    Huajiang Dry-Hot Valley in Central Guizhou Province:Crrent Knowledge and Prespectives

    Situated in central Guizhou Province,China,the Huajiang karst dry-hot valley exhibits a distinctive degree of karst desertification and possesses a relatively fragile habitat.This area's natural environment,ecological industries,and socio-economic factors have drawn considerable scholarly attention.Over the course of nearly 30 years,since the initiation of the "Ninth Five-Year Plan",significant research has been conducted within this region.This research has focused on understanding and controlling karst desertification,enhancing the quality and efficiency of ecological industries,and fostering the coupled development of ecology and economy.Such endeavours have yielded essential theoretical and practical results,aiding in the management of karst desertification and the ecological construction of mountainous regions.This paper delineates the area's fundamental characteristics from four aspects:aridity,high temperatures,valleys,and karst desertification,thereby enriching our understanding of the current habitat situation.Following this,we review the key literature concerning the understanding of karstification and control,cultivation of ecological industries,and improvement in quality and efficiency of these industries from a holistic perspective.Moreover,we utilise long-term cumulative data to analyse areas meriting further investigation.Lastly,based on a regional scale,we suggest future research prospects in three dimensions:quantification and application of micro-habitat characteristics,the interrelationship between vegetation restoration and dual structures,and realisation of the ecological value of ecological products.

    Effect of Ginger Starch on the Characteristics of Ginger Powder

    With fresh ginger as raw material,the original ginger juice,precipitation and supernatant were separated after juicing,and freeze-dried ginger powder 1,2,3 were obtained respectively,and then their dispersibility,solubility,sensory characteristics,volatile components were measured.The results showed that the starch retention rates of three kinds of ginger powder were ginger powder 2,ginger powder 1 and ginger powder 3 in descending order.The color of ginger powder 2 was the brightest and L* was the largest,but the solubility of ginger powder 3 was significantly better than the other two.The sensory comprehensive evaluation showed no significant differences in  ginger powder 3 and ginger powder 1,but better sensory scores than that of ginger powder 2.A total of 103 volatile components were identified,including 54 olefins,20 alcohols,11 aldehydes,7 ketones and 11 esters.Olefins,alcohols and ketones were the main volatile components in ginger powder,and their relative contents were 67.33%,14.67% and 13.67%,respectively.20 volatile components with VIP higher than 1 had the greatest effect on the flavor of the three ginger powder.Cluster analysis showed that the three kinds of ginger powder could be clustered into categories I and Ⅱ.Ginger powder 1 and ginger powder 3 had similar flavors,so they were classified as class I.The two euclidean distance was 0.342 0,the euclidean distance difference between class Ⅱ and class I was only 0.011 0,indicating that the difference between class II and class I was  not significant.

    Genetic Diversity of Rhodeus Ocellatus from Lancang River of Yunnan

    To investigate genetic diversity of Rhodeus ocellatus from Lancang River of Yunnan,this study applied PCR amplification and sequencing methods to determine the mitochondrial COI gene sequence fragments of 10 R. ocellatus samples from Xishuangbanna.Additionally,we combined with the homologous sequence of COI gene of six Rhodeus species from GenBank database to execute the genetic diversity,genetic distance and phylogenetic analyses.Sequence analyses showed that the COI gene sequence fragments was 657 bp,the base composition A+T content (52.5%) was larger than the G+C content (47.5%),and there were 21 variable sites and 4 haplotypes.The haplotype diversity of R. ocellatus was 0.711,the nucleotide diversity was 0.008 2,the average nucleotide difference was 5.400,and the Tajima's D value was -1.353 78 (P>0.10).The minimum genetic distance between our R. ocellatus samples and R. ocellatus from Baoshan city was 0.005,and the maximum genetic distance between R. ocellatus samples and R. notatus was 0.196.Phylogenetic analysis showed that R. ocellatus samples were clustered into a monophyletic branch with the same sequence published from Baoshan city with high bootstrap value (100%).Furthermore,the R. amarus,R. colchicus and R. meridionalis samples clustered together as a monophyletic clade,while R. notatus and R. uyekii samples were gathered to form a monophyletic branch.

