratio of TEOS,TBOT,P123,HCl,BuOH,H2O,was 1∶0.014~0.1∶0.017∶1.0~3.0∶1.31∶195.The materials were characterized using XRD,BET,FT-IR and UV-Vis.The amount of titanium content influenced the framework structure and crystallinity of the Ia3d phase significantly. The effect of the amount of HCl on the structure of Ti-KIT-6 (20) was also studied.
