Abstract: In this study, the effects of different exogenous hormones (GA3,NAA) and culture temperature on germination of the seeds were studied after hibernation treatment and indoor temperature presermation. The results showed that the type and concentration of growth regulator had significant effects (P<0.01),but the preservation method and culture temperature had no significant effects on the germination rate of seeds (P>0.05).The degree of influence was the type of growth regulator, the concentration of growth regulator, culture temperature and preservation method in descending order. After the seeds were treated with the same mass concentration of GA3 and NAA growth regulator, the germination rate of seeds was successively from high to low in variable temperature culture in hibernation treatment, constant temperature culture in hibernation treatment, constant temperature culture under normal temperature preservation, and constant temperature culture under normal temperature preservation. The optimal conditions for seed germination were treated at 4 ℃ for 30 days after seed collection, impregnated with 40 mg/L GA3 and cultured at 15~25 ℃ in a light incubator.