    Panel data of 110 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2020 are selected,and rural revitalization,digital foundation,industrial digitization and digital industrialization are included in the research framework,and the interaction between rural revitalization and the other three is empirically studied by using panel vector autoregressive model.The research results show that rural revitalization will constrain the development of digital foundation and promote the development of digital industrialization;the role of digital foundation and digital industrialization on rural revitalization is shown as constraining first and then promoting;rural revitalization and industrial digitization will promote each other.Based on this,suggestions are made to strengthen the development of digital infrastructure and local characteristic industries,implement differentiated development strategies,and play the promoting role of core cities.

    For the "imperfect effectiveness" of financial markets and the "imperfect rationality" of investors,an improved Black-Litterman model combining investor views and multi-channel information is developed by means of the Bayesian framework to determine the optimal personalized investment strategies.In an empirical study of the Chinese stock market,the problem of quantifying investor views is addressed using the SVM-ARIMA-GARCH model.Compared with several reference strategies,the optimal investment strategy identified by the improved Black-Litterman model has a more robust out-of-sample performance,with higher Sharpe ratios and lower turnover ratios in different market conditions.

    With mice as the experimental subject,the safety of the volatile oil of the Alpinia japonica (Thunb.) Miq Rhizome (AJV) was evaluated through acute toxicity test and subacute toxicity test.The acute toxicity test was divided into the AJV group and control group.The acute toxicity test was conducted with a maximum tolerance dose 5 mL/kg of volatile oil.The subacute toxicity test was divided into low-dose AJV group (1.3 g/kg) and high-dose AJV group (2.6 g/kg) and control group,and the drugs were intragastrically administered once a day for 15 consecutive days.After administration,the physical signs of the mice were observed,body weight and organ coefficient were recorded,the contents of urea nitrogen and creatinine in plasma and the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in serum were detected,and histopathological examination was performed.The results showed that compared with the control group,the physical signs of most mice were normal after administration,and some mice had vertical hair.There were no significant changes in organ coefficient,urea nitrogen content,creatinine content,alanine aminotransferase activity and aspartate aminotransferase activity of mice (P>0.05).Compared with the weight at the beginning of the experiment,the weight of the mice did not decrease at the end of the experiment.One mouse died in the acute toxicity test.In the subacute toxicity test,the alanine aminotransferase level of 1 mouse significantly increased (135.30 U/L).Pathological findings showed that 1 mouse had liver tissue inflammation and 1 mouse had liver fibrosis.The results indicated that the acute toxicity of volatile oil was low,but it may cause some hepatotoxicity with high dosage in clinic.Attention should be paid to its safety.

    To grasp the current situation of threatened plants in Baojing County,methods such as field investigation,specimen collection and organization,and literature review were adopted to investigate and analyze the threatened plants of the area.The results show that there were 70 species of threatened plants in 36 families,55 genera,of which 4 were critically endangered,21 were endangered,and 45 were vulnerable.Among the categories,angiosperms were the most threatened.In the composition of family and genus,the threatened plants mainly belong to single species and single species.In the composition of life forms,the threatened plants were mainly herbaceous plants.The floristic composition of threatened plant genera is complex,their origin and development are closely related to tropical distribution,and East Asian components are prominent,showing subtropical characteristics.The population of threatened plants is normally distributed,and the geographical distribution is unbalanced.Habitat degradation or loss and direct harvesting and felling are the main risk factors for threatened plants.Three protected areas in Baojing County provide effective protection for threatened plants.

