    A proxy signature with proxy signer privacy protection is proposed by Fu-Kou-Xiao,which has two characteristics listed as follows:the proxy signer’s identity is hidden behind an alias;the anonymity can be revoked when it is need to identify the proxy signer without a trusted third party.In this paper,the authors show that Fu-Kou-Xiao’s scheme is insecure.The original signer may use the capability of proxy signature freely.Also the proxy signer can repudiate a valid proxy signature generated by himself.Therefore,the scheme does not satisfy the properties of undeniable and misuse of the proxy signature.

    In the colloidal systems confined by two parallel plates (one of which is weak charged),the author uses 4D hyper-spheres method to calculate the energy of the system and uses the acceptance ratio method to calculate the depletion interactions between a charged large-sphere and the plate.By analyzing and comparing with the results of the hard sphere system,it is found that electrostatic interactions can strengthen depletion interactions between the charged large-sphere and the confined plate.

    The Origin software is applied in the data treating to line matching and making diagram in newton ring experiment.The experiment result shows  an excellent accordance with the results of data treating by the traditional method and least square method.The experiment is concise and rapid with audio-visual results,and it can avoid the error producing from the handing treatment if the origin software is applied in the data treating and making diagram.

    The video signal model for synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is set up,and a method to generate echo signals for SAR using AWG520 arbitrary waveform generator is presented.Then,the video echo signals of real-time imaging for SAR are simulated.When these video signals are inputted to the real-time processor of SAR after sampled through A/D,the performance of continuous dynamic imaging for SAR can be examined,such as join of real-time images,doppler frequency center,moving compensation of airplane and the performance of front-slant imaging,etc.

    Passive location and tracking of moving target in space is a key problem in recent years.The technology has been widely applied in the fields of aviation and guidance.It has expansive prospects for application. The modified gain EKF (MGEKF）algorithm for passive localization of maneuvering target by single station is discussed.Based on the time difference of arrival (TDOA) and the direction of arrival (DOA) of the emitter,passive localization by single station is practicable,and also the localization of maneuvering target is practicable with the MGEKF algorithm.Some concerned issues,such as technical problems,principle and algorithem are discussed in this paper.With the help of computer simulation,the method is proven to be correct and effective.

    An analytical model for Rayleigh scattering in fibers is presented based on a full-vector finite element method (FEM) with edge/nodal hybrid element.By using this model,the Rayleigh scattering property of F-doped and GeO2-doped high-index-core bragg fibers (HICBF) is investigated.Numerical results show that the effects of fiber structure on Rayleigh scattering in F-doped HICBF are quite opposite to that in GeO2-doped HICBF.By adjusting the cladding structure,minimized Rayleigh scattering loss (RSL) can be obtained in GeO2-doped HICBF with a certain high-index core radius.Conclusion in this paper is also suitable for other doped HICBF.

    A face detection algorithm for color images based on skin model and facial feature location is presented.Firstly,a new skin model (H_SI_I skin model) which has the robustness for variety of brightness is built.Secondly,facial region’s horizontal gray-level projection is used to estimate the horizontal position of eyes.Finally,the edge features are checked to give the proper position of eyes.Experiments show that the algorithm is simple,fast and robust.

    Based on mesoscopic damage mechanics,numerical code RFPA2D (dynamic version) is developed to simulate the spallation failure process of inhomogeneous medium induced by reflection of stress wave,then the behaviour and mechanism of spallation process under different free faces are numerically analyzed and compared.The results show that the spallation failure process of inhomogeneous medium induced by reflection of stress wave can be simulated realistically with the code of RFPA2D.It is indicated that the spallation failure process of inhomogeneous medium induced by reflection of stress wave is concerned with not only peak value of stress wave,duration of stress wave and waveform,but also the propagation direction of stress wave.The spallation failure process occurrence under incident stress wave perpendicular to free faces is easier than that under incident stress wave inclined to free faces.The spallation failure process does not occur under incident stress wave parallel to free faces.

    The megaspores and microspores of five species of Selaginellaceae——Selaginella vaginata Spring,S.mairei H.Lev,S.kraussiana (Kunze） A.Br.,S.drepanophylla Alson,S.monospora Spring were observed for morphological features under scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The spore morphologies of the five species have great similarities:trilete and radial symmetry.The SEM studies showed that complex ornamentations on the surface have distinct differences in the five species.

    Three isozymes (POD,SOD and EST) of Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis and Isothecium subdiversiforme were analyzed by using poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).The results showed that:(1) Bands of three isozymes not only clearly showed the identical common properties of their family,but also showed their difference among species and populations.(2) Three isozymes of two species had higher similarity,showing that Dolichomitriopsis was similar to the Isothecium in genetic mapping.(3) On the level of species,the genetic diversity of I.subdiversiforme were higher than D.diversiformis,but between the populations,the genetic diversity of D.diversiformis were higher,and influence of environmental factor were larger.

    Spores of Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis were planted on Knop medium with two kinds of cultures (submerged culture and normal culture).The germinations of the spores were very similar in these two conditions and the germination rates were over 90%.The protonema in the submerged condition,which was of slow growth,great length and a few branches,couldn’t produce gametophore primordium even at day 80.While,the protonema in the normal condition,which was of fast growth and many branches,produced gametophore primordium at day 40.The results showed that the submerged culture has an obvious effect on the development of protonema.

    The density of wild Black Stockfish Sebastodes fuscescens in fish cage culture zones in Ailian Bay is assessed as 0.01 ind/m2 by one non-line regression method.And the population size of these wild fish is equal to the number of cultivated fish in 5.6 floating net cages or 135 raft net cages.These wild fish may bring positive or negative ecological effects to fish farms,e.g.,these fish will compete DO with cultivated fish and provide 0.8%～1.3% of nitrogen demand for primary production in the whole bay.Besides,the wild fish may consume feed remains and produce feces.

    Determination of adsorption isotherm of dihydromyricetin imprinted polymer monolith was carried out by frontal analysis technique.Langmuir,Bi-Langmuir and Freundlich equations were used for the fit of these isotherms in order to obtain the site distribution,binding constants and saturation capacities of the polymer monolith at different temperatures and under different mobile phase make-up,respectively.The results indicated that the fittings of the data to Bi-Langmuir and Freundlich model were both good.From the best fitting of Bi-Langmuir equation,it was obtained that the binding constants and saturation capacities at 20 ℃ using tetrahydrofuran as mobile phase were 0.39 mL/mg and 133.23 mg/mL for the first site class and 135.07 mL/mg and 0.071 mg/mL for the second site class,respectively.

    Because of the difficulty to disrupt the yeast cell walls,a new method to disrupt yeast cell walls named vortex-mini-bead disruption is proposed in this paper.The ratio of broken yeast cells is obtained to 95.28% by the new method.The new method does not need costly equipment and is easily operated,so it is popularized in laboratory.Furthermore,the new method can be applied to break the walls of others fungal cells.

    Objective:To research characteristics of the craniofacial soft tissue depth of the female  people of Tujia nationality.Methods:By means of the check of X-ray on 10 points from 5 parts on the sagittal plane of craniofacial soft tissue of 76 Tujia nationality female adults at random who came from the west part of Hunan Province,the data of depth of all points were studied in statistics.Results:The measured values were from (3.29±0.16) to (9.05±0.18)mm.By one-way anova analysis,the significant age and position difference existed in the thickness of craniofacial soft tissue.At the same time,it was different from the Han,Zhuang,Bai,Dai nationality,etc.Conclusions:The position and age difference in the depth of craniofacial soft tissue of Tujia nationality is significant.
