    The optical absorption spectra in quantum well driven by both an intense growth-direction-oriented terahertz (THz) and an optical pulse are calculated within the theory of density matrix.It is shown that the electric field produces multiple absorption peaks which come from the quantum confined Stark effect.Much rich optical absorption spectra and the excitonic peak spiting show up when changing the THz field intensity.The Autler-Towns splitting results from the THz nonlinear dynamics of confined excitons and result in the band side generation.

    The basic principle of three-phase PWM rectifier is introduced.The control strategies of decoupling of input and output current based on feedback and the methods of PI regulation are used,and the simplified mathematical model of the PWM rectifier of the current inner loop and outer voltage is established,which is based on the model of the d-q synchronous rotating coordinate system in three-phase rectifier.A simulation model of the PWM rectifier,which can achieve the stability of the output voltage,is established by the MATLAB R2009a.The simulation results verify that the proposed method is effective and practical.

    A novel double channel quadrature mixer is proposed in the paper.In this mixer,polycrystal resistance,source injection current of switch transistor,series inductor of common source node,degeneration impedance in driving stage were adopted.The circuit was designed and simulated by Candence.The results indicated that the SSB noise factors were 7.47 dB/Hz@ 1 MHz,9.35 dB/Hz@ 1 MHz and 16.39 dB/Hz@10 kHz when the input power was equal to 3 dBm with VDD=1.8 V.In addition,the conversion gain decreased to 8.46 dB to increase linearity,and the 3th point of intermodulation was 8.42 dBm.

    Endophytic fungi JSM 10 was isolated from surface-sterilized Huperzia crispate.Phylogenetic analysis of JSM 10 was carried out based on ITS gene sequences.Phylogenetic analysis result showed that JSM 10 strain was closely related to the recognized members of the genus Fusarium,in which strain JSM 10 resembled Fusarium oxysporum at a rate of 99% and JSM 10 was identified as Fusarium oxysporum.

    The chnB gene encoding a cyclohexanone monooxygenase was amplified by PCR from genomic DNA of Rhodococcus ruber JDM312,the PCR product was cloned into the pUC18 vector and sequenced,and the sequence identity searches were performed by using software Clustal X and Mega 3.1.The sequence analysis showed that the open reading frame of the chnB gene from Rhodococcus ruber JDM312 was 1 623 bp and codes for a polypeptide of 542 amino acids.DNA identities of the chnB genes between the JDM312 strain and the previously reported four other stains of Rhodococcus was 85% to 98%,and the phylogenic tree showed that these strains clustered one main branch.It can be concluded that the chnB gene of Rhodococcus ruber JDM312 is useful to further study on expression of cyclohexanone monooxygenase and its enzymatic activity.

    According to the hydrogeological property and laws of water abundance,well samples were selected and analyzed.The result showed that among the 54 wells in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture there were 13 wells with excellent water quality,33 wells with good water quality,7 wells with poor water quality and 1 with awful water quality.The average composite index of 33 water wells surveyed ( clean included ) was 2.548,and the composite index of 21 pollution monitored wells（hot point included）was 1.935；there was no industrial and urban pollution surrounding 6 wells,and the water quality composite index of the wells was 1.182,which was obviously superior to others.The quality of underground water of Xiangxi autonomous prefecture is not optimistic and the underground water needs to be protected immediately.

    The synthesis of cyclohexanol and lactic acid as reactants,ferric sulfate hydrate as catalysts under microwave irradiation has been studied.The influence conditions on yield of esterification,such as the ratio of cyclohexanol to lactic acid,the reaction time,the amount of catalyst,the optimum volume of water-taking agent,and microwave power were investigated.The result indicated that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:ratio of alcohol to acid was 2∶1,the use level of catalyst ferric sulfate hydrate was 2.5 g/0.05 mol,reaction time was 25 min,water-taking agent cyclohexane was 6 mL,and microwave power was 640 W.Under such conditions the esterification rate could reach 91.9%.

    A strain capable of tolerating and accumulating manganese was separated from manganese-electrolyzed slag.And then it was identified by molecular biology method,and the mechanism of removing manganese was studied by the Scanning Electron Microscope.The result showed that the name of the fungi was Fusarium sp.,which can survive in the medium with 3000 mg/L manganese,and has high removal efficiency of manganese from manganese waste water.The removal efficiency can reach 97.5% under the concentration of Mn2+ 500 mg/L,pH value 6,150 r/min rotation speed,28 ℃ for 48 h.

    The craft method of catalytic oxidation separation of high carbon nickel molybdenum was studied,and the craft condition was discussed.The best separation condition of nickel and molybdenum in the high-carbon Nickel molybdenum was identified by the single factor test:the sulfuric acid concentration was 15%,excess coefficient of pyrolusite was 20%,liquid-solid ratio was 1∶3,response time was 6 h,and reaction temperature was 95 ℃; when the mass ratio of catalyzer C and nickel is 4.4,the leaching rate could reach 95.84%,the leaching rate of molybdenum was only 3.74%,and the molybdenum mainly gathered in the residue in the form of molybdic acid.In such conditions,the preliminary separation of nickel and molybdenum was realized.