    Based on the principle of entanglement chaotic system,a kind of entanglement chaotic system with sinusoidal entanglement term is constructed.The dynamic characteristics of the system,including Lyapunov exponent (LE),bifurcation diagram and power spectrum,are analyzed by MATLAB software.In order to verify the feasibility of the circuit principle,experiments were carried out based on the Multisim circuit simulation software,and the operability of the circuit principle was proved.Finally,the chaotic sequence generated by the system is combined with DNA algorithm to encrypt the image,and the encryption is realized in the sensitive parameter range.The information entropy of the encrypted image is as high as 7.993,the histogram of gray scale is uniform,the correlation between adjacent pixels is low,and the correlation coefficient approaches 0,which shows that the security of the entangled chaotic system is good,the field of image encryption has high application value and high security performance.

    A dual time-delay predator-prey model with B-D functional response and different refuge behaviors is established,and the stability and Hopf bifurcation of the positive equilibrium of the model with different time-delays are analyzed.The research shows that when the time-delay is equal to the corresponding critical value,Hopf bifurcation occurs at the positive equilibrium of the model,and the stability of the positive equilibrium changes.

    In view of the short-circuit fault situation of high-voltage AC transmission line,the three-phase AC voltage and current signals are transformed into wavelet packets to extract the fault features,and then the extracted features are input into the XGBoost model for fault diagnosis.The experimental results show that the fault identification accuracy of the fault diagnosis method based on wavelet packet transform and XGBoost is 99.6% for the fault of high-voltage AC transmission line under different operating conditions.Compared with other machine learning models,this method has high accuracy.

    Utilizing Fenichel's geometric singular perturbation theory,we transform the problem of pulse solution existence for a coupled subcritical quintic real Ginzburg-Landau equation with slow diffusion mode into a geometric perturbation scenario,showing the transversality between critical manifolds.Through the computation of the Melnikov function's zeros on the critical manifolds,the presence of homoclinic orbits is further confirmed.Ultimately,it is demonstrated that,under specific parameter conditions,the subcritical quintic Ginzburg-Landau equation with slow diffusion exhibits pulse solutions.

    Electrochemical behavior of levofloxacin on carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(c-MWCNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (c-MWCNTs/GCE) was studied,and the content of levofloxacin was determinated.The results showed that the electrode had good electrocatalysis to levofloxacin.In a mixed phosphate (NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4) buffer solution with pH 5.0,the excellent linear relationship was kept between oxidation peak currents and the concentration of levofloxacin in the range of 1×10-5~4×10-4 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.998,and the detection limit of 2.87×10-6 mol/L.Under the optimal test conditions,the recoveries of levofloxacin tablets were 98.7%~103.0%,and the relative standard deviation values of determination results were 1.31%~3.99%(n=5).Thus the c-MWCNTs/GCE has good electrochemical response to levofloxacin with high sensitivity and can be used for determination of levofloxacin content in drugs.

    In order to explore the effect of continuous nursing in interventional therapy (PCI) for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),80 CHD patients who underwent PCI between January 2024 and April 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into observation group (conventional nursing combined with continuous nursing mode) and control group (conventional nursing mode) with 40 cases in each group.The quality of life score,negative emotion score and complication rate of patients before and after nursing were compared.The results showed that the quality of life score after nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The negative emotion score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).For CHD patients undergoing PCI,continuous nursing has shown positive effects on improving quality of life,alleviating negative emotions,and reducing the incidence of complications.

    An exponentially fitted finite difference scheme constructed by the base function method and the compound trapezoidal formula is applied to make discrete a class of singularly perturbed Fredholm integral differential equation.Combining the truncation error estimate,the boundary estimate and the stability analysis,the second order uniform convergence in the infinity norm with respect to the perturbation parameter for the adaptive moving mesh method is proved.Based on the above theoretical analysis,the algorithm to produce the mesh is designed.

