    The priority problem of complementary judgment matrix,in which the decision information is given in the form of fuzzy variables,is studied.It presents the concepts of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix and fuzzy additive consistency judgment matrix and their properties.Then a universal priority method is developed.This method can not only solve the priority problem of complementary judgment matrix that the decision information is given in the form of special fuzzy numbers,such as interval number,triangular fuzzy number,and trapezoidal fuzzy number,but also can solve the priority problem of complementary judgment matrix that the decision information is given in the form of general fuzzy variables.

    According to some existent issues in the current teaching of cryptography,a cryptography aided teaching system is designed and implemented.The system uses Canvas to dynamically display the workflow diagram and the inner data changes during the execution of the algorithm.The comparison with the similar software and the concurrent performance tests show that the cryptography assisted teaching system can not only help students understand the abstract cryptography algorithm principles and the intuitive workflow,but also have a competitive edge in structure,application size and the number of experiments;furthermore,it can still perform well in the high-concurrency environment.

    Ontology,the most important foundation of the semantic web,is used to describe the knowledge of a specific domain.In this study a methodology to construct ontology semi-automatically is proposed.By using the Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) algorithm and the specific features of Chinese language,the methodology builds both concept and instance layers of ontology quickly.Experiments have shown promising potential for the methodology in knowledge integrating and sharing.

    When a database is established,judgment on data duplication is crucial for its administration,which will be difficult without accurate keywords for reference.The commonly used methods-Hash technology,fixed-sized partition detection technology,sliding block technology,content-defined chunking detection technology,and fingerprint data exploitation,require a large amount of processing time for the detection and removal of duplication.This paper describes the ASP mass data storage method and duplication screening method,and verifies the robustness and validity of these methods.It is shown that the heavy workload of database management for operators can be greatly reduced.

    Common methods of measuring the electromotive force and internal resistance of electric source are the voltammetry and the potentiometer method.However there are some imperfections in the two methods,such as great errors in the measurement results and complex experimental procedures and so on.Thus,the electromotive force and the internal resistance of the electric source are measured with a new method of a self-designing compensation circuit,which has clear experimental principle and relatively simple measurement procedures.This new method needs no special equipments but produces comparatively accurate result.

    Taking advantage of the PASCO rotational experiment device,the author measured the inertia of a particle through the law of falling bodies.It is found that the falling acceleration a should be the slope of the v-t graph instead of the intercept of a-t graph;and for the same rotation system,the influence of resisting moment on the experiment is eliminated by twice changing the mass m of the hanging object.To reduce the error of resisting moment at the second falling,the smaller the difference Δm is,the more accurate the experimental results will be,and the minimum relative error will reach 0.54%.

    By the funding of 973 projects,Tianjin University launched studies on fiber sensing technologies,mainly including the design of  a PCF-SPR sensor based on photonic crystal fiber filling with silver wire,with optimum sensitivity of  2 400 nm/RIU,the design of a PBG-PCF temperature sensor based on liquid core photonic crystal fiber,with maximum resolution of 4×106 nm/RIU,the design of a tunable thermo optical switch based on photonic crystal fiber filled with toluene-chloroform mixed solution,which had different temperature transition points by changing the ratio of the solution,the construction of three kinds of structure models based on the theory of optofluidics,with studies on the mode distributions and the detection of the magnet,and the establishment of the optical gas sensing system based on L-band EDFA with absolute error  less than 0.04%.According to the sensor structure,the optical path demodulation and the demodulation algorithm,the F-P sensing system was designed and optimized.A method of evaluating the robustness of the fiber sensing network was presented.Studies of comb tunable light source technology and OFDR technology in fiber sensing network detection were developed.

    A chaotic circuit is designed using current feedback operational amplifiers (CFOAs).The circuit consists of three integrators,two nonlinear circuits,and one subtractor.The circuit can generate grid multi-scroll chaotic attractors.The central frequency of the circuit is higher with fewer active components and simpler circuit construction for the good frequency characteristic and port characteristic of the CFOA.The circuit simulation results are in agreement with the numeral simulation results.Simulation results show that the designed circuit is correct.

    This paper presents a low power,highly linear and high gain LNA,the circuit of which adopts common-gate(CG)topology to achieve input matching,utilizes the forward body biasing and current reuse techniques to reduce power consumption.Meanwhile,in order to achieve a high linearity,the proposed LNA utilizes post-distortion technique.The simulation results show that the proposed LNA has good performances under the condition of low power consumption.

