     According to   algebraic stability and (k,p,q)-algebraic stability of general linear methods, the algebraic conditions of mumerical stability of θ-one-leg methods are obtained,i.e.,θ-one-leg methods is  algebraically  stable and diagonally stable under the constraint  θ≥1/2,and  θ-one-leg methods is  (1,0,2θ -1-ε)-algebraically  stable for any constant ε ≥ 0.

    By applying block-pulse function transform (BPFT) the hybrid model (H1,B) for a class of nonlinear dynamic N/S was identified in the paper.The relative formulas for calculating the hybrid model   (H1,B) and discrete recursive formulas for computing Volterra series resolution of model of N/S were derived.Based on above a fault diagnosis method of multiple preset models for N/S was also proposed.This method can judge and classify the faults occurring in N/S by checking the matching degree between each preset model and the current working state of N/S.There is no need for computing the current model of N/S and analyzing the features on line.So the method can largely reduce the computational cost and the fault diagnosis can be realized on line.An example of fault diagnosis was given here.The results show that the accuracy of fault diagnosis reaches 80-90 percent by this means.

    To sound water vapor precisely in the atmosphere is essential for weather phenomenon research,global climate change research and numerical weather forecast.The main purpose of this paper is to develop an inverse model for atmospheric parameter profiles using radio occulation data.This paper demonstrates the deficiency of the old retrieval model and some atmospheric parameter profiles are obtained.Through the linear retrieval and using the ECMWF’S temperature,the new retrieval model is established,and some atmospheric parameter profiles are given.Then the author analyses the bug in the atmospheric parameter profiles;and finally,brings forward the next way to optimize the retrieval model.

    The extraction of the cations such as Fe2+,Mn2+,Zn2+ and In3+ in the simulated sulfate solution by P204 has been examined from a technology solution-reduction solution with adding manganese,that was obtained by reduction of the high leached solution in the hydrometallurgy of zinc without iron residue.The optimum separation conditions have been determined as:(1) component of the organic phase being 30% kerosene+ 70% sulfidized kerosene,(2) extraction temperature being 20 ℃,(3)progressions being 3,(4) ratio of O/A being 3∶1,and (5) extration time being 5 min.Under the optimum extraction conditions,the extration rate of indium is not less than 99.4%.the saturated capacities of P204 on In3+,Zn2+ and Mn2+ were measured for 54.0 mg·mL-1,22.0 mg·mL-1 and 2.0 mg·mL-1respectively.The direct recovery rate of indium for the whole flow sheet arrived at 77.58% and the total recovery rate reached 95.0%,In comparision with the traditional flow sheet the total recovery rate of indium was higher than 20%.

    Phytoremediation is now regarded as one of the most important techniques to clean soil of heavy metal contamination.It is a key for phytoremediation to select proper plants.Concept of species in taxonomy is not enough in identifying plants for ecological restoration.Rather,consideration must be taken at the level of ecotype.Plants of different ecotype often have large difference in accumulating and tolerating heavy metal,although they are classified as the same species in taxonomy.They could respond differently to variation of concentration,ion form,and interaction of heavy metals.Difference in accumulating heavy metals is mainly attributed to the difference of heavy metal transporter,detoxication and genetics.Difference in enduring heavy metals is due to the difference in genetics,enzyme system and sequestration in cell of different ecotypic plants,while phytochelatins (PC) is not a key factor.Plants of different ecotype are ideal materials in study of hyperaccumulation,toleration and detoxication of heavy metals.This paper introduces the concept,origination and classification of ecotype.It also reviews research progress in heavy metal accumulation and toleration of different ecotypic plants.

    Ultrastructral observations on programmed cell death of the nucellar cells in Doritis pulcherrima showed some distinct characteristics,that is,demonstrated condensation of the chromatin;decreased quantity of mitochondria or the loss of their cristae;increased amount of vacuoles,and some of which contained residum of organelles or membrane structures.

    The ultrafine spheric Co powder with good dispersity was prepared with Co(OH)2 being the raw material and glycol being the solvent and reductant.The effect of the quantity of NaOH on the reaction speed,the effect of the quantity of Co(OH)2 per unit volume of glycol and the quantity of additive on the particle-size and particle-appearance of the Co powder were examined.SEM,XRD,BET and the laser particle-size analyzer were used to examine the particle appearance,the crystal structure,the surface area and the particle-size distribution.The results showed that the Co powders reduced by polyol were spheric,most being cubic closest packing,few being hexagonal closert packing;when the conditions were Co(OH)2 150 g/L,NaOH 40 g/L and surface active agent glycot 30 g/L,the particle-size distribution of Co powder was narrow with an average dimeter of 0.88 μm,the surface area was 2.705 m2/g,and the Co content was over 99.5%.

    Tris-polyethylene glycol(PEG) method,electroporation,and TTS were carried out for introducing plasmid DNA into 5 strains of wild Bacillus brevis.pBKE50 could be transformed into Bacillus brevis 50 and 735 by Tris-polyethylene glycol (PEG) method,and incorporated into Bacillus brevis 50 by electroporation.a transformation frequency is 102 transformants/μg DNA.