    In order to explore the application effect of remimazolam combined with esketamine in tonsil or (and) adenoid surgery in children,children who planned to undergo tonsil or (and) adenoid resection were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group (given remimazolam combined with esketamine) and control group (given propofol combined with sufentanil).The mean arterial pressure,heart rate,FLACC score,Aono score,postoperative coughing,postoperative vomiting,extubation time and propofol addition before extubation were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the mean arterial pressure and heart rate during intubation and 5 min after intubation in observation group were higher than those in control group.The extubation time and the number of propofol addition before extubation in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group.The FLACC score,Aono score,postoperative agitation rate and postoperative choking rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,but the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was not significantly different between the two groups.The application of remimazolam combined with esketamine in tonsillectomy or (and) adenoidectomy in children is effective,has stable hemodynamic characteristics,and helps to reduce the risk of perioperative hypotension,the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and further improves the recovery quality  of children.

    Based on the difference between the maximum and minimum eigenvalues (DMME) of the sample covariance matrix,to improve the setting accuracy of sensing decision threshold,a new method is proposed to calculate the threshold by using the latest results of limiting eigenvalue distribution of Wishart matrix.Compared with the traditional DMME algorithm,the decision threshold setting of the proposed algorithm is more accurate.While improving the reliability of decision results,it improves the detection performance of the algorithm with limited number of samples.Both the theoretical analysis and simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed DMME algorithm.

    For the problem of insufficient use of the ground adhesion coefficient and high nonlinearity of the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) in the process of automobile braking,a road surface recognition algorithm is designed based on Burckhardt's tyre model,and the optimal slip rate detected by the road surface recognition algorithm is fed into the fuzzy variable structure control,so as to propose a fuzzy variable structure control strategy for ABS based on road surface detection.The results of the simulation experiments show that the road surface recognition algorithm has  fast response and high accuracy;under the conditions of variational road surface,the fuzzy variable structure control reduces the braking time by 7% and the braking distance by 6% compared with the variable structure control,and the amplitude of the jitter vibration of the controller output is effectively attenuated.

    Seismic Performance Analysis of Multi-Span Curved Continuous Girder Bridges Based on Friction Pendulum Spherical Bearings

    To study the seismic performance and vibration isolation method of multi-span curved continuous girder bridge,a finite element model is established for the multi-span curved continuous girder bridge with friction pendulum spherical bearings,and the dynamic characteristics and nonlinear time analysis is carried out.Results show that the longitudinal stiffness of the bridge model is weaker than the transverse stiffness,and the first-order vibration mode contributes more to the longitudinal seismic response of the bridge pier,and the vibration mode participation coefficient is 29.8%;the sixth-order vibration mode contributes more to the transverse seismic response of the bridge pier,and the vibration mode participation coefficient is 20%;under the E1 earthquake,the friction pendulum spherical bearing can keep the bridge in elastic working condition,and the bearing deformation and expansion joint width meet the requirements,which proves the effectiveness of the selected and arranged friction pendulum spherical bearing;under the E2 earthquake,the maximum bending moment demand of the section of some piers is greater than the bending capacity of the section,but further strength tests were carried out on the piers,and they all meet the seismic demand.

    In order to strengthen the conservation and sustainable utilization of Craspedacusta,we used the methods of morphological identification and molecular biological identification to identify and analyze the Craspedacusta sp. from Bayue Lake in Jishou City of Xiangxi.The results were as follows:Diameter of umbrella was 12.4 mm.Tentacle 3~4,and the main tentacle was significantly longer than other tentacles.The gonads were cystic,and brown yellow in color.Statocysts were tubular,106~128 in number.Nematocyst warts arranged in a ring and each of ring had interval.The similarity of 18S rDNA gene sequence between Craspedacusta sp. from Bayue Lake and Craspedacusta sowerbyi of the United States (GenBank serial number MG979336.1) was the highest,which was 99.88%.The relationship between the Craspedacusta sp. from Bayue Lake in Xiangxi and Craspedacusta sowerbyi was close.Both morphological and molecular data support that the Craspedacusta sp. from Bayue Lake in the Xiangxi was Craspedacusta sowerbyi.

