    Let n be a positive integer,ur(n) be the smallest r angular number greater than or equal to n,and vr(n) be the largest r angular number less than or equal to n.Let:a(n)=n-ur(n),b(n)=vr(n)-n.The hybrid mean value formulas involving two Smarandache functions S(n) and SL(n) with a(n) and b(n) are studied,and  several sharper asymptotic formulas are given by using the analytic methods.

    The inhomogeneous nonlinear Schrödinger equation with harmonic potential is discussed.By establishing the corresponding energy function and the variational structure and through applying the potential well argument,the concave function and the improved Gagliardo-Nirenberg interpolation inequation,the optimum conditions for the global solution and explosive solution for the Cauchy problem are obtained.In addition,the initial value for the existence of global solution is determined.

    In order to effectively improve the speed of inputting Hmong characters,a novel phonetic-shape encoding method is proposed.Formal definition of the method is given in the framework of context-free grammar.The proposed method is utilized to realize to input Hmong characters by combining with phonetic code and shape code.According to this method,the input coding sequence of a Hmong character is independent of the pronunciation of the character itself,and is considered as a combination of two phonetic codes and two shape codes.The phonetic codes are determined by the Chinese pinyin initials of the first component and the final component.The shapes codes are determined by the Chinese pinyin initials of the names of the last stroke & the font structure,respectively.Experimental results show that compared with the previous method,the proposed method achieves the predetermined goals in terms of higher learnability and usability,lower coding repetition rate,faster input speed,and higher input correctness.

    Hmong characters in Xiangxi is used in the Hmong area of Xiangxi.But there is  still a research gap for its machine identification.The pretreatment of Hmong character images is a prerequisite for the identification and it will directly influence the effect of image characteristic extraction and identification.The pretreatment proposed involves graying of character images through weighted average method,binarization through Ostu algorithm,and image smoothing and uniformization based on the combination of Homomorphic and the improved median filtering.This pretreatment constitutes the basis for the image identification of Hmong characters in Xiangxi.

    In order to improve the quality of image interpolation,back-propagation artificial neural network (BP-ANN) with self-learning,adaptive and generalization ability has been used to carry out the regional image interpolation research.Missing pixel in image is divided into smooth region and edge region,each region corresponding to a BP-ANN interpolation operation.To identify the topology structure,sampling mode and the interpolation process of regional BP-ANN,three experiments were performed.The experimental results show that best balance between CPU-time consumption and visual quality lies in 8-16-1 topology of BP-ANN;compared with the classical LA interpolation algorithm,our proposed algorithm provides 0.593 8 dB higher PSNR while performed better visual quality.

    To improve the use efficiency and save energy,a wireless intelligent streetlight control system is designed with CC2530 chip employed as the control center.The light intensity,pedestrians and vehicles are detected by the light sensor,infrared sensor and sound sensor.Then the intelligent planning is implemented for streetlights switching sequence and delay setting.At the same time,the alarm information of real-time monitoring for streetlight working state is sent via GPRS.Experimental results show that the system is energy-saving,intelligent,inexpensive,highly efficient.

    TV model is one of the models with the quality of preserving edges in image denoising.In order to avoid the staircasing effect from the TV model,and make the restored image have a better visualization,the L2-model is used to extract a smooth primal sketch from the observed image and then to obtain other meaningful signal by the TV model from the removed noise image.

    Analysis of furnace flame is an important method to obtain the combustion condition inside the furnace.Accordingly.an adaptive multi-scale Retinex (MSR) algorithm is proposed.which effectively improves the clarity and detail of the fire flame and enhances the contrast of fire flame with the background.In order to get a better monitoring result,improved Canny algorithm is adopted to identify the flame edge,and improves the ability of extracting the flame edge details and suppressing the false edge.After image enhancement and edge detection,it can more accurately grasp the internal combustion situation of furnace.The simulation experiment shows that the brightness of the flame is improved effectively.the contrast of flame with furnace is obvious.and the edge of the flame is continuous and clear.

    The system optimization framework for wideband spectrum sensing is constructed for the maximization of the throughput through the optimal inertia weight coefficient.For the nonconvexity of the optimal problem,a method based on the particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed.The impact of the number of secondary users,the number of samples and the number of subband on the performance of the proposed broadband spectrum sensing algorithm is investigated.The results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.

    Mice treated with sucralfate and Fosson were used as animal model to test the therapy function of aqueous extract of different concentration (20,40,60 g/kg) from fern on constipation.Results showed that,compared with the sucralfate-treated group (negative control),the groups treated with fern water extract displayed obvious therapy improvement on intestine propulsion (SIP),first defecation time,faeces properties and 4 h defecation grain number and mass.On the other hand,compared with the Fosson-therapy group (positive control),the middle dose group demonstrated almost the same effect on constipation therapy;but as for first defecation time,the high dose group treated with aqueous extract ((17.200 0±3.938 4)min)  was obviously sooner than the Fosson treated group ((26.800 0±3.881 6)min).And as for SIP,middle and low dose groups treated with fern aqueous extract ((34.000 5±6.057 5)%,(31.529 8±4.204 8)%) were obviously less than Fosson therapy group,but the high dose group ((41.9481±4.2194)%) showed almost no difference with Fosson therapy group(43.057 9±6.308 4)%).