    The traditional numerical calculation method of PMV has the defects of high computational complexity and large time delay.In this paper,according to the time-varying characteristic of PMV index,PMV prediction model is established based on Elman neural network and the on-line monitoring of thermal comfort is realized.The temperature,air velocity,relative humidity and mean radiant temperature are selected as the inputs of the prediction model and the PMV value is assigned as output.The prediction model has good generalization capacity.Simulation results show that the predictive results of the proposed method are in agreement with the results of numerical calculation;meanwhile the computation time of the proposed method is superior to that of the traditional method after the Elman neural network is trained sufficiently.

    Application of unscented Kalman filter(UKF) to the passive location tracking system is presented.The simulation results showed that the precision and stability of UKF were greatly improved compared with those of EKF.It can be concluded that UKF solves the problem of non-linearity of observation model better.

    The antimicrobial activity of the fermentation brothes of 294 halophilic and halotolerant bacteria,isolated from ordinary non-saline soils collected from the Dehang Canyon (28°15′~28°43′ N,109°30′~109°45′ E) in Hunan Province,China,was screened using the agar diffusion method employing 8 indicator microorganisms (three Gram-positive bacteria,three Gram-negative bacteria and two fungi).The results showed that,out of 294 strains tested,109 were positive in antimicrobial activity (37.1%),in which 5 strains exhibited strong antimicrobial activity.Then these 5 strains were submitted for 16S rRNA gene amplification and phylogenetic analysis after phenotypic characterization including morphological,biochemical and physiological tests.The results suggested that these 5 strains were members of 4 genera in 3 families (Bacillaceae,Halomonadaceae,Nocardiopsaceae) of 3 phyla (Actinobacteria,Firmicutes,Proteobacteria):strain JSM 102030 belonged to the genus Halobacillus (Firmicutes,Bacillaceae),being most closely to the type strain of Halobacillus trueperi (sequence similarity 99.1%);strains 102052 and JSM 102054 were members of the genus Halomonas (Proteobacteria,Halomonadaceae),being related most closely to the type strain of Halomonas alkaliphila (98.3%);strains JSM 102066 strain JSM 2155017 belonged to the genus Nocardiopsis (Actinobacteria,Nocardiopsaceae),exhibiting 99.3 % 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity to Nocardiopsis prasina DSM43845T;strain JSM 102082 belonged to the genus Oceanobacillus (Firmicutes,Bacillaceae),exhibiting 99.6% 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity to Oceanobacillus kimchii X50T.

    By applying the atom bond electronegativity equalization model (ABEEMσπ  model),a large number of quantum chemical calculations were performed to determine the ABEEMσπ parameters of non-metallic borides model molecules.Then these parameters were used to calculate the model molecular charge distributions of non-metallic borides.It shows that calculated results obtained by ABEEMσπ model are in good agreement with those by the ab initio method.We also calculated the charge distributions of test molecules to verify the transferability of the ABEEMσπ parameters.Meanwhile,the rule of charge variation is B atomic charges in the BF3,BCl3,BBr3 and BI3 model molecules gradually decrease,and F,Cl,Br,I atomic charges gradually increase. So ABEEMσπ model can be applied to the analysis of the structure and property of non-metallic borides.

    Firstly,Zn2+-doped TiP2O7-TiO2 composite ceramic (5 mol% Zn2+) was prepared using zinc oxide,titanium oxide and phosphoric acid as raw materials by the traditional solid state reaction.The product was characterized by using infrared spectrometer,laser particle size analyzer.For the electrochemical determinations,the conductivity was measured by an AC impedance method.IR result showed that the structure of the composite ceramic has  Ti—O,P=O bonds.From the particle size distribution it can be seen that sample of particle distribution is in a certain range of concentration.The plot of the total conductivities of the sample in dry air atmosphere at 100~300 ℃ showed that the conductivity increases with temperature,and its maximum value is 4.3× 10-3 S·cm-1 at 300 ℃.

    The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of folk sports on the physical health of college students.A total of 309 college students were recruited in a university in western China.All participants were randomly assigned to three different groups,including competitive,recreational,and control group.The results are as follows:a) male college students in competitive group showed a significant improvement in VO2,endurance,flexibility,speed,and agility;recreation group manifested a significant improvement in VO2,flexibility,speed,and agility;b) female college students in competitive group had a significant improvement in VO2,endurance,flexibility,speed,and agility;however,recreational group had a significant improvement only in VO2.