    In view of the problem that IoT terminals are vulnerable to interference in the identification process,a non-interference identification method of IoT terminals based on one-dimensional convolution neural network is proposed.Acceleration data for different gaits are collected through the built-in acceleration sensor of the Internet of Things terminal and preprocessed through smoothing and windowing processing.Gait data fusion model is used to analyze user data under different behavior-position combinations,and random forest model is used to predict the position of IoT terminals and target data behavior.Behavioral target data are integrated with positional data to obtain gait fusion data.On this basis,a one-dimensional convolutional neural network model is constructed,which takes the fused data as input and outputs the user's identity recognition results after iterative training.The experimental results show that the non-interference identity recognition method for IoT terminals based on one-dimensional convolutional neural networks can accurately identify the identity of IoT terminal users in appropriate model parameter conditions.

    In this design,Li3V2-xCox(PO4)3 materials were synthesized by freeze-drying assisted sol-gel method,with ammonium metavanadate,lithium acetate dihydrate,and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as raw materials,and cobalt acetate tetrahydrate as Co doping source.The effect of Co doping on the structural and electrochemical properties of the materials was investigated.The results show that Monoclinic crystals with good crystallinity can be obtained by freeze-drying assisted sol-gel method,and the crystal structure of lithium vanadium phosphate is not changed by proper Co doping.The positive electrode materials synthesized by freeze-drying assisted sol-gel have microporous structure.The proper amount of Co doping helps to increase the number of micropores and obtain the material with more uniform particle size.With the increase of Co doping amount,the ion diffusion rate,charge/discharge and cycling performance of the materials all presents a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the charge transfer impedance presents a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.When x=0.04,the electrochemical performance of the lithium vanadium phosphate cathode material is the best,the ion diffusion rate reached 8.99×10-13 cm/s,the charge transfer impedance is the lowest,233.6 Ω,and the initial discharge capacity  increases from undoped 53.4 mAh/g to 81.7 mAh/g at 2C discharge rate.After 50 weeks of 2C rate cycle,the discharge capacity retention rate is 91.11%,which is 13.54% higher than that of the undoped sample.

    To explore the effect of multi-mode analgesia combined with personalized psychological intervention on postoperative delirium in aged patients after femoral surgery,80 aged patients with femoral fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Jishou People's Hospital of Hunan Province from January 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).The observation group was given multi-mode analgesia combined with personalized psychological intervention,and the control group was given routine postoperative analgesia.The hemodynamic  index at different time after operation,blood gas index on the first day after operation,sleep quality,relief of pain and anxiety,and delirium occurrence in the two groups of patients were observed and analyzed.The results showed that compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had lower heart rate,lower mean arterial pressure,lower resting and activity pain scores before anesthesia,at the beginning and the end of surgery;on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after surgery,the score of insomnia and the probability of postoperative delirium were lower;the blood gas indexes PaO2,SaO2 and OI were higher on the 1st day after surgery;and the differences in the above indexes between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).It can be concluded that the method of multi-mode analgesia combined with individual psychological intervention can play an active role in maintaining the stability of respiration and circulation,improving the postoperative sleep quality,relieving the postoperative pain and anxiety,and promoting the postoperative rapid rehabilitation of the patients,and it can reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium and improve the cognitive function of aged patients,which is an important part of rapid rehabilitation surgery.

    In order to achieve stable capture of ocean low-frequency wave energy,a point-absorbing wave energy converter based on a nonlinear pendulum stiffness mechanism was designed.A compact pendulum stiffening device was constructed through addition of simple tensile elastic elements between the pendulums.The force analysis of the nonlinear stiffness structure was carried out the time domain dynamic model of the nonlinear wave energy converter was established based on the Cummins equation,and the wave energy conversion characteristics of the point absorption wave energy converter under the action of regular waves were analyzed.Numerical simulation shows that through introduction of an appropriate nonlinear pendulum stiffness mechanism,the motion response of the system under wave excitation can be improved,and the frequency corresponding to the peak motion response of the system under wave excitation can be reduced,thereby improving the system's capture efficiency of low-frequency energy.