    The compound α-amanitin from Amanita virosa was separated and determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography and UV-spectrum,by using 0.02 mol/L aqueous ammonium acetate-acetonitrile as mobile phase with gradient elution mode.The concentration and distribution of α-amanitin in A.virosa carpophores were studied,which were collected in SanJiang nature reserve of ABa zhou in SiChuan province.The results showed that α-amanitin aqueous solution was stable and the linear equation of α-amanitin quantitative analysis was Y=5 159x+1 097.4.The content of α-amanitin reached about 2 838.8 μg per gram dry fruit bodies and the distribution of α-amanitin was tissue dependent.The content of α-amanitin in gills was the highest,which was about 51.09% of total toxin per gram dry carpophores,and the concentration,the 0.29% of dry gills,was also the highest among the different tissues.

    Chondroitinase was isolated and purified from Serratia marcescens and its kinetic property was examined.The Chondroitinase was purified by salting-out,DEAE-Sepharose FF ion-exchange chromatogram,and gel filtrition with Sephacryl S-200 chromatogram.The purified enzyme moved as a single electrophoretic band in PAGE.The specific activity was 81.23 U/mg.It’s subunit weight was 35 KD with SDS-PAGE,moleculer weight was 70.20 KD with gel filtrition on Sephacryl S-300(AKTA FPLC).The optimum pH value for the enzyme was 7.5.The optimum temperature for the enzyme was about 40 ℃.The Michealis-Menton constant(Km) was 3.98×10-4 mol/L with 4-Chondroitin Sulfate as its substrate.

    The extraction conditions of yellow pigment from Oenothera brennis.L flower were studied.The extraction effects by pure ethanol,95% alcohol,ether,acetone,ethyl ethanoate,petroleum benzene were compared,and the result indicated that 95% alcohol was the optimum solvent.the maximum absorption wavelength(λmax) of the 95% alcohol being 394 nm.Mono-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments showed that the experiment temperature could have a greater impact on extraction of the yellow pigment than the ratio of the solvent to petal and extraction time of solvent.The result showed that the optimum conditions are the following:the extraction reagent 95% alcohol,the petal and 95% alcohol  were put in container with the ratio of 0.2∶30(g/mL) then heated at 60 ℃ for 4 h.

    The interfacial process of lithium ion in the cathode material of LiMn2O4 was investigated through the technique of impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the semicircle in the high frequency range is associated with the resistance and capacitance caused by the absorption of lithium ion of electrolyte onto the surface of LiMn2O4The semicircle in the middle frequency range is caused by the charge-transfer resistance and double-layer capacitance.The inclined line in the low frequency range is caused by the diffusion of lithium ion in LiMn2O4.

    Novel soft chemical approach was developed to synthesize tin oxide-based powders.The microstructure,morphology,and electrochemical performance of the materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical methods in detail.The particles of tin oxide-based materials form an interconnected network structure like mesoporous material.The average size of the particles is about 200 nm.The materials deliver a charge capacity of more than 570 mAh/g.The capacity loss per cycle is about 0.15% after being cycled 30 times.The good electrochemical performance indicates that tin oxide-based materials are promising cathode for lithium ion batteries.

    This  essay  adopts  the  way  of  AA-6500 to  measure  the  content  of  more  than  ten trace  elements  contained  in  the  flower、stem、fruit  of  the   passionflower,and studies the absorbing ability of passionflower.The  result  shows  that:The  flower、stem、fruit of passionflower  are rich  in  trace  elements,with greater content than in grape,Hami melon and fig,etc.,and  there  are certain  differences  in  the  content  of  trace  elements.

    The affect of drought stress on Epimedium was researched and the relationship between the quantity change of flavone and protective enzyme was expounded.The quantity of POD,SOD and MDA in Epimedium under drought stress were measured by spectrometer;the total quantity of flavone was measured by UV.The results showed Firstly,with the enhanced drought stress,the activity of POD improved and the quantity of MDA increased;within twelve days,the activity of SOD improved,but after twelve days,the activity of that decreased;the quantity of flavone was at its maximum after two day’s drought,but after four days there was little change.Secondly,According to the research,there lied the ability of anti-drought in Epimedium,but when the activity of SOD decreased under the level of sample,the plant died.Thirdly,the quantity of flavone is related to the incipient anti-drought ability of Epimedium.

    Transcranial Doppler (TCD) was used to test the blood stream of cranial artery of 160 cases of headache and dizziness.The results show that 139 cases had abnormal blood stream velocity and spectrum change in internal carotid artery,arteria cerebri anterior,arteria cerebri media,and vertebrate-basilar artery;21 cases had no abnormal velocity but with asymmetrical bilateral bloodstream.These results prove that TCD is a supplementary method to diagnose headache and dizziness.

    Object:To investigate the present situation of college students’ white hairs and analysis the causes and correlative factors of white hairs.Method:Students in Jishou university were investigated and 385 students were selected as study subjects to conduct the analysis through questionnaire.Results:In 385 students,182 students had white hairs.The rate of the occurrence of white hairs increases with the advancement of the grade.As to the correlative factors,34.6% of the students are nervous,76.92% of the students are partial to a particular kind of food or choosy about food.70.3% of the students’ parents have white hairs before 45 years old,67.6% of the studentshave lived in pollnted environment.Conclusions:inheritance、the bad eating habits,nervousness、environmental pollution and so on are the primary factors of white hairs.
