Abstract: The knowledge management is a new issue of library management in knowledge economy era and a product of economic and technological development as well.The knowledge management provides some new instruction and technical support for library management.The realization of the library knowledge management should be based on the ideas innovation,mechanism safeguard and talented person cultivation.