    To investigate the early catch-up growth of preterm infants with high nutritional risk in Xiangxi.A total of 23 preterm infants with high nutritional risk born from June 2021 to April 2022  in the Children's Health and Rehabilitation Department of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital were recruited,and all of them accepted individualized nutrition guidance program.The Z-score method was used to evaluate  weight,height  and head circumference.The results show that the Z-scores of weight-for-age (WAZ),height-for-age (HAZ) and head circumference-for-age (HCZ) at birth of the 23 preterm infants were significantly less than -2,which were -4.34±0.99,-5.12±1.61 and -4.60±1.62 respectively.The weight,height and head circumference,WAZ,HAZ and HCZ at 3 months and 6 months were significantly higher than those at birth (P<0.001).At 6 months of age,the proportions of WAZ,HAZ and HCZ greater than or equal to -2 were 78.26%,52.17% and 73.91% respectively.This suggests that through the early scientific nutrition guidance,the preterm infants with high nutritional risk will have a rapid physical growth within 6 months after birth.Most preterm infants catch up in weight,head circumference firstly,and then height.

    Taking Lishui River basin in Zhangjiajie city as the research object,through fieldwork,collecting historical data and on-site monitoring,combining with the domestic and foreign ecological security assessment theory,using the "pressure-state-function-risk-response" (PSFRR) model,the ecological security assessment index system of Zhangjiajie Lishui River basin was constructed (5 factor layers,20 scheme layers and 43 index layers) to evaluate the ecological security index of the river basin.The results showed that the ecological security index of Zhangjiajie Lishui River basin was at a good level,and the ecological damage was controllable.Affected by human activities and agricultural development along the river,the habitat of the river basin was damaged,the integrity index of aquatic organisms was low,the water conservation capacity was insufficient,and the stability of the river basin ecosystem was threatened.In view of the problems mentioned and the requirements of river basin ecological protection,the corresponding measures and countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of river basin water ecological environment governance,ecosystem protection and restoration,ecological security management and the construction of river basin ecological environment protection system.

    Considering the complex navigational environment of waterways spanned by bridges,which are prone to ship-bridge collision accidents,this study evaluates the impact resistance performance of navigational pier columns of a certain cross-river cable-stayed bridge project under the action of ship impacts.The LS-DYNA simulation software is used to model the process of ship impacting on the pier,obtaining the impact force of the ship.Subsequently,the mechanical response of the pier under a combination of loads including ship impact,self-weight,and buoyancy is calculated,and these responses are compared with the mechanical indicators of the pier in a critical failure state to assess the pier's resistance performance.The evaluation successfully determines the resistance performance of the pier.The study's findings indicate that the bending and shear resistance checks for piers 28# and 30# do not meet the requirements,necessitating reinforcement and the installation of collision protection facilities.

    Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease (MAFLD) and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) are highly prevalent worldwide.More than 70% of patients with T2DM may develop MAFLD,and patients with MAFLD have a risk of diabetes that is about 5 times higher than the general population,both of which are serious threats to human health.When MAFLD is combined with T2DM,it is more difficult to control T2DM,MAFLD is more likely to deteriorate,and patients have a higher incidence of cardiovascular disease,malignant tumors,and a greater risk of death.In this study,the epidemiology,pathogenesis,risk factors and treatment methods of MAFLD complicated with T2DM are systematically described,aiming to improve the understanding of MAFLD complicated with T2DM and provide better guidance for  clinical diagnosis and treatment.

