Progress in the Study of Fluoride in Tea

Abstract: The progress in the study of fluoride in tea is summarized from the following aspects:the characteristics of fluoride content and the effect of growing environment on fluoride content in tea plant,the extracting ratio of Fluoride in tea product and its determination method,the effect on human health and the measures to decrease fluoride content  in tea.