    The extraction rate,composition and quality of Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil extracted by Soxhlet extraction method,ultrasound-assisted extraction method,pressing method and CO2  supercritical fluid extraction method were comparatively analyzed.The results showed that the extraction rates by ultrasound-assisted extraction and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction were higher.The quality of Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil was retained preferably by ultrasound-assisted extraction,pressing method and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction.Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil has great potential as functional food and medicine.

    ZnO-Bi2O3 nanocomposite particles with three-level fractal structure have been synthesized by doping Bi3+ into ZnO under ultrasonic irradiation.The composition of the product was defined by XRD and XPS.Images of TEM and SEM revealed that the sonication time appeared to be a critical parameter for the shape determination of the products.Also the doping of Bi3+ acted as a structure-directing agent in the formation of the fractal dentrite particles.Meanwhile,the formation mechanism of the fractal dendrite growth has been discussed.The UV-Vis and Photoluminescence spectra at room temperature of the products were investigated and the results indicate that the synthesized materials possess optical properties.

    Two novel crystalline inorganic-organic hybrid complexes La2K(PMo12O40)(EDTA)4 (1),Ni(PW12O40)(EDTA)2 (2) have been successfully synthesized by solution method.The compositions,structure characteristics and photochromic properties of complexes have been systematically researched by infrared spectroscopy (IR),thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA),cyclic voltammetry (CV),fluorescent spectrum (FL),ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectrum (UV-Vis DRS) energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS)and X-ray power diffraction (XRD).The two hybrid complexes display excellent photochromism:under the ultraviolet light irradiation,the color of hybrid complex 1 quickly shifts from yellow to atrovirens,and complex 2 from blue-green to black-gray.Kept in dark at room temperature,the color-changing hybrid complex 1 is stable,showing irreversible photochromism;while complex 2 returns to its original color just for 4 h in dark place.The reverse reaction of complex 2 can be accelerated by increase in temperature.Without O2 the reverse reaction of complex 2 will not happened,but in the existence of O2,complex 2 exhibits excellent reversible photochromism.It can be concluded that the two complexes are all potential optical materials for their fast-responsiveness to light.

    Rural tourism is critical to the development of a rural area.Based on the stakeholder theory,the performance evaluation system of rural tourism is created from the perspectives of tourists,local residents and tourism developer.The evaluation of rural tourism development in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture shows the following problems:(1) tourist satisfaction with the overall environment of rural tourism is low,and the rural tourism product is not cost-effective;(2) the local residents have no conspicuous awareness of the environmental performance,and the rural tourism lead to small growth in local residents' incomes;(3) the sources of tourists are unstable and single,and little attention has been paid to the development of employees.In order to improve the performance of rural tourism,some countermeasures are proposed in terms of service facility improvement,regional cooperation,and the rural tourism community establishment.

    In the existing research results of the agricultural efficiency,using Data Envelope Analysis(DEA)and related models of many achievements,but there are few studies on the efficiency evaluation of the agricultural economy in underdeveloped minority gathering areas of the economy.This paper uses DEA BCC and supper efficiency DEA model in eight counties of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture agricultural economic input-output relative efficiency of quantitative analysis,evaluation of the efficiency of the agricultural economy,revealing agricultural economic input and output problems.The results show that:the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture agricultural economy scale is small and low degree of maketization,there is no scaleeffective industrial economy and the regional economy,but shows the relative efficiency of agricultural economic development is good on the whole.Projection analysis of non DEA effective regions found a great potential to inprove the efficiency of the agricultural economy must be put into effect in while expanding scale of agricultural industrialization and inproving the degree of maketization.

    The effects of Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract on tumor inhibition action and immune organs in H22 bearing mice were investigated.To establish the H22 cell tumor model,the H22 cells were inoculated subcutaneously in Kunming mice which were randomly divided into normal group,model group,cyclophosphamide group,Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract high dosage group,medium dosage group and low dosage group.From tumor volume,tumor mass,tumor inhibition rate,organ index and tumor tissue HE stain,the effects of Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract on tumor and immune organs were observed.The results showed that in Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group,the tumor inhibition rates were 20.72%,29.24%,43.16% respectively.The high dose group had significant difference compared with model group(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the spleen index of each dose group increased,and the high and middle dose group had significant difference (P<0.05).The thymus index of each dose group decreased,but there was no significant difference compared with model group (P>0.05).HE staining showed that in the high,medium and low dose group of Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract,tumor tissue had different degrees of necrosis compared with model group.It is concluded that Periplaneta fuliginosa aqueous extract shows inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor in H22 bearing mice without obvious damaging effect on immune organ.

    Risk sharing structure in the existing reconstruction projects for building efficiency the characteristics of dissipative structure.The analysis of the risk sharing structure and the dissipative structure theory are applied for investigation of the formation mechanism of the risk sharing dissipative structure in the reconstruction project for building energy efficiency.On this basis,the direction discrimination model of risk sharing structure is constructed based on the grey relational entropy evolution model,and 3 kinds of evolution direction of risk sharing structure are presented.Lastly,suggestions for promoting collaborative governance,strengthening regulation,and designing contract are proposed.