    Modified charcoal (MCC) was made from corn cobs pretreated by NH3·H2O and impregnated with  MgCl2·6H2O.The morphology and functional groups of MCC was characterized,and its impact on phosphate phosphorus adsorption was investigated.The results showed that MCC had a more porous structure,with a BET surface area of 2.04 times that of pristine biochar.Additionally,MCC had more carbonyl functional groups,and a higher capacity for phosphorus adsorption.When the initial phosphorus concentration was 40 mg/L, the phosphorous adsorption by MCC reached 16.59 mg/g.In simulated adsorption,the ideal adsorption conditions were found to be at pH 6 and 25 °C.When the initial phosphorus concentration is between 0 and 60 mg/L,the adsorption capacity of MCC increases with the increase in phosphorus content.The adsorption process followed the pseudo-secondary kinetic model and the Langmuir and Freundlich models,with both single molecular layer chemical adsorption and multi molecular layer physical adsorption.The theoretical saturation adsorption capacity of 32.60 mg/g demonstrated the potential for phosphorus removal from wastewater.

    An empirical analysis of the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of technical efficiency and total factor productivity change of the sci-tech achievements transformation has been carried on based on DEA-Malmquist model.The results show that the comprehensive technical efficiency of sci-tech achievements increased year by year,but the efficiency in 2017 and 2018  significantly fallen compared with that in previous years,and the efficiency index was overall low.The total factor productivity change indexes of the transformation of sci-tech achievements improved overall,but there were significant regional differences,with steady increase in central and eastern China and significant fluctuations in western China.To improve the efficiency in the transformation of sci-tech achievements in local universities,it is proposed to strengthen discipline construction,make clear the positioning of sci-tech innovation,innovate the mechanism of achievement transformation,and optimize the environment for achievement transformation.

    Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae (Psa) was treated in vitro by setting different ultrasonic frequencies and ultrasonic durations.The number of viable bacteria and respiratory chain dehydrogenase activity of Psa were detected after treatment,and the ultrasonic treatment conditions with better bactericidal effect were screened.Secondly,the detached branches of Xiangjihong and Beimu after Psa infection were treated with ultrasonic waves under different conditions.After 30 days of culture,the size of canker lesions was detected to explore the inhibitory effect of different ultrasonic conditions on kiwifruit canker.The results showed that 60 kHz ultrasonic treatment for 45 min or 80 kHz ultrasonic treatment for 15 min could control the lesion of Beimu branches to about 2 cm.Treatment with 80 kHz for 30 min could control the lesion of Xiangjihong branches within 2 cm,and completely inhibit the infection of canker spot on the Beimu branches.

    Eu (Ibu) 3phen was synthesized,with  non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Ibuprofen as the first ligand,Phenanthroline as the second ligand and the rare earth ion Eu3+ as the central ion by solvent method.The structure of the complex was characterized by elemental analysis,UV spectroscopy,and infrared spectroscopy,and the fluorescence properties of the complex were studied.The results indicate that ibuprofen can effectively serve as an antenna ligand,greatly sensitize luminescence of Eu3+,so the fluorescence emission spectra of the complex Eu (Ibu) 3phen exhibit strong characteristic fluorescence emission peaks of europium ions at 589 nm and 612 nm.The complex has good luminescence performance,so it can be used as a kind of environmentally friendly fluorescent material.

    In the tourism supply chain system composed of hotel and online travel agent (OTA),for OTA  hotel room auction sales,a centralized decision-making model for the hotel and the OTA and a decentralized decision-making model with hotel as the leading and OTA as the follower were constructed,and the optimal decision-making for the hotel and the OTA was given by Backward induction analysis.The results of the study show that the number of hotel rooms sold by the OTA is affected by both price and commission.The increase of sales price and commission will increase the number of the OTA aution.The optimal commission and the optimal auction quantity will  increase with the number of OTA users and the auction duration.Compared with decentralized decision-making,centralized decision-making tourism supply chain system has greater room auction quantity and higher sales price.On this basis,the hotel and the OTA should cooperate with the concept of community of interest to maximize the overall benefits and promote the high-quality development of both sides.
