Abstract: Object:TO investigate the action mechanism which defer the function of sexual gland decreasing of  Kiwi fruit seed oil by observing the influence of Kiwi fruit seed oil on the ultrastructure of testis of D-gal aging rats.Methods:Eighteen SD rat were randomly divided into three groups.Control group:0.9% salt were filled into stomach and injected into in the subcutaneous tissue on the back.Model group:0.9% salt were filled into stomach and 150　mg.kg^-1.d^-1 D-gal were injected into subcutaneous tissue on the back.Group interfered by the Kiwi fruit seed oil:0.670 g.kg^-1.d^-1　Kiwi fruit seed oil were filled into stomach and 150　mg.kg^-1.d^-1 25% D-gal were injected into subcutaneous tissue on the back.The time for each group was eight weeks.The ultrastructure changes of testis  were observed under transmission electron microscope eight weeks later.Results: By comparing  with the model group,we found that  the Kiwi fruit seed oil  could have improved markedly  retrograde change of interstitial cell,supporting cell and spernatogenous cell.Conclusions:The Kiwi fruit seed oil has the function of defering aging of sexual gland by improving retrograde change of interstitial cell,supporting cell and spernatogenous cell of aging rats.
